Very cute boot if you are on the hunt for that rocker-chic look. Distressed parts are brown, not grayish as shown on pic. I tried 7.5, my normal size, and it was too short. Tried the 8 and while it fit, I realized that I wouldn't be able to wear it to work and on the weekends I'm more likely to wear sneakers. I can do edgy at work but the distressing is something I don't think my colleagues would get and think that they were trashed shoes, not bought that way. (I work in academia so it's a tad conservative, in terms of dress culture.) They seem stiff but I'm sure they'd break in. It's all leather, including the sole that have a rubber bottom on it, which would provide great traction. I'd keep it if I could but really want to stick to a budget and get a pair that I can wear to work.

Great looking shoe. But they run small I am a 8.5 and the shoe felt a full size to small. Wish they fit.

Beautiful style, however so hard, I'm 9 1/2 or 10, I ordered 9 1/2 and they where to tight, however I returned because they are just too hard.

I bought and returned these for a couple of reasons. 1. Weird fit: bought same size as other bed stu boots, but these were too tight in the toe box and slipped in the heel. That's right, a boot slipping in the heel. Weird. 2. Weird combo of styles: what's not obvious in the pictures is that the front of the boot is more western and the rear is more work boot/engineer type. I personally detest western style boots so that was a huge negative for me. Having said that, the color is fantastic, the leather is charming like other bed stu boots. Loved the shaft height. Very disappointed they didn't work for me.

I love the look of these boots! Unfortunately, the reviews were right. The toe box is very tight, and the heel slips badly. I thought about buying something to put in the back of the boot to help with the slipping, but ultimately, they were just too tight in the toe box. I don’t think sizing up would have helped because then the heel slip would have been worse. Sadly, I couldn’t justify keeping them, and returned them. I love Bed Stu, and I really wanted these boots to work, they just didn’t. For reference, I wear a 10 to 11, depending on the type of shoe. Bought these in a 10. I’m so sad I had to send them back.

The show was very heavy and larger than I wanted, unfortunately they don't offer half sizes after size 10 : (

I loved the style of the boot and quality of material and workmanship however I was not able to get my foot into the boot so am returning. I always wear a size 9 1/2 so was very disappointed.

The fit and size was all good. I just didn't like the color tones of the boot.

I thought these looked great out of the box, but then I put them on... and ouch. Unfortunately they were REALLY uncomfortable. Sad to return as I thought they were very stylish.

These are beautiful boots and I really wanted to like them. I bought them in my usual 7.5 size and true to other reviews they were too small. But the real problem was while my toes were crushed my heels were slipping out. Sadly they’re going back.

I have a pair of Bed Stu boots, Laurel, that fit really well. Thought I could order the becca style, but not so. Much, much too small. Felt like a full size smaller. Cool boots, but sadly, they have to go back.

Beautiful boot but didn’t work for me. The seam across the top of my foot would dig into my foot when I walked.

Beautiful and stylish however to hard and heavy, I'm usually 9.5 and these where to short more like a 9. Had to return.

Like the other reviews said, this boot runs small. I ordered both a 9.5and 10 and the 10 fit better. My normal 9.5 was really tight. However, my heel lifted way out of the boot with every step so sadly, I won't be keeping these. They are cute and a nice cross between a cowboy boot and a motoboot. I wish they could have worked.

I have purchased Bed Stu before but this might be the last time. The books look nothing like the photos online. I am a solid size 6 with not very wide feet and could hardly get my feet squeezed into these. The materials felt cheap and poorly made. Shocking from what I considered a quality shoe maker. The high price tag is 100% not worth it.
