The glue melts in the heat and the straps become loose. You can reglue them but still not something to wear on hot sunny days.

The style of these sandals is great--sole is gray, not white as I thought it would be, but I preferred the gray. The footbed is far too narrow, not wide as marked on the sole. I have loved the Sexi-flip style for at least three years and wanted more colors, but I already have the colors still available. Please bring back the Sexi-flip, with its arch support and in a wide variety of colors. I'd probably buy all of them!

The recommendations on the site says to order up if you're between sizes but a 9 is way too big :/

The only reason I'm giving this purchase a 1 is because I purchased a 9, the bag they came in said 9 but the shoes themselves and the tag on them were actually 10s so I couldn't wear them and had to return. Now of course my size is not available and I can't find them anywhere else. The store I returned them at were not sympathetic or helpful considering it's definitely a warehouse mistake. I have these shoes in 2 other colors and love them but really wanted the pearl.

I feel the pair I received are defective. The right shoe seems smaller and pulls between my toes. I have purchased three pairs of the shoes in the past and LOVED them! Not these.

When shopping online I was advised that the shoes run big, so I should buy down a size. I am a 7.5 so I bought two pairs of cute Crocs sandals, size 7. Both are too small and I cant return them. I'm unhappy with my purchase because I cant exchange them for a size 8. I will have to give them away.... Not exactly how I like to waist my money

Looks fine, but offers no arch support. Tried Crocs because a couple of friends were raving about them in a different style. The style I ordered is not comfortable at all, the bottom of the strap between the toes pinches where it is attached to the sole. Also, the price is outrageous, I usually spend between $50-90 for a good quality sandal so it didn't bother me to spend over $40 on these, but sorry these are not worth the price.

Run small! Got such a great deal on them, they were not even worth returning. Super disappointed, would have LOVED to have been able to exchange them rather then give them away. Description said to size down if your in between, that's a lie...size up!!!

The right shoe feels like it's been stretched out. It nearly falls off when I walk. No I don't have two different sizes feet and yes the shoes are each a size 6. I have Repeatedy emailed and inquired about getting a replacement shoe or an exchange and crocs will not get back to me. I'll never order fe Crocs.com again

I purchased these about 4 months ago and I LOVED these sandals. However, now the white part is a gross dingy grey color. The rest of the shoe has held up fine and they are super comfortable. I got tons of complements when they were new. It's really too bad that now I can't wear them outside of the house, because they were great. If you don't care about the color, these are awesome.
As a side note, years ago Zappos used to have excellent service and stand behind issues like this. Now customer service says you're out of luck if you've ever worn a product (without even inquiring IF I had worn them).

Love the style of this shoe but the toe thong between the toes is very uncomfortable. I bought two pairs and had to give them away. This was disappointing since I love Croc thong sandals. I had a similar pair I purchased two years ago, love them and still wear them.
