Disappointed in the quality. The leather was thin and very stiff.

The front buckle was just decorative. You couldn't adjust it.

I liked the look of these, but the arch support was uncomfortable for me so am returning them

These looked ok but were way too lose around the ankle. I wish the velcro staps tightened up more. Too loose, and I was afraid my ankle would twist and I would fall, so back they go.

I was very disappointed in these sandals. I've been wearing Clarks for years and they are a well made shoe, comfortable and stylish. These felt like cardboard instead of the usual quality leather. I personally did not like the brown top stitching on the white sandal with a black rubber sole and felt it detracted from the overall style. They were returned.

This is a very attractive sandal, BUT it has two serious flaws. The first is the sizing. I have another pair of Clark's sandals that I bought just last year and it has a sole with the same shape. However, these new sandals are an inch shorter, measuring the two bottom to bottom. Aside from having to send them back, it really makes me wonder what Clark's is up to. The second flaw is the back strap. It doesn't have a buckle. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems as if this will put undue stress on the the vecro attachment, causing it to wear out sooner, which would ruin the sandal. If I had a choice, I'd pick function over form and keep the buckle. All said, I don't know whether I'm going to exchange this pair for a larger size, or just return them. That's my two cents.

The shoes are nice, great cushioning, adjustable straps at toes, arch & heal. The straps at toe & arch are only adjustable on one side. The shoes seemed narrow, as small toe was on shoe edge, so ordered the wide. That helped a little but then the ankle strap was too high and when I walked it rubbed my ankle bone and was not comfortable. Also it was a bit bulkier than I expected.

This shoe seems pretty nice but the arch on this one is very odd - there is a lift on the outer part that seems to be misplaced. I am trying out the 9s as well but those seem a little large so not sure which direction to go. Might try another pair of each size to see what can work since they seem like overall pretty versatile shoes that are very easy to take on and off and I think if I can get the right fit they will be very comfortable.

What is happening to Clarks footbed on shoes. I have 4 Clarks shoes and my toes never went over the side of the shoe. I had to return two pair of Clarks because they are making the front of the foot bed too narrow for a medium width. In reading reviews of other styles, others are having the same problem. Sorry to have to keep sending them back.

The shoe was very true to size. I am right on the cusp of wearing strictly shoes with added custom orthotics or custom orthotics built into the shoe, but I wanted to try these shoes about which I've heard so much buzz. They were comfortable, and I bet for the average person that they were really comfortable. But for me, there just was not enough arch support, and ball of foot support, and cushioning, that I had to return them. I tried the Aetret Jillian sandal and it was considerably more comfortable. Guess from now on, though, for me they will have to have custom orthotics.

These were too wide for even my wide feet. Even tho they have adjustable straps you really can't make them narrower because the central top strap will be pulled out of line.

Kuddos to Zappos! You have amazing customer service, incredibly fast shipping, like no other shoe place I know of. These shoes were cute and I can see why they got such good reviews, but it was obvious to me right away that they weren't the shoes for me. I ordered an 8 XW and they seemed true to size, but I think I'm so used to wearing shoes with a less than 1" sole that the elevated heel pushed my feet forward too much and I couldn't see myself wearing them in comfort for any length of time. The red color was pretty. I wish more sandals came in wide and extra wide. I think my Keen Naples, the older "model" have just spoiled me and they don't sell them any more. Oh well, the search goes on.

I wish I could say that I loved this shoe. After reading the other reviews, I bought them for work - I stand on wood floors 8 hours a day and need a summer shoe that is comfortable, supportive and that I can wear with both pants and skirts. Unfortunately, while the footbed was the correct width, the straps were too loose across the top of my foot. No matter how tightly I tried to adjust all three straps, my foot didn't feel secure in the shoe. The strap going around my heel rubbed under my ankle bone on my right foot - nearly rubbing a sore spot... So they are going back. Also, I would have found them more stylish if the stitching was black on black. The beige contrast stitching on black leather made the shoe look dowdy.

Bought these for my sister, they were very uncomfortable, and not what she was expecting.

I have numerous pairs of Clark's but this is the first style that has ever been uncomfortable for me. Unfortunately I didn't figure that out until after I wore them outside otherwise I would have returned them. They are true to size and very lightweight but really felt awful on the top of my arch ( I have really high arches).

These seemed like they would be very comfortable, but the sizing is so odd I'm done trying. The 7 regular width was way too narrow but otherwise fit, but the 7 wide is way too big--a full size at least.

These are cute shoes, but the velcro in the back rubbed my ankle so I returned them.

The fit was ok, but the soles were so hard, no give at all. Found them painful to walk with.

Not wide at all! I could tell by looking ...but then tried them on and they were not generously wide at all!

I ordered the Clarks Lexi Walnut Q in Extra Wide. The front of the shoe was easy to adjust with the velcroe straps, so the width was okay. The heel was too narrow and, since the heel portion of the footbed is "cupped", I was walking on the stiff edge of the cup-- very uncomfortable. Returned.

I had hopes for this sandal after trying so many. I need a wide for the footbed, but I could then put three fingers under the main top strap. There's no way I could keep these so they are returned. Rockport Cobb Hill's are wide without having a lot of extra material on top.

Although I bought a WW, the shoe was much too tight. Cute shoe, but I will be returning.

I know I have big wide feet - that's why i like Zappos :) ....but you can't make a wide shoe by putting long straps on a narrow footbed. As the footbed had narrow raised edges it felt very uncomfortable.

Walking and even standing in this shoe feels unstable. The sole is molded in a way that I felt I was constantly rocking back and forth and sideways, and not ever able to stand still and rest. Also the inside foot bed has a strange raised arch "support" on the outside edge that is raised where a prominent bone is. Not comfortable. Love the look of the style, and hope they'll adjust the fit!
