These shoes are super cute and I love them. I bought a size 9 the first time and they were much too big. They were so big that my friend who usually wears a size 10 could wear them. For the second pair I bought a pair of 7.5W and they fit perfectly.

I liked the sandals but they were too hard/awkward to buckle based on strap configuration.

I was hoping for more. I walked around in them for only 2 hours and my feet were already hurting. There isn't much padding, so probably more for a night out with minimal time on your feet. It is also not as wide fit as I imagined them to be. It is a decent looking shoe and I initially kept them because I was looking for a nude pair of flat sandals (baywater king suede fit the bill). I'm glad the soft straps didn't cause any blisters, but overall, I'm not a big fan of the shoe.

The bed of this sandal is incredibly narrow. As you're walking, it's very easy for your heel to come down and kind of slide off the foot bed, and even to slide out the side of the sandal. It hurts when this happens. There is no meaningful padding or impact-diffusing, so you'll feel every step. I've worn worse, but if you're looking for comfort sandals, keep looking.

Very cute and very confortable but sadly not enough stable for me. I have issue with my right ankle (I easily wrench it) and I need shoes that are very stable. On this pair the wedge heel is quite narrow at the bottom.

My size is pretty constantly an 8 1/2 M. The foot bed of this shoe was fine, but the ankle strap was too short for me. It's a decent looking shoe/sandal, but it would have benefitted from a more delicate looking ankle strap of a slightly more generous length. If I had considered adding holes to the strap to make it comfortable, it would have been tedious to close the strap. Sorry, had to return it.

I really wanted to love these but the quality and fit just didn't meet my expectations. I ordered a wide, as I have a true wide foot and the strap across the toes was still very narrow and made my foot look horrible in the shoes. Also the leather dye was not applied evenly so the tan color looked splotchy and sloppy. Ended up returning these in favor of another pair.

So here’s the deal. I have several pairs of 11 m sofft sandals, they are perfect length but at end of my work day feel snugg so I ordered wide. Well, now the company is using same foot bed and putting a fuller strap on so your foot is touching the ground on sides if you’re a little wide AND, the foot bed is a half size smaller so my toes are at end. Don’t buy if you think you’re getting what used to be. Very disappointing!

Fit was great but I have a pair similar that were getting old and I thought this felt a bit too much like plastic rather than leather I was trying to replace the pair I have. Maybe next summer

I really love this shoe. But, it just rubs me the wrong way....like everywhere. My bunion, on the bottom where the stitching is and the straps around my ankle (I feel the ankle strap is too high). Sadly I'm returning.

This is such a comfortable and stylish sandal, possibly my favorite fit ever! Unfortunately, I walk so much living in the city, that the back portion connecting the heel to the rest of the straps couldn't last before the lining started unraveling by the 3rd or 4th time I wore them. My first pair purchased was also in blush suede, which also can't stand the humidity and dirty streets walking. I should have known better! I'm giving it a second chance, and purchasing it in a leather material to see if it lasts. And I may try to get the first pair fixed. The fit was so good, I have to try once more!

I have a wide foot and the wide, was not wide enough across the toe box. Cute shoes though.

I have the Vallar which is similar except with a zipper in back instead of buckle. They are beautiful and comfortable so I had high hopes for these. First of all, I HATE outside buckles on shoes - you have to be a contortionist to get them on. Second, I ordered the gold - or "Platino Rasputin" (rolling the eyes). The straps are not leather. For this price point, I expect leather. I ordered 9.5W, which is the same size as the Vallar. The toe strap is narrow, and the ankle straps are tight - although you could easily add 1 or 2 more holes to the buckles. So sadly, these are going back.

I wanted to love these but after returning the first pair for a 1/2 size bigger, they were still small and quite uncomfortable.

They fit me find but there just wasn't enough support all around for my foot. I felt like my foot was over flowing the shoe so I am going to return them. I think they would fine for a younger person but I need more secure fit.

These were pretty uncomfortable, no padding on the ball of the foot. Also, my foot slid forward in these, leaving a gap at the heel. Returned.

i wanted to like these but the heel felt like it was made out of wood - not very cushy/comfortable.

I really thought this shoe would be more comfortable than it was. The color is pretty but the suede material had packing material sticking to it out of the box and trying to pick it off constantly was a pain. Just not worth this price. Will be sending them back.

I have bunions and typically cannot wear this style shoe. However, I decided to give this a shot given that it came in wide width and had great reviews. Although the style is very cute, this shoe felt like a regular width except at the ankle. The ankle straps were too large. As a result, the band across my foot was too tight and ill fitting and the straps at my ankle were sliding around. Not comfortable at all.

If you have a narrow foot and a thin ankle, you will be swimming in these.

The foot bed is extremely narrow, especially under the arch, making the shoe very uncomfortable. Cute shoe, but unwearable for me. I have medium to narrow width foot.

So uncomfortable. Felt like a cheap pair of sandals from Walmart. No cushion, nothing like Sofft typical quality.

Product arrived worn and a strap on one shoe was ripped behind the heel. I had never experienced this with Zappos. Poor return inspection. I was grossed out.

These shoes are beautiful - tons of compliments. But they are poorly made, at least my pair was. After a handful of wears the ankle strap fell apart. It’s glued on, not sewn. I tried and tried to fix it and took them to two cobblers who couldn’t help due to the construction. So sad.

Very disappointed.... not what I expected from Sofft. Looked and felt cheap.
