Always purchase for my husband since he does not like shoe shopping because of limited styles for a man's 7. Excellent style and fit. Very much like this style of shoe and always comfortable for everyday casual use. Have purchased several in this style. My only real concern is finding different styles for my husband because of his smaller foot. Otherwise always feel quality is good for price. Most of my husband's shoes are from Johnson and Murphy

I saw the shoes while on vacation but it wasn't in my size. I thought they might play a major part of my wardrobe, especially as we live in Florida, so I ordered it online in my size - size 15! The fact J&M has a customer centric return policy provided me with a high level of confidence so I thought I'd sample both the shoe and if necessary, the return policy and send the pair back if not satisfied. The order was the subject of multiple delays which is why I rated my purchase as a 4 star experience. My reasoning is if the shoe wasn't available in my size at the time of ordering, I should have been told straight away. That did not happen. However, J&M did provide me with updates when the delivery was delayed again and again but I persisted in wanting to at least try the shoe on. That day finally came and I was careful where I was walking (inside vs outside) so I could return the shoes knowing they were virtually brand new. Well, it's been a few weeks and I can say the shoes feel and look great. They won't be going back to J&M but would suggest whoever reads this evaluation takes my recommendation to heart and continues to focus on the customer and let them know if the shoe is available when ordering.

Great fit. Great look. Super comfortable. I couldnt be happier. I have the lace up version and needed a black shoe. I went with these and they were a great choice.

not available in a wide width in black... same shoe is available in a wide width in tan.... poor planning

These are the most comfortable shoes out of the box that Ive ever purchased. Great looking, too. J&M never disappoints!

Good quality but it run a bit smaller

I ordered these should on-line and was pleasantly surprised with the fit and comfort. I feel these shoes are reasonably priced and good quality. I had been looking a long time for a comfortable, reasonably priced pair of casual shoes. I would highly recommend Johnson & Murphy. Note: I had to but a 1/2 size smaller since it seems their shoes run slightly oversize.

I wore these shoes 30 years I order same shoe but in wide width and I look like a clown in them I ware 10.5 my grandson ware a 12 and these shoes fit him when they came in I took them out now thru now and recite away so I guess Im stuck with shoes that I cant ware and grandson want ware

Love these slip ons right out of the box. You can dress them up or throw them on with shorts and go. They couldnt be better!

I really like the look and comfort of the shoe. I have purchased a variety of J&M shoes over the years. Always buy size 11. This is the first time that 11 is less than a perfect fit. Seems like a little more of a width issue than length. Nothing that can't be fixed with a little thicker sock.

Very comfortable shoes, but its better to size down half a size.

The McGuffey slip-on is very comfortable and lightweight. Its a great-looking casual shoe.

Nice quality leather and overall comfortable shoe. Color is unique and I can wear these to work or just out and about. The memory foam is ok but after wearing several times, the shoes feels thin in the forefoot and lacks cushioning. They have nice heel cushioning and arch support and the midsole is not too thick or thin. I would consider transitioning the forefoot cushioning to a more absorbable material with better rebound such as a gel based insole.

The comfort and quality of the woven leather is great! We did find that although typically a size 15 in sneakers, my husband needed a smaller size 14 due to this slip-on shoe running large.

These are my favorite shoes though I think the ones made in China were a bit better than the new ones made in India. Only time will tell. Usually they break in quite nicely.

Durable and comfortable. Nice looking, too. Sent them back as they too big! I wear a size 14. Sent them back and got a 13 thats OK, but I think a 12 may be better. Very nice shoes.

These are basically comfortable shoes, but for me they are a little tight on the top of the instep. I assume the leather will relax a bit with wear, at least I hope.

Ive been a J&M customer for decades, but these were a bit of a stretch - Im a boot guy usually but were heading to Hawaii so These fit perfectly, look exactly as advertised, and showed up when promised. Exactly what I have come to expect from this company.

I love the shoes. I did not give it 5 stars because they are tight to put them on, but they feel very comfortable otherwise. It is the perfect compromise between sneakers and traditional shoes.
