I LOVE this shoe but unfortunately I have to return it. It hits in the wrong place on the right side of foot - rubbing on a bone. I am so bummed because other than that they are so comfy and cute.

Put these on and walked down the stairs and up several times and already had a blister forming around heel and top of foot. Probably OK if you wore them with socks to break in, but I need some that are comfy without. But very cute!

The left shoe was not sewn on symmetrically, when looking at the inside and the outside of the front section. This is the same problem I encountered on the Bel Air style. Not only does this make the affected shoe look a bit odd, it causes the left foot to roll inward. For the price of these shoes, you'd think they would have better quality control. I sent both styles back, even tho' they were as cute as all get-out. Cute doesn't always cut it!

I was so disappointed that these shoes did not work out for me. They are so cute and would be perfect for my casual office job that keeps me on my feet many days. After reading the many 5-star reviews, I was expecting these shoes to feel like clouds on my feet. While the foot bed was cushy, the upper material felt rough and stiff. I have bony feet, and the criss-cross straps felt like they would have really bothered me by the end of the day. I also have a narrow heel, and the shoe slipped a little in the back, making a flip-flop noise. I hate to send these back, but they are not the 5-star comfort shoe I was expecting.

I was so excited to order these shoes, and they are definately as cute in person as they are in the pictures. Sadly, they are not the comfort shoe I was hoping for. They rub where the straps are sewn in, right at the boney part of my foot. If I hadn't taken a day wearing them outside, hoping to break them in, I would definitely return them because of the pain.

I bought these shoes in "Black Earth," expecting based on the name and pictures to get a pair of all black shoes. However, they are really black and deep brown.

The shoes were very cute. The sizing is crazy. The 91/2 were too big, the 9's were too small. They even came in different sized shoe boxes. When put side by side there was a large difference in size. I would have kept them if they fit.

Super cute shoes. However they were not comfortable at all. I originally ordered an 8.5. They were way too big and my feet kept slipping up and down like I was wearing a flip flop. Returned them for a size 8. They fit better but were not comfortable. My 4th toe on both feet kept getting stuck in the holes around the flowers. Was not a comfortable feeling at all. I have another pair of Jambu shoes that I love and are super comfortable so I am not discounting the brand in any way. I am sad these didn’t work out for me as they are super cute.

I am sad that I can't give these shoes a good review. I have a somewhat narrow heel but normally with a strap I have not problems. However, this shoe is so lose on the heel even with the strap that it sounds as though I'm wearing flip-flops. They are so cute but such a disappointment.

I ordered this shoe a half size larger than usual per the reviews. It is still too small. Also it overall hurt my feet. This is not a very soft and comfortable shoe. It is very cute and stylish but the comfort and sizing are all wrong.

I really wanted to like these, and I pretty much did for the first month or so. The left was a good 1/2 size larger, the right foot hurt on big toe where the strap attaches. After about 2 weeks of wearing they stretched out a lot. I put an insole on top of the existing insole and it worked until the straps stretched out more. The right finally stretched out enough to put an insole in there too, and I continued to wear them. The straps are pretty thin and stretched out A LOT (note I never pulled them tight across my foot). Now I can't even fasten the Velcro because the strap is stretched past the point of overlap. A colossal waste of money for 3 months wear. Definitely would NOT but again.

Felt overall tight for a Wide. In addition, on my 7.5 size foot, the slightly diagonal cut of the instep landed right in the middle of the bunion area. Love the look, just not for my foot.

I was so hoping these shoes would be comfortable but they felt stiff and the flower design dug into my foot when walking. will be returning

After two weeks of actual wear, these shoes have stretched so much, that without the strap, I wouldn't be able to keep them on my feet. I settled on an 8B which were snug when new, although I usually wear an 8W.The shoes are still super-cute, but are so wide that they flap at the heel, and while the arch support felt good when they were new, they are so big now that they have very little actual support. I regret buying them.

What is it about Jambo shoes? They always are so cute. They look wonderful. Then you put them on and your eyes roll back. They're just hideous and uncomfortable. The leather has sharp edges. There's inadequate cushion in the bottom of the foot. They rub along every seam. And they generally run a half size small. I'm sad but I'm over them. It's just too disappointing to like them and I refuse to wear shoes that are uncomfortable. Still looking for a replacement brand. Maybe Dansko...

I am a solid 9M. This shoe was short. My toes hit the front of the shoe. Also there's really no arch support. Unfortunately they didn't work for me because they are very cute and seem well made.

This was my first time ordering this brand. Very cute shoe and I ordered my usual size 8W which gave me plenty of length and room in the toebox. But my wide feet could barely get stuffed into the wide size and I sent them back and will not be ordering a Jambu brand again. Their sizing is not built for my feet.

I went down a 1/2 size so the shoe fit a little big. After 2 days, the shoe had stretched and the velcro strap curled and almost was unable to be fastened. They were very comfortable.

These are absolutely adorable...and they didn't fit. The right shoe was shorter than the left, and badly rubbed the ends of my toes. I was so disappointed to send them back because they're just the cutest shoes ever and would have been perfect if they had fit.

Having read what others said about the fit of this shoe, I ordered a size larger than my usual. It still is not big enough. Short, short toe box. Could not possibly wear them. And the leather is curiously stiff. Not what I was looking for, at all. Back they go.

I’m really disappointed in this shoe. It started out too tight and then the leather straps stretched out way too far right away and with them pulled tighter to fit they overshoot the Velcro so they have to be loose. I even put thick inserts in them but still the same issue. And the rub raw over my toes uncomfortably. I’ve only worn these 5 times and I’m unhappy that it was a waste of money. I have other similar shoes from Jambu and they dont last well. I really expect more quality for my money.

So sad! I ordered 6 pair of shoes (all flats / various brands), and wanted these to be the ones to keep. They are so cute! I have another pair of Jambu mary janes and love them! Unfortunately....This pair had many things wrong with them (hopefully this was one faulty pair and the rest of the Jambus are still amazing). The memory foam footbed appeared to have an arch, but there was no support under the foam, which made it feel almost concave when I walked. The foot bed liner "crackled" when pressure was applied with your finger or foot. Sounded like the adhesive would catch and then un-stick. When walking in the shoes, it felt as if my heel was being pushed toward the toe of the shoe. Almost like the heel part of the foot bed was a little higher than the rest of the foot bed, like something was under there. It also hurt my heel when I walked, like there was a rock in my shoe. I will continue to search for a great pair of Jambu shoes. I hope this was a fluke, and the others are constructed with the quality of the others I have worn.

I have tried 3 different styles of Jambu and JBU shoes and find a lot of variation in the comfort level. The insole of these did not provide the same degree of arch support or cushioning as the "deep sea" style.
