Buckle is cumbersome … nice shoe but not easy

I absolutely love the style and cork material of this shoe...BUT it was verrry awkward and hard to buckle the strap! Also my foot slipped around and was not stable...my heel would just slide our the slide! I was so afraid I would fall!!!

the fit was 1/2 size off for me. I have thin, not narrow feet. The 9.5 was a little short and the 10 was way too loose with no way to tighten. Compfy otherwise. I ordered the red in a 10 and its fine. The navy I ordered later was too loose. Not consistent.

Returned, hated these sandals. The ankle strap didn't fit right, the heel cup didn't fit right so they were sloppy, and they looked terrible.

Very cute shoe, I was very disappointed that they didn’t work out for me. Unlike other reviews I did not have any problems with the ankle strap. They are not as comfortable as I thought they should be.

These were comfortable. The leather was so soft and the footbed was cushioned. However the shoe was not wide.

Very disappointed in Zappos. This is the 3rd pair that I ordered. The first pair was not a good fit. The 2nd pair fit great, but the left shoe had visible discolorations. The 3rd pair also had visible discolorations on the left shoe. Not sure how this can happen, but for this price I want my shoes to look the same. The third pair will be returned as well.

This hit my ankle bone funny. Also the silver is really shiny. It’s not subtle.

I wear and 8.5 and ordered an 8.5. The shoe was just a tad short, so I'd recommend going up half a size. That said, the front strap would have killed my feet. I have a narrow foot and long skinny toes and they would have been rubbed raw. I tried these on, wanted to love them (they were super cute), but there is no way my feet would have lasted in these shoes. I ordered the cork wedges, so maybe the other straps can be broken in a bit more?

I already own a pair in this style in a tan color. The straps are soft and smooth leather. The straps on the black pair are stiff and have cracks throughout. It is not the same leather or quality so I am returning them.

I bought these shoes in black and these are great shoes except the dye rubs off on your feet. At first I thought it was just because they were new but after wearing regularly for about a month, this is still a problem. At the end of the day I have black smudges all over my toes, feet, ankles, etc.

So cute! I loved these and wanted to keep them but the fit was too loose for me. I felt like my foot was slipping out of them as I walked. I tightened them as much as I could and even tried arch inserts but it wasn't a good fit.

Very dissappointed. Got a Sofft low heeled sandal with back zipper closure a few years ago, but sadly it is no longer available. Decided to try their current style, but it did not work at all for me. 1) The straps do not have enough holes to close properly on my arch - the nearest hole was at least 2 inches away from where I needed it to be buckled to be secure on my feet. 2) I really much prefer a back zip style - much easier to use than having to fiddle with a buckle every time I put the shoes on and off. 3) The previous style had straps the diagonally held the entire foot, not just a linear strap across the foot. I use these for dancing, and they would never stay secure on my feet with this current strap configuration. Though the style is cute enough, it absolutely would not work for me.

Very comfortable. The leather is low quality. Looks worn and spotty.

These shoes were great, except they stain the bottom of your feet - beware! Unfortunately, they are being returned because of the staining.

I love the look of these sandals, however, unfortunately , I had to return them because the strap across the front of the foot hit right at my bunion and cut into it just walking around the house.

These are similar to another Sofft shoe I purchased. I don’t find them as comfortable or as wide, but they will do. I was most disappointed by the dye coming off on my feet and ankles the first and only wear. For $100 shoes I expect more. This misses the mark.

I really wanted to love these. I ordered the wide. Even with the correct length and ordering the wide width the sides of my toes hung off the front sides of the shoe. The front of the shoe seemed very narrow.

These shoes felt well and were comfortable but the loop in the back broke after the 2nd time wearing them. The leather was easily scratched

To call these shoes a D width is ridiculous. They are not wide at all. Perhaps they just increased the length of the straps and called them wide. That being said, perhaps if your feet are swollen and not wide, they would be perfect. Also, I wish there were no seams in the soles. After a good deal of walking I think they would probably irritate my feet. Maybe causing blisters or callouses. It's a shame they don't fit because I love the color and the materials seem very soft and expensive.

Sandals are very cute. But when I tried them on and walked around and good grief, every step I took produced an odd farting noise from my heel. Tried tightening the ankle strap but was already at the tightest and still loose. Gotta go back.

These shoes looked so cute, I really wanted them to work. I have wide feet, so ordered a 10W. The foot part fit well but the strap was way too long and allowed too much movement of the shoe as I walked. Also, I have a lot of Sofft shoes, but these were clearly inferior quality. The leather is paper thin and seemed really weak. Not what I expected for the price.

Too tight across my foot

I've never owned a pair of shoes that made my toes bleed, and these were my first. They are very beautiful shoes, but the strap across the toes rubbed the skin off of my pinky toes so much that the skin broke and bled. Wow.

love the look of this shoe...only one problem....the buckle hits my ankle bone...not particularly comfortable at all. Had to return.
