Great shoe, except that the matching material that lines the toe bed is uncomfortable for me. I ordered the black leather first, and found the leather too sticky under my toes. So then I reordered the suede. It's not sticky, but still not comfortable. I guess the shoe is dressier with the matching toe bed, but it's not for me. I'm sending these back.

Like the style a lot. The footbed is too narrow. I think it would be too unstable.

Love the style of this sandal - unfortunately the straps runner a bit too wide over the top of the foot to securely keep my feet in place when walking.....as a result foot moves forward and toes creep over front of shoe:(

Fit great in the sole but the straps were way too loose/not fitted enough. Theoretically I could’ve punched another hole in the adjustable ankle strap, but the toe strap was loose too, and not adjustable. So bummed these didn’t work for me! I got them in all-black hoping they’d be the perfect versatile leather sandal to dress up or down. They look perfect and feel great otherwise. I have tricky feet though. Try them for yourself!

I love the way these shoes look; the style. I ordered an 8.5 wide, they were too small. I ordered a 9, they were too big. I ordered the same style in the pewter in a 9 and they fit perfect.

I LOVED these shoes but they were a bit big and my foot slid to much in them when I walked. Unfortunately these will be going back.

The fit and style were great. However, my skin is sensitive and I found the stitching on the footbed to be irritating. Generally I find Sofft to be very comfortable. In fact, I LOVE the Sofft Mirabelle sandal and bought 2 pair! I'm disappointed.

I was searching for a sandal that was comfortable and cute and these were ok but not a showstopper. I was able to do a fair amount of walking in them, but the straps did cut into my toe a little bit. The neutral color was a little bit boring, I wish other color choices were available. One positive is that the ankle wrap held snuggly without digging in, so I felt ankle support.

Looking for gold tone shoes for a beach wedding I was in, I ordered the platino color. The color was right but the material it was made of looked kind of cheap so they are being returned. They are perfectly fine for day to day casual wear, but not the event I was shopping for. They also felt a tad short in length as my big toe was teetering on the brink of falling off the end.

I have this shoe in two colors. I bought the first in a camel color, and got the wide because that was all I could find. Great shoe, but a bit wide at the strap across my toes. I usually wear a regular. I bought the black suede in my normal size. I found that the straps across the ankle were very short. If you have wide ankles, the straps might not be long enough. The shoe was also a bit short. I would go up a 1/2 size. I love the style so I won't be returning, but the black suede is not as comfortable as it should be.

These are beautiful shoes and the color is less beige, more light pink than appears in the photos online (at least on my screen). Felt true to size as far as length, but they are definitely NOT wide enough to be marked as such. They felt like a normal B width, which was disappointing. It's unreasonably hard to find cute, dressy women's shoes in an actual wide width. Footbed is nicely padded which would give some arch support for flatter feet, and they seem like they would be very comfortable for normal B width feet.

The color looks more pink in person than I anticipated. They are also smaller and more narrow than I thought they would be--the front strap is very tight and they were hard to get on. Could barely buckle them, and I always wear a 7.5 in sandals. Going back. Just not the right size, and not that great looking--hard to imagine they'd be very comfortable given how tight all the straps are, and if I go up a half size or more, the footbed will be too long.

This shoe is really nice, but it's far to long for its size. I ordered a 6W, and although the width was comfortable, I'd totally be tripping over the extra length in the toe.

These are cute online and in person, but on my foot, at least an inch and a half too long and not nearly wide enough. The strap that goes across the top of the foot is an a strange place, too close to the toes, so the wide part of my foot hung out and they just looked like flippers. Such a bummer. They were adorable. Sent them back.

This shoe is lovely; however, I do have wide feet, and I ordered in my normal size in wide width. My foot was not at all stable in the shoe, and my heel could slide sideways out of the shoe, even buckled on the tightest hole. Also, if you at all have bunions, re-think this one. I have had bunion surgery, but have a slight bump on one foot, and this shoe accentuated it.

I bought this shoe in black leather. The style is lovely. They are comfortable and the git is true to size in my opinion. However, I wore this shoe and at the end of the day, I discovered, much to my dismay, that the black shoe polish rubbed off onto the skin on my feet and onto my white leggings! I washed the leggings and happily the black stains washed out completely. I rubbed the shoes with a soft cloth and a lot of polish rubbed off. Hopefully, I have removed all the polish and will not have this issue reoccur the next time I wear them.

These shoes look lovely but coming from Sofft, I expected more. I ended up with a nasty blister on both of my feet, and it dyed my skin black. I did have to walk through the rain for a minute, so that may explain how the ink bled out of the suede, but that isn't something I expected. The support is moderate. Out of the box, I would recommend the Vionic shoe brand for being more comfortable and not likely to cause blisters. This is cute, and maybe over time I can wear them in, but not until these blisters heal and I forget how much it hurt.

Loved the look of this shoe and the color was great. I have always had a narrow foot and skinny legs, but the straps on the regular width were too short to go around my ankle. I tried the wide, which was too wide for my foot, and found the same thing. I had to return both pairs.

Nice shoes and cute style. The buckles were hard for me to do so I exchanged them for a different brand similar style with zippers on the back.

I have to join the other reviews that the ankle strap was simply too short. I would have said my ankles were pretty medium in size, but I was on the loosest hole and the straps were still too tight. It's too bad because the shoes were otherwise comfortable and very cute. An inch longer on the straps to allow for more variation in instep/ankle would be great. If you have slender ankles, you might like them.

super cute, very soft leather, but sadly not actually wide :( have been trying to convince myself i can keep them for the better part of an hour, but my foot is wider than the sole and sticks out on both sides. back it goes.

The fit was good but the color was not what I expected. These are very sparkly silver to the point they are too dressy for me. I felt like a Disney princess....but they were at least comfy if you're going out for a night on the town with Prince Charming.

These are very cute shoes. Unfortunately, they did not work for me. Little arch support for people with high arches. Color was very nice.

I absolutely love this shoe and had no issue until the 4th wear. The right shoe sole came completely off. The inner core of shoe is foam like material and it gave out. I have two pair and the other pair and have not experienced any issue with the other pair. Zappos customer service is awesome btw.

The deal breaker on this is that there's no support.
