Have gotten Keen Detroits twice in size 9.5 and really liked them. Wanted to try the Braddock low- ordered size 9.5 - too big, tried thick socks with an extra insole- just too big- sent them back - got size 9. My toes hit the front of the shoe. Too small. Maybe I should have tried 9 and quarter.

Okay, I have had several pairs of Keens. I wear them for work as a nurse and have done well with them for years. I hate these. They are a terrible shoe. There is no heel drop. I am walking literally heal to toe. The shoe is marked as a medium. I think the medium is a wide fit, and the arch support is minimal. I wish I could swap them out for a Nike running shoe if anyone is reading this that can help.
