Beautiful look. Horribly hard. I loved the way these boots looked but I couldn't stand how they felt. I'm 65 and have 3 main issues with my feet. 1) I have a wide toe and narrow heel. Finding footwear is a nightmare bc most shoe manufacturer's don't make shoes for women like us, even though I was told by a podiatrist that 1/3 of the female population have feet with a wide toe and narrow heel. 2) I have plantar fasciitis and 3) I have developed neuropathy that is worsening. If you don't have any feet issues and don't mind walking on a surface that feels like walking on concrete barefoot, these are beautiful! They went back.

Shoe was darling in color, zipper was nice but for myself, the tallness of the front was uncomfortable. I wasn't sure, being leather, it would soften up or not so decided to return.

These are beautiful boots but very narrow. I normally wear an 8 or 8.5M. In this boot I tried both 8.5 and 9. Still had trouble pulling them on. They 9 was long enough but too narrow. Too bad. I wanted them to work!!

Should have listened to other reviews. Not a true fit. Go up at least one size. Very disappointed in Sofft quality. Other products from them have been good quality. These feel and look cheap and stiff. I'm off this brand.

These boots are a great fit and width for my wide feet. Love the color and texture.

Fit is wonderful, color is beautiful and look forward to wearing it! Looks great with leggings, jeans and long skirts. Love that it is waterproof.

This boot is very comfortable and stylish. Very happy with this boot.

Comfortable right out of the box. I would like them a little more if insoles were removable for orthotics. I need a little more arch support but the arch support is good for the average person. The soles are comfortable and I love that they are waterproof. I plan to wear these boots on my European trip.

This boot has man made insole and lining, so returning. Comfortable.

Perfect fit for boots and thin socks. Or no socks. Padded footbeds with some arch support (low arch support) . I’d size up if you’re wearing orthotics for more arch support. There’s room in the toe box. I love the look of them!

I wear these boots all day with inserts and am on my feet all day. Get compliments on these shoes only, lol. One drawback however, I noticed is the sole wears fast compared to other boots. I bought an extra pair just in case they stop making these since the last style I like from this brand isn’t made anymore. I took those to a shoe repair to get soled. The shoe is light and doesn’t make a loud noise while walking which is why I love them.

These boots are fantastic! I have all sorts of foot issues: flat feet. Morton’s neuroma, etc. I bought these boots because of the built in metatarsal pad and the roomy toe box. I put them on and wore them all day the first day. And every day since. I still can’t believe it. Plus they look so good. Sleek and stylish. Now I’m going to see what other shoes I can order from Sofft!

Gorgeous boots in the luggage color. LOVE how soft the foot bed is, however, the toe area is too tight. I feel like if I went up in size, then the heel area would be too big. Sadly they have to go back.

It was weird...the right boot was fine. The left boot was too tight/narrow . My third pair of soft boots and the only time I experienced this. .

I bought these in the same size at the Sofft Taryn boot. But these felt much smaller in the instep. There is a metatarsal pad that reduced the volume in that part of the shoe, making them painfully tight.

They seemed loose on my feet and not at all cute.

The toe and ball of the foot were narrow and the heel was too wide or loose
