Ordered the classic flip flop (first pair) in black. The right flip flop was a 1/2 size smaller than left. Ordered 2 more pairs, one in black and one in white. The white was true to size and the black right was a whole size smaller than the left. When they heat up from your body heat or the pavement they stretch out and become larger and very loose around the between the toe strap. It's very weird. These are nothing compared to the quality of the older crocs. I'm switching to sketchers from now on.

I ordered my usual size but these were much too large. I have tried to call customer service but got no answer. I don't have a packing slip and would like to return them. I am unable to print the packing slip and return label. Disappointed in the service.

I am disappointed with the quality of the four pairs (sandals, slides and flip flops) I purchased. I did not receive a shipping label in the bag, but I will attempt return. The soles are not as thick and the heel cup not as deep as previous shoes. This is important to me due to my foot issues. Also, I have bought numerous pairs over the years in a size 10, and they no longer fit--they are too large. I don't care for all of the holes in the shoes either; it makes them look like children's shoes.

The product has changed considerably, more narrow, straight line, very loose and difficult to walk in. Didn't realize all of this until I wore them for a day. I will try and return them. Sad, as my others are worn out from wearing every day!

The shoe hurt the bottom of my left foot. And it was too big on the top of my foot those straps didn’t touch my foot. When I first tried them on I thought they were going to be a perfect fit and feel good but they are not.

You've changed what used to be the MOST comfortable flip flop ever! These feel pretty ordinary and lack the comfort and support of previous models.

I loved my old classic crocs with leather top and orthotic fit.but did not see on website. I got these new classic crocs and I don't like the classic top and the way they roll back make them unsafe, because I lose my balance backwards in them. I would return them but don't want to pay the shipping fee.

I've been wearing Crocs for many years and am very disappointed in the quality of the newest flip flops. They no longer fit correctly, don't have the lip around the front toe area, have the toe separator visible on the under side like the cheaply made flip flops. Also it's like the left shoe and right shoe are being made by separate companies because they fit so differently. After over 20 years I will no longer be purchasing Crocs.

I loved my 7 year old Croc flip flops! These newer version look like a shiny rubber/plastic and the silly Croc name connected to each flip flop twirls around and most times is upside down! I tried to love them but don't! Since I wore them a few times (hoping to like them) I was told I can't return them! Next time I'll buy in a store so I can try and see them!!

The whole experience and the comfort of the flip-flops is very good. Because the piece that goes between the toes can eventually pull out, I wish you would redesign them so that they are all from one piece of rubber mold just like Telic flip-flops. The strap will then never, ever come apart! This is the part that makes yours as inferior as other brands.

The part that goes between my toes was initially very painful. It even caused sores on each foot. However, after wearing them for a while, my feet are finally becoming used to them. I think they will be okay in the long run. Wouldn't buy another pair though.

I love the old style flips they where more confortable, thicker and two color in the same flip. These ones give me blisters so I can't use the to walk for too long. I still like them but not sure why I keep getting blisters.

I purchased these for my adult son and he immediately fell in love with them stating they were the most comfortable pair of flip flops he had ever tried on. Unfortunately they only lasted 60 days before the toe piece broke and can't be fixed.
