Shoe could use more padding in the ball area of the foot.

I have a wide foot and wear 7 1/2 or 8 in wide. I ordered the 8W for this shoe and was disappointed to find it was too long for my foot, and yet too tight. I didn't see any reason to try the 7 1/2W for better length, since the 8W was already tight. I could also tell that they wouldn't be a good all-day shoe because there was no support or cushion in the sole. Sadly, I had to return them.

Ouch! They look lovely but I wouldn't be able to stand in them let alone walk any distance. So sad!

I ordered these shoes in 9.5 Wide, which is my usual size. The minute I took them out of the box, I could tell the shoes were WAY too small. I couldn’t even get them on my foot. The length was ok, but they were not wide enough. The style and color were lovely.

Beautiful shoes but my little toe stuck out between the strap. Very disappointing. Had to return them. Needs to be redesigned to add another strap.

I purchased these shoes based on the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, they are not right for me. The bands across the top are too snug and make my feet look "puffy". Another customer posted a picture and my feet look the same as hers...not an attractive look! I kept the shoes and wore them around the house to "break them in" but they are very uncomfortable so I had to purchase a different style. I am sorry I did not send these back right away; now I am stuck with a pair of shoes I will probably never wear! I kept thinking they would stretch out and become more comfortable, but that never happened.

These shoes are so pretty in gold. I am going to exchange them for a larger size because they run small.

These shoes are very pretty, but the narrow fits more like a medium and I cannot keep from sliding through the toe. I'm afraid I will have to return because they are too wide. A narrow usually fits me, but these do not, and I've had this problem with the Naturalizer brand before.

I'm returning this shoe because I didn't feel like there was enough support for my ankles. Otherwise the shoes fit well and appeared to be made well and of good quality.

The shoes are very nice and stylish. The heel is just right. I can’t where anything too high anymore. The width was tight. These were for a wedding and I can’t imagine wearing them all night. I normally wear an 8M but I definitely would need a wide with these. They are going back.

Didn't fit my wide foot - the wrap-around strap crossed the widest part of my foot. The foot bed is rather pointed and curved when you look at the photo of the shoe bottom, so this style won't work for me.

a very attractive and dressy shoe but very narrow. I usually wear a wide but these were not sized like a wide, more like a regular. So unfortunately I have to return them

I ordered this shoe in silver with sparkle thinking that it had leather uppers (I searched for leather on the Zappos website). But the shoe has all man made components. I am returning the shoes, even though they are pretty. Comfort is too important to me.

The middle strap was too tight- tighter than all the others including the first one over the toes. So it felt tight at the wrong spots because the footbed was actually nice and wide (8W). The buckle strap has an elastic bit at the end which may be the reason why even the shortest option was not tight enough over my foot. These shoes are strangely disproportionate; tight where it is supposed to be loose, loose where it is supposed to be tight.

Very pretty shoe. Ran a little small. I bought the wide, which would have worked out great, had it not been for the fact that both little toes stuck out between the straps. I need strappy sandals, and my toes are perfectly normal, not very short, so why do they stick out on the sides of every pair of strappy sandals I try on. Very disappointing. Thank you Zappos for letting me keep trying.

I loved the shoes and how they looked. They were comfortable and easy to walk in. Unfortunately the strap across the instep cut into my foot after 15 minuets and that was prior to any swelling.

I got these in champaign satin color which it was perfect matching my dress for a wedding. Unfortunately I didn't find them comfortable and the back kept moving down as I walked. Too bad I really wanted them to fit right. I had to return them.

This color is much more shiny than I thought it would be. It almost looks like a dyed shoe one would wear to a wedding. Too dressy, going back.

Just weren't as attractive in person. Purchased the gold color. The strap towards the end of my toes was too snug. Returning...

These shoes have an iridescent rainbow-speckled finish that doesn't work with my dress. The straps also cut oddly on my foot so that my little toes were in between the two straps and felt exposed. Nice looking shoe, but won't work for me.
