Absolutely love these shoes! So much that I've ordered three colors and they are my go-to shoes for the summer. I sometimes struggle finding shoes that are cute and comfortable that don't look like I'm wearing support shoes. These work and I can walk all day in them at the office and for my daily Starbucks run (well, really a walk :-) The straps are adjustable. Also, the covered heels prevent getting street dirt on my dry heels. The only downside -- and it's small and preventable -- is that the suede gets a little crushed at the heel from driving to work, which gives it a slight sheen. If you're on the bubble, I encourage you to take the leap and buy them. Black patent is super cute for summer!

Love the overall quality of these sandals, but they were not the right fit for me. Comfortable, great quality, beautiful craftsmanship.

This is the most light weight sandals I've tried, and I almost like it, it's just the left toe strap rubs my big toe on the top part. I wanted to keep this but the rubbing bothers me... Sadly I have to return this. My quest is not over yet!

I tend to go between 8 1/2 and 9 shoes, using 8 1/2 more often for open toed styles like this. I went with the 8 1/2 and the shoe fits perfect, was incredibly comfortable to be on my feet all night for a wedding and i will definitely be able to wear with many outfits!

I have difficulty finding dress shoes that my feet can tolerate. These are so cute and comfortable. They're not for walking up and down hills but for a special occasion, work, etc. I think they're just about perfect. I originally ordered an 8 but exchanged it for a 7.5 and it fits great. Since I'm usually between a 7.5 and an 8 and my feet are on the narrow side it's exactly what I expected. We all wish that sizing was perfectly uniform between brands, but sadly that is not the case. I got the black suede ones and they are elegant, feminine and the suede is very soft - I might get another color too.

This shoe is SUPER cute, can work for both formal-ish events and be worn casually. I love the nude color. I have extremely high arches so my one qualm with the shoe is that the arch support isn't much, although there is some. However, I can add a discreet insert and once I do that these shoes will become perfect.

I purchased the black patent pair for a couple of summer weddings - one casual and one formal. I think these sandals will work for both. I have wide feet and usually wear sizes 7.5-8, so I purchased 7.5 wide and they fit very well. They seem comfortable and should allow me to walk/ dance, etc, without pain or injury!!

previous reviewers mentioned some sizing issues with these, so i took a gamble and am SO glad i did. best sandals ever! i'm almost always an 8 and have a somewhat wide foot, but not wide enough to have to buy W shoes. based on reviews, though, i ordered a 7.5W in these, and they are PERFECT -- like they were made specifically for me. so, i'll co-sign on any prior comments about these running a little long and not being all that wide. they're comfortable without being bulky or clunky. very feminine. i hate my weird, bulbous pinky toes and was thrilled to find that the toe straps hide them. obsessed!

Very pretty sandal, but not flattering on my foot. The fixed length strap was too long and loose. I wish it had fit, but I returned it.

Love the style of this sandal, they are very comfortable and slightly more dressy than a flat. I also love the cashmere patent color, a nice neutral color. I bought 8M and the length of the Sandal was fine. Unfortunately, the strap across the toes is too wide for me. My feet immediately slid forward within the first two steps making my toes hang over the front end of the sandal and leaving a gap at the heel and I already had the ankle strap at the tightest hole. What a shame these don't come in narrow sizes!!!

I love these shoes. I have wide feet with a bunion which usually precludes shoes with a strap across the toes, but these worked! I wore them for the first time to a bachelorette party and am happy to say after hours of dancing and walking my feet didn't hurt and the shoes held up. I walked through mud and cleaned them the next morning with water and they still look good. My friends with wide feet - get these!

I personally do not have any feet issues (bunions, etc.), but have seen the results of what too small, pointy dress shoes can do to feet and the surgeries required for those issues - ladies just don't on the 4 inch stilettos, you'll thank your future self. I'm all for comfort first, then style. The Sofft Innis have both. It's also great they come in W width. I personally would have liked a slightly wider front of shoe, but for the cost, comfort, and no, I repeat no blisters or cuts on my feet after wearing them straight from the box to a weekend of walking in NYC, I have no complaints at all. I took a huge risk bringing shoes I've never worn before on my trip, and am so thankful there was no 'break-in' period. How have we even conditioned ourselves to believe there should be a break-in period? Bottom line, love the Innis.

Based on many reviews which indicated that this sandal runs large, I ordered two sizes. It fits true to size for me. I love this sandal; they're comfortable and look great. I ordered the platinum and wish I could justify another color!

I really like these shoes. I got the baywater suede and its a perfect neutral for me. I also find them very comfortable. There is a little bit of a wedge which dresses it up. I'll get a lot of wear out of them this summer I'm sure.

Unbelievably comfortable! One day after they arrived, I put these on for work and then headed to the airport in them....and I don't regret it! I did end up buying the "Wide" size, heeding the other reviews mentioning that they ran narrow, and I'm glad I did. Super cute!

Finally a sassy sandle that was comfortable the fit my high instep, wide feet. I love these sandles and for me the low heal was great for my back. I will buy the black ones too!!!

Great shoe for both casual days in the office and after work get together. The blue suede colot is unique and fun.

I ordered the shoe in W, which was just a hair too wide, but likely is because my foot is not a true W size. I also likely will make an extra hole to tighten them, which will help. This all being said, I believe it was as advertised, so I did not take off stars. Super excited to wear them for some weddings I have this summer!

Love these shoes. I have short wide feet and they fit! I ordered 7.5 Wide. Usually I have to take an 8 which is always too long but these fit properly. Just ordered two more pairs in different colors. It's hot and sticky in FL and the material is great, with soles that won't slip!

I love these shoes! I have been having difficulty getting shoes to fit and be comfortable due to bunions. I have custom orthodontics that I use in athletic shoes to control foot pain. Navigating my existing shoe inventory has been a challenge do to my changing feet. I found these and love they way they look with a skirt and well as capris, and ankle length pants or jeans. Very stylish. You can find a look alike shoe by Jimmy Choo called "Chiara Demi-Wedge Crisscross Sandal" for $625 at Neiman Marcus. I ordered another pair in a different color. I wore them successful through a social event that required I be on my feet, then through an airport, all without any foot pain. I ordered my size but in a wider width and it was perfect. This brand is now happily on my radar.

Love these sandals. Ordered the beige & wore them the first time for several hours. They never rubbed or hurt my feet at all so I ordered the navy ones. Have gotten more compliments on these sandals than any other recent shoe purchases.
