Absolutely love this flip flop and I’ve been buying them over the years. However, something definitely happened in the sizing between last year and this year. I used to always be a size 10 but now I have to go up to a size 11 for the length to be correct.

I called Crocs to see if I could find this sandal in a level 2 padding version. (For reference I am a woman in her mid-50's who has lost a bit of metatarsal padding.) They suggested the unisex Crocs modi sport flip. It was indeed softer on the bottom of my feet than this flip. However it was significantly wider, which made for a sloppy fit, and the toe bar was uncomfortable since the toes are working harder to lift a heavier sandal. This classic flip has a super comfortable toe bar and is the perfect width. I have narrow heels, but need a wide toe box for one foot, medium toe box for the other foot. As it will mainly serve as a gym shower sandal, the padding factor is less important than if I were using it around town. It has good arch support (I'm flat footed.) but not a crazy arch support like an Oofos flip, which I simply can't wear as it feels like there's a mountain in the middle of my foot. I would highly recommend this stream-lined, comfortable, and supportive flip.
