Took me an hour to adjust the straps and two days to break them in, but it was soooo worth it! They're so comfortable and durable! I will be wearing them all summer.

I found these shoes to be comfortable right out of the box. It took some adjusting to get the straps to feel right, but no more than a few minutes. I usually wear a 7.5 and ordered these in a size 7, and they fit just fine. I love these shoes and have been wearing them pretty much non-stop since getting them.

Toe strap strangles my toe no matter what I do. Have another pair without it that I love

Love my Chacos!!! This my first pair. I was completely against them until I tried my daughters and immediately fell in love. I ordered a size down from my normal shoe size and they fit just like a glove. I wear them everywhere with everything, I can't wait to get a second pair in another fun color.

I tried these shoes on at my local REI but they only had once color choice, which I did not like. Another woman was trying then also, in a larger size, and had the same issue. I suggested she go home and look on Zappos and order a pair, explaining she would have then in about 2 days. I then went home to order mine. I had an issue getting into my account so I ordered them over the phone with customer services. Although the customer service representative was very helpful and courteous, there was some confusion with the shipping choices. I was told I would have then in two days, but it turned out to be 6 days, missing my chance to take them on vacation as I intended. I called Zappos and they made it right, even offering to ship to my vacation address. They were at my home with I got back from vacation and I love them. Straps take a little getting used to, therefore the 4 stars on comfort, but they were wearable right out of the box. Thank you Zappos....once again you rock.

This is my second pair of Chaco sandals. The first lasted about 7 years and I wore them almost every day in warm weather. The adjustable straps make it relatively easy to get the perfect fit. I have bunions so it is often hard to find comfortable sandals. These are great.

Great fit for wide feet.

We bought these for my daughter. She has a wide foot and struggles to find shoes (especially in a store) that fit. These fit great and look great on! They aren't too flashy but aren't boring either (which fits her personality). We are very pleased!

Theses sandals are great really cool look and color. I had another pair going on 8 years and going strong had my dog not chewed them up I wouldn't have needed a new pair. They last for forever. Easy to adjust and very comfortable.

The straps were very easy to adjust. It took about 5 minutes. I had heard that with the 3 straps adjusting them could be difficult, but I had no problems. My oldest pair of Chacos is at least 10 years old. They have been in many rivers and have lasted very well. I wanted something cuter with the same great arch support and stability. I've only had them a week, but so far I love them. Also, Zappos return policy and customer service are awesome.

Very comfortable just wish it came in a narrow width. It fits but have a lot of strap to deal with because my foot is narrow. Other than that I really like them, great arch support.anne

Love them. Good arch support and comfy. Adjusting the straps can take a little effort but worth it.

Love these shoes! I had to figure out how to loosen the straps, then they were amazing. This is at least the 5th pair of shoes I've ordered, and Zappos continues to have excellent customer service and super fast, free shipping.

These are a new favorite. I was looking for shoes that I could wear to the swimming pool. I've never been comfortable in flip flops and I wasn't sure I would like the band around my toe on these. They are so comfy! Nothing at all like flip flops. I have plantar fasciitis and need good arch support. The support on these is wonderful and they are true to size. I like them so much that I've been wearing them everywhere!

Really well made, great arch support (it almost feels aggressive at first, but once broken in they're really comfortable), stylish, and fantastic traction. I'm not a hiker or anything, but these are my summer go-to shoes. Do consider the width, though, because they are not messing around. I've never had to get wide width shoes before, but the medium width of these that I tried were uncomfortably narrow. The wider width, though, is perfect. Would definitely buy again!

Very comfortable and good looking sandal, but hated the toe and 3 straps. I have to adjust them every time I wear them, and it takes awhile with 3 individual straps. Too bad, they are the most comfortable sandals otherwise.

So far these shoes have been amazing on my feet. I even wore them to work, I'm a hairstylist, and stood all day and my feet felt amazing! I received my shoes surprisingly quick too! I'm super happy!

I’m a solid 6 and ordered wide. Too much room behind the heel and cannot adjust to make it tighter. Will return to try a 5.

I ordered the ZX/2 and ZX/3 and decided to keep the ZX/2. Three straps was just one strap too many for me to mess with while trying to get them situated correctly on my foot. For anyone willing to deal with multiple straps the ZX/3 is very cute and I liked the Lime Gray color. Both styles feel secure and offer a lot of support for a sandal.

I ordered these after my dog at the average size K2 which were snug. I ordered the wide and they fit really well on my feet. They're pretty wide so I was pretty excited to find these. I will say the 3 straps are a little difficult to work through if your foot gets caught on a strap!

This is a beautiful shoe that I use for walking all over the city and even for biking and light hikes. The toe area is sometimes a bit hard to fit into and takes some work. The shoes also gave me blisters in the beginning of breaking them in which I was disappointed about. Now they are broken in and feel good.

These shoes would be about perfect, except my heel (which I haven't had issue with before) is apparently just a bit too wide near the end of my arch and the sole rubs the inner side of it. It takes an hour or so for me to feel uncomfortable, but I bought these shoes for long days on the river and as a hiking sandal, and I find myself leaving them home more often than not.
