I normally wear a 11 in other brands. I ordered a Sz 10 in these and they fit perfect. The leather is very high quality, thick, and the stitching very nice. All I expected from a Clark shoe. I did note some previous reviews stating they ride high on the ankles and are uncomfortable. I will say they do ride higher than my other loafers, but I think once I wear them for awhile that factor will go away. Definitely not problematic enough for me to want to send back. It’s hard finding a loafer with ties these days. I have foot issues and the arch on these is very supportive. A huge plus. I would grade them an A .

I love, love these shoes. Have them in brown and black. Comfortable right out of the box!

These are true to size and quite comfortable. I really like the style.

These shoes are great! I wear 8.5 and these were true to size for me. My foot is low volume (not technically narrow) and I'm able to lace these snugly. Plenty of room for looser lacing for those with more typical volume feet. I love the foot shape to the toe box and the styling in general. A little strange! In a good way. They hug my forefoot vertically (like it's in a bed with very tucked in sheets!) without squeezing it horizontally (side to side). I have kind of low ankle bones so the leather was a bit uncomfortable there. I shaped the top edge with vice grips and cardboard (for a few days) at the place where they hit my ankle bone. Now it's no problem!

And yet another opportunity to type in Zappos to find what I have been looking for! Clarks Funny Dream are comfortable, fit very well, (went half size smaller as Clarks run big). Delivery was dependable as always and of course I will be back!

These have to be the best shoes I have found yet. They fit great in the heel cup, as i have narrow heels, they feel great, the inside is smooth soft leather and the toe box is great wide enough to accommodate my toes, I just wish the heel was a little lower, but I can handle it. Thanks Zappos!!!

I ended up returning these because the leather was too stiff for me while trying them on. I was interested in them for an upcoming trip so I didn't have much time to break them in, but it sounds like the leather does soften with time according to other reviews. I liked that they were different but still fashionable.

Oh, I so wanted to keep these and tried first with thick socks, then with thin, but the toe box is shallow and rubbed painfully on the top of my big toe. With beautiful, simple craftsmanship, these shoes are destined to make some customers very happy, just not me. I wear a size 8 in most shoes and ordered a size 8--Perhaps a larger size might have helped but my sense is the fit would then be sloppy elsewhere.

I love the quirky design elements of this shoe - big grommets, wide laces, interesting seaming at toes, retro crepe soles. Looks well made, of quality materials. Nice wide forefoot I need. But the leather is VERY STIFF! My feet don't have much natural cushioning. Very reluctantly I had to return.

Cute shoe, very European-looking, but the seam across the top ran right into my big toe. Very narrow shoe box...

I love the style. However as soon as i tried them on, the shoe was digging into the front part of my ankle. I would have given them a chance to break in, but the brown color was too dark for me.

I like these shoes more than I thought I would. I typically wear Vionics because of problem feet but now need to wear a heel lift on the left, and was looking for comfort, but a less shaped footbed. Based on comments that the shoe runs large I ordered my usual size, 8. Had to return for a 9 and it works well. Doesn't hit my hammer toe, or rub my ankle and accommodates my somewhat wide foot. Style wise they remind me of a desert boot. Just what I needed for fall in the country.

These shoes are really cute, but not so much on my size 10 feet. The toe box is very long; generally I try to find styles that don't make my feet look even larger, so I sent these back with some regret. The shoes seem to be very well made and comfortable otherwise.

These run small compared to the two other pairs of Clarks I own in size 11. As other reviewers have mentioned, there isn't much vertical space in the toe box, and the shoes felt a bit short. They're surprisingly cute on the feet and had they been available a half size larger, I would have tried that (alas, big sizes aren't available in half sizes). I didn't have trouble with the leather bothering my ankles.

I liked the look of this shoe and the leather was high quality. Very cute shoe. First I ordered a 6.5 because I often wear that size in Clarks. The right shoe rubbed the top of my toes. The left, not as much. Next I ordered a 7. I put it on my right foot first and it felt great! But this time the left shoe felt very tight by the toes and the side of my foot. I wore it around the house for a few hours because some reviewers said it will stretch out. But the area that rubbed badly was by a seam in the shoe. This is going back too. I wish I could rely on Clarks shoes as I have it the past. Very disappointed.

These shoes were comfortable! I'm returning them because the sizing seems odd to me. The toe box and the width fit perfectly but despite tying the laces as tight as possible, my heels still slip out of the back a bit. I wear an 8.5-9 in most shoes. It feels like the shoe is mis-proportioned somehow. Otherwise, high-quality leather shoe.

The size was perfect, the shoe felt odd. the way the heel is constructed made it feel off balance to walk and I felt like the shoe leaned in a bit. Cute show. Not a ?great fit.

It is comfortable for walking. The heel area is small, narrow, which I like and roomy at toe area. The used leather is not good quality and it is rather ugly.

I wear a 9 and bought a 9 but it was too tight around my foot and ankle. However, I did like the shoe and will reorder in another size.

Odd looking shoe but that's ok. Kind of stiff but had to return due to very little toe box room, esp. with winter socks. Plus heel kept slipping up with each step.

Shoes were well constructed compared to other Clarks shoes but they had no arch supports or cushioning and were uncomfortable to wear. I felt like I was walking barefoot on concrete.

I usually wear 7 1/2 or 8M in all shoes/boots. I ordered these in 8M. The front portion of the shoes is extremely wide and the back portion does not have support. They are not flexible and there is no arch support.

It’s not very comfortable mostly at the sides and opening of the shoe when walking.
