These are great sandals, dressy enough for a sophisticated look and very comfortable. I wear a wide and the straps were not too tight. The leather looks and feels expensive, not cheap at all.

I purchased these a couple of weeks ago and have already worn them at least 5 times. They were comfortable right out of the box - no breaking in necessary! Great quality sandals and a great fit. I'm frequently on my feet during my work day and rarely ever wear anything but a flat shoe during the week. The heel height is perfect for a casual work look or for everyday.

I was looking for a shoe that had a good support for the ball of the foot. Because of the soft insole, this shoe really met my requirements. I will wear these to work and shopping. They are that comfortable. Love them.

So comfortable right out of the box. I have never been disappointed by Sofft. The leather is high quality and feels amazing. The tan color goes with almost anything, it's definitely a go-to shoe for me now.

I bought Sofft Innis to wear as a bridesmaid, and they were comfortable right out of the box and throughout most of the night of dancing. No blisters, no pain until later in the evening when my feet were just tired. Stylish and comfortable.

By far - I mean by leaps and bounds - the most comfortable AND stylish shoes. I've purchased in a long time. You will be able to stand at a boring wedding reception OR dance your self silly - either way your feet will be in love and will thank you.

These are beautiful and so comfortable. I have a long list of foot problems from bunions to achilles tendonitis and finding a stylish shoe that doesn't hurt is difficult. I bought these to wear for my daughter's summer wedding. My only complaint is that I would have preferred suede on the wedge instead of the faux wood, but the pros outweigh the con.

so soft and comfy. I could walk a good bit in this without breaking them in. They bridge the gap between old lady comfort shoes and trendy hipster doesn't matter how much they hurt, I look awesome shoes. :)

I have a pretty wide foot. I bought a 7W ans it was close enough. I like extra wide when it's available, but I kept these anyway. The heel is really low and it's comfortable to walk in up and down stairs. The inside is soft and the bottom actually has rubber grip, so no falling.I bought this in blue suede. It's a nice powder blue. I paired it with a rebecca minkoff purse in the same color. Works great for a casual look with jeans or a summer dress.I was looking for a middle ground between plain sandals and high heeled sandals. Nothing frumpy and not too dressy. Good buy.

These were perfect out of the box. Wore them all day on several days walking in Venice, Florence, Pompeii and Rome with no problems. They are super cute with dresses, shorts and jeans. Highly recommend!

These shows are really pretty and comfortable. I've got very flat feet and back issues and found these shoes to be a great selection for style and comfort. I plan to purchase another color.

I bought both the black and the light blush suede. These shoes are so pretty. They have great support and are very stylish. After having a black and nude pair of sandals for a while as my summer go to sandals I needed some new ones. After over obsessing I finally decided on these. The wedge is very slight and very comfortable. I ended up returning the blush color and exchanging for the other nude. I was hoping the light blush would be closer to my own natural skin tone and it was very light pink. Pretty but not what I was going for. I exchanged for the other nude and was very pleased with the quick shipment from Zappos. Man they have got this down. My new go to sandals are awesome. I can't stop staring at my feet. Great purchase, love them.

Love this shoe! the ankle strap keeps my heel from slipping, and they are just the right height to be comfortable and stylish. The strap needs another hole to be tight enough for my foot, but otherwise, they are perfect!!

This is a nice, pretty shoe. It's comfortable. I normally wear a 10.5 W, but I can cheat a bit in the Summer months with sandals since my toes don't have to be boxed in then. This shoe in a 10W fit well with no complaining right out of the box. I have high arches and small ankles; if I kept these shoes I would have had to punch a hole about a half inch beyond the last hole to make the shoe fit snugger around the ankle. I actually bought 19 pairs of shoes at once so I could try on many and find my favorites! I have many good choices. This is a great shoe, but I think I will be opting for Sofft Ravello in black which fits me well and is very, very fetching, although I will have to break them in slowly around the toe area on my right (shorter) foot.

Purchased this in the wide after reading reviews indicating the wide had longer straps. I have a high instep so the extra length was perfect. I wore the shoes to a wedding (and the rehearsal dinner the night before as well). I was able to wear them with a casual dress and a more formal bridesmaid dress as well. Very versatile.

I love these shoes! They are very versatile and can be dressed up or down. Fit is true to my size 8.5 and I do not have any problems with the ankle strap. I also find them very comfortable and have no problem wearing them all day at work.

So soft and comfortable to wear, I feel like I'm in my slippers. The neutral color makes these shoes a valuable asset to your wardrobe.

I bought these shoes for a wedding this weekend. They aren't heals, but they're pretty and they worked with my dress. But I had to wait to see how they felt...and I was really happy with these shoes! I have very wide, weirdly shaped feet. Wide in front and narrow in back, kind of like a triangle. The straps help my feet in place without feeling like I would slide out of them, and when I walked I felt secure in my steps. We had a short walk from the hotel to the church, to the reception venue, and back to the hotel, and these shoes worked great. Then I was on my feet for quite a while on the dance floor and still my feet didn't hurt like they usually do. The women with the sexy heels had changed into flats or flip flops by this time, but I could keep these shoes on the entire time! I was completely pleased with these shoes and very glad I bought them. I have never purchased this brand before, but I would definitely try another pair when I need shoes! Thank you Zappos!

These are great dressy sandals for a business casual environment. I wouldn’t walk a mile in them because the arch support isn’t great, but they’re pretty comfortable for an 8 hour workday—no pinching or rubbing. May get them in other colors.

My only problem with this sandal is that I have medium width, skinny feet and I have to buy these sandals in a wide width, but having done so, they fit perfectly! I own them in several colors and have had a few pairs for two-plus years and they’re very comfortable and stylish. Great for dressing up or down and for walking all day. I just wish they’d come in red!

I ordered 1/2 size smaller as many suggested and I was disappointed to find that my normal size would have been perfecting (and now my size is sold out in the color I wanted). Stick to your normal sizing and you will be thrilled with the fit, quality, comfort, etc., etc., etc.,!!!

This shoe is very stylish and comfortable. I have it in three colors. The leather is soft on the feet and the little heel is just right for fashion. I wear it with dresses and pants and it looks great with both.
