Good product but took 2 weeks to ship rediculus!

I don't like the tops of the shoes being made of vinal, plastic,or rubber, very uncomfortable and very hot to wear, BRING BACK the material uppers!!

I've lost the count as to how many times have I slipped wearing these crocs. Today I slipped in the washroom area and have fractured my left shoulder. Next thing that I'm gonna do is pack these up nicely and throw dispose them off nicely so that nobody else gets to use these. Better safe than sorry, right?

Size of shoe is actually a full size larger than normal. Contacted Crocs to exchange for smaller size and was informed that we would have to pay $7.50 shipping charge to send product back. Usually the seller will email to the customer a prepaid shipping label to make the exchange consumer friendly. NOT Crocs.....So much for free "risk free" shipping.....Crocs need not worry about future purchases from my Family since there will certainly be none!!

very bad shoes the one on the right side left me whit a sore ankle , and the customer service was bad as your late e-mail like this one hope you have improved

It came with a big scuff on the bottom of the shoe.

These shoes were uncomfortable the moment I put them on, but I attributed that to their "newness", and decided to give them time to break in. I have worn them to the store, to church, outside in the yard, and to this day, cannot say they have become any more comfortable. The longer I wear them, in fact, the more uncomfortable they become. Moisture exacerbates this, and since these are basically an "all-rubber" shoe, there is nothing to prevent or soak up any moisture; thus, my feet get rubbed almost raw. Very poor design, in my opinion. I will be donating them to charity, as I've had them for quite some time, now.

Size is big...inner sole bumpy and not as cushioned as other crocs

They gave me blisters below both ankles.

These shoes cut my ankles when walking. Don't suggest.

while the shoe looks good it is way too hot for your foot. did not realize that the material was basically plastic type and makes it extremely hot to wear. I will return this pair to crocs and purchase another shoe thats more comfortable. I would not recommend buying this pair.

These are very practical shoes but terribly uncomfortable. They do not have the renown Croc's comfort, but feel like ordinary shoes. I like them for their versatility but can not wear them.

They hurt my feet and caused blisters, after walking around for one hour!

I bought this Men's Citilane Roka Slip-On and had blisters on my heels only for a few hours. I got back to the Crocs store to see if the salesperson can help, but she asked us to find anti-friction heel pads ourselves. I did buy two different pairs of heel pads, but they didn't work well -- not sticky enough. I should have asked my refund when the shoes caused blisters!!!
