These are wonderful shoes! Very comfortable!! I'm usually a size 8 with a bit of a wider foot, and the size 39 fit me great. The gray part of the black/gunmetal is shiny, but not glitzy. I do warn that they get a stink after enough wear. I contacted bernie mev for their cleaning suggestion, so we shall see - or rather smell - and find out if I solve the issue! Even so, I recommend these shoes!

I recently broke my ankle. These were the first shoes I could comfortably wear after the brace and boot phase of healing. Not only are they comfortable, but they are attractive and don't scream "sensible shoe," even though they are. I love them and am looking to buy my third pair.

As a "comfort first" shoe buyer, I was pleasantly surprised that these Bernie Mev flats were a match for me. During the winter, my Merrill clogs and tennies and Ecco boots provide great arch support and comfort. During the summer, Keene sandals are my go-to footwear. But, what does a girl do in between? So, an upcoming spring trip to Arizona sent me looking for a closed toe shoe that would be comfortable and light weight in my suitcase. The memory foam footbed is nice and cushioned. I still plan to wear other shoes for days that I walk a lot, but these will be great for those in-between times. I liked these Bernie Mevs well enough that I ordered a second pair in "denim." I do agree with other reviewers that they run small. I normally wear a 9.5 and I needed a size 41 in these. I was concerned that they would slip on my foot, but with the higher profile on the heel, they stay in place. I hope that they do not stretch...time will tell.

Bought the Catniss in bronze/gold. A great, comfortable walking shoe. Casual yet can dress up a simple jeans outfit or dress. Love it!!! Only tiny downside is that it doesn't breathe as well as the Bella Me. Bernie Mev's sizing does run small so get a pair one size up.

These shoes are my go-to favorite shoes! They are super comfy, although if walking on stones it does not have good support, I can feel each stone, but otherwise, they are super comfy. I love how are easy to clean, dirt just come right off and time after time, they look new. I usually wear an 8.5 in most shoes. I ordered an 8.5 and my big toe goes right to the tip. But I believe because of the fabric used and my experience with another bernie mev. shoe, it may stretch out slightly so I'd be nervous getting a 9. I'm already looking for my next Bernie men shoe!

These are great. They go with everything and are very comfortable. I usually wear an 8 but went with a 7 1/2. Fits fine with the give of the material. Thinking about ordering another pair.

Want to love this shoe but runs very small. I am a steady 9.5-10. The 10.5 is still too short.Wish I could get an 11.

New to the Bernie Mev line and really like this shoe! Styles are cute and flattering, colors fun and comfort better than I expected. After two bouts of plantar fascitis, I have lived in Keens, Chacos and Ariats for the last several years, which fit my Montana lifestyle. I am happy to find a lighter, feminine shoe to wear with a sundress that gives suffiecient arch support. Great travel shoe too--featherweight and packs up small so I can keep a few pairs on the boat!

I loved this shoe right out of the box. It's really cute and if the sizing were different, a perfect fit would result from the shoe material (?) molding to your foot. I can't tell if it's leather or what, feels like leather. There are no whole sizes, so the 7.5 was a bit too tight and the 8.5 is huge. My normal size is an 8, but I couldn't count on the 7.5 stretching, so sadly, back they go. :(

I love bernie mev designs (and prices!) but they never have any support for my very high arches. This is the second pair of bernie mevs I own & wear with inserted arch supports. I love this shoe, and on your foot they're a lot more flattering than the photo might suggest. They're stretchy & fit your foot very snugly - almost like a sock - but are incredibly comfortable, and a great casual shoe.

Ordered a second pair the same because right foot seemed to slip abit and be a bit larger - same on second pair - decided to live with it and put in an insert to take up some slack for that reason - but returning one pair - just ordered 4 pairs of Toms and all fit perfectly so I don't get it - have another pair of Bernie mev. from last year and they fit fine?! Questions below are difficult as one shoe was fine - second pertained to feeling larger.

This cute, versatile and very flattering shoe exceeded my expectaions for quality. The elastic is nicely woven and looks to be durable. I need more arch support and was pleased to find it will accommodate my inserts! I have worn it around the house for a few hours and it's very comfortable. Don't yet know how it will be for long walks but will be good for evening out.

Love these shoes! Comfortable, stylish and with support! I can wear all day.

The shoes are very comfortable,as well as great looking. I get so many comments when I am wearing them! I think I have an addiction!

Love the shoe. Not impressed with the memory foam. Will need some cushioning for the ball of the foot.

I absolutely love these shoes. I can't wear ballet slipper style flats because they don't offer enough support and these give me that similar casual-but-dressy look while feeling like pillows on my feet. It definitely helps to wear nylons or little peds socks with these because the upper has a lot of potential for irritating bare skin and causing blisters. Zero problems with nylons, though.

I'm disappointed that Bernie Mev shoes do not go to size 42, which is getting more common. I would love to wear these shoes, but they feel like they also run a bit small as I tried on size 41 and it was too tight.

Pretty shoe. I am a 9 normal so I ordered a 40. The shoes are too small. If I wasn't traveling this summer, I would have returned them; instead, I gave them to a friend who is a size 8.

I wanted to love these shoes since they are very cute on and I like the material and overall look, but they were too tight on my toes and the soles were very disappointing. Even with memory foam, the shoes were too flat and had no support.

Everyone raves about the comfort of these shoes, but they did not fit me at all. They were not long enough, but the heel box was too wide so a larger size won't work for me. Very disappointed. :(

I love them. But I am a size 10 and my toe is at the very end of shoe. Please make larger sizes.
