The shoe came to me with the thread coming apart in the toe strap. I have very narrow feet and everything was too loose for me. They felt comfortable, but I have to stick to narrow sizes in non-adjustable straps.

Cute for comfort shoes, but the buckle hit my ankle bone and was uncomfortable. I sent them back.

These sandals had a good amount of support and seemed like they could be worn for a day of walking. They also were much more attractive looking than most other sandals with a supportive bottom. Unfortunately, the metal buckle hit right at my ankle bone and seemed like it could cause blisters, so I had to return them.

Agreed with the other reviewers mentioning that the buckle is placed awkwardly right where the bone is. I’m afraid that it’ll be more of a problem so this had to go back.

Let me begin by saying that I am very hard to fit with multiple foot problems. I wear a 10 wide and have difficulty finding shoes in my size. The good news is that I am able to wear these sandals with minimal discomfort. There is little arch support but it does not appear to be a problem. My only objection is that they have a white sole which I'm not crazy about. I have the black and luggage color. The finish on the luggage color is uneven which does detract from the shoe. Overall, I am satisfied and thrilled to find a shoe that fits!

I ordered these sandals after seeing them numerous times hailed as great travel shoes. They did not dissapoint. They are stylish and comfortable and had no breaking in period. My right foot tends to swell some as the day goes on and I still did not have any issue. The leather is soft and the arch support is moderate for my high arch. My feet slide in easily and the buckle is quite easy to fasten. My only complaint is that I wish the bottom wasn't white, only because it definitely looks more like a casual sandal. I still will likely get these in more colors. I will live in them this summer. So much nicer than a flip flop while still being fun and casual.

These were cute and comfortable EXCEPT for the buckle rubbing right on my ankle. As others have said, they'd be perfect if there was some kind of lining behind the buckle. I'm not ambitious enough to alter them myself given the price. So close.

I think I’m one of the few that these didn’t work for. I thought they ran short and maybe I have short ankles but the buckles were very uncomfortable. The style was OK, looked cute with leggings and ankle pants, sole was flexible like a thin sneaker bottom, the leather was soft but there was no arch support and I couldn’t imagine wearing them for any length of time. I might have tried them a .5 size larger but the lack of arch support and the buckle kept me from giving them another try. Sorry but they have to be returned. Thanks Zappos for trying to fit my problem feet!

Love, love, love the style of these sandals, I don’t see anyone else round here wearing something similar which brings a smile to my face! However, the shoes pinch my little toes on both sides, so disappointing. So I can only really wear them for say an evening when I know I won’t be doing much walking. No good for day trips or running errands.

I ordered these in blue/denim and they're great. Nice support, a bit of a lift, and soft leather. I have a wide foot and these were more than accommodating. Beware though - I also ordered them in the silver (same size) and the leather was not as soft and the buckle rubbed against my ankle so they were returned.

Love these shoes but which they were a tad less-wide and/or that they came in 10.5. I have an 11 and they're a bit roomy. I love the style and they're comfy. Received a compliment on the first day I wore them.

I was traveling in South America and saw someone wearing these comfortable and cool-looking shoes. I ordered them right away. Unfortunately, when I wore them inside my house for just 30 minutes, my bunion was throbbing. So sad!!

Okay, I love these! They are comfortable out of the box, nice cushion and have fun style. I'm going to be walking all over Paris for a couple of weeks in Summer so I need to be strategic about my planning and outfit coordination. These will serve as a hybrid: 2/3 sandal and 1/3 Vans/Siebel tennis shoe wanna be. (I'll still have other black tennis shoes but those will be for real workouts and hiking.) Perfect! Also, the nice wide bands make for both a secure setting AND a fun gladiator-ish styling that is fitted enough to keep my wandering pinkie toe reined in. The functionality means they'll get me around the streets and cobbles during my visit while also looking kinda funky/cool (I hope). One note: I did read the review about the buckle and see what she means. However, I like them enough that I'll just spend a few minutes applying some felt to the back. They're worth a little extra effort. (But, Sofft people if you're listening: for the next iteration of this shoe encase the buckle in something, please.)

Loved the shoe. Leather is soft and comfortable, provides great support even though it's a sandal. Looks adorable on. Unfortunately, had to return the sandal because there is no padding whatsoever under the metal buckle. The metal buckle sits directly on my ankle bone and moved back-and-forth across that bone when I walked. Not conducive to long-term wearing comfort.

Color didn't look as good as I thought it would. And, the pair I received looked like it had been worn. So… back they went. However, the sandal itself is great. I have a few pairs already and love them.

I purchased my first Sofft Mirabelle years ago and wore them constantly. I thought it was time for a replacement. These shoes however didn't feel the same way as my original pair. The leather was much stiffer and the buckle much harder to close. They also seemed to run a little smaller. I had to return them due to that reason.

I liked the style so much and hate to return these! It would be great if the came in a wide width and the strap was longer for the buckle. I might have tried to see if they stretched a bit on their own with wear but struggling to buckle them was a no go.

I love the look of these shoes. They had adequate arch support but the strap around the ankle is too high which results in the metal buckle hitting exactly on my ankle bone. They were too painful to walk in.

This are comfy shoes and pretty cute, too. The problem is that the criss-cross straps are not separate straps, they're cut from one piece of material and just look like separate straps. For this reason, I's ending them back because I don't think they'll give and move properly as I'm walking. If I could wear them for a couple of weeks to try them out I would, but since I can only return unused shoes they're going back without a fair test.

Love the color, the ankle wrap and the straps are comfortable, unfortunately, the buckle on the ankle is open so it rubs on your ankle bone and really hurts.... I'm going to see if a shoe repair place can add a little strip of lever over the buckle so I can wear them...

I really wanted these shoes to work for me, but they didn't. The style is super cute and trendy, especially in the metallic color and with the chunky/athletic sole. I ordered my normal size 9.5 and have a long and narrow foot. When trying them on, the leather felt as if it was already stretched out and I had the tightest loop on the ankle strap. I knew after wearing them around they would stretch out too much. The length was perfect though, so getting the next size down wouldn't be an option. They might work for someone with different feet.

I really liked the style and comfort of this sandal but it was too wide for me. The straps gapped and the back strap would have needed additional holes to adjust it to my foot. I sadly returned.
