I returned the sandals today as straps are too loose. I love the style. There is a lot of support and shoe is very comfortable other than straps are too long and my feet slop around in the sandal

The Fitflop Lattice Surfa is everything you need if you are looking for comfort in the footbed and a more refined look than just a regular flip flop. The wide strap keeps the sandal secure and is comfortable against the skin. The footbed is soft and giving without being mushy. And the shoe has been very stable for me. My usual size is 7 M but with this sandal I have to order a full size down to a 6 Med. There is plenty of room at the end of the shoe so I don't feel like it's too short. I will say that if you have a narrow foot this sandal may not be for you. I have a full Medium foot and still have a bit of room in the strap so I don't think a narrow foot would be able to keep this flip flop on. I recommend this shoe for someone who needs cushion in both the heel and forefoot. It fits the bill for that.

These are super comfy. The sole is so soft yet supportive. I need them to be a little tighter at the top so I unfortunately need to send them back. They're cute on too - not too clunky/chunky looking. Wish they somehow came so that you could adjust the strapping. My other pair has that and I LOVE them.

These are cute and comfy but definitely spongier than my other pair of FitFlops, but those also cost quite a bit more. I'm assuming the spongier sole on these makes your leg/ankle muscles work a little more to maintain stability. So I do like these, but I like my other pair with the firmer sole (although more expensive) better. The Bubblegum and Lilac colors are definitely the CUTEST in this shoe. I know since I ordered 3 pairs so I could choose the color. Zappos is great that way because of their free shipping BOTH ways! Definitely will be buying more shoes on Zappos!

I like the style of this sandal! The leather seems to be a little on the stiff side, not bad just not soft like I had hoped! Fit Flops run big so I ordered an 8 (my foot is a size 9) and these fit just fine.

Very comfortable - love the silver and the gold. The Surfa style is wider than some which is another reason I like them.

Comfortable to work in because I stand up all day but too wide for my narrow feet. I slip around too much to walk too far. They are too long for my foot too, I bought a 9 but 8.5 would have been perfect. I didn't see that option.

The pain in the ball of my right foot was totally gone the first time I wore these. I like the small wedge as it dresses the sandal up a bit while allowing perfect comfort.

I love this shoe. However, although the sole fit perfectly, the straps on top were way too big for my foot. Disappointing! Had to return.

These are too big by a size. I have another pair similar style that are from last year that fit perfectly.

I have purchased Fitflops for 10 years, my very favorite shoes for summer. However, last year I noticed that the footbed was softer than ever before. This year I purchased the same size as in the past and the shoe was not only soft but too loose. Had to return them and got a size smaller as recommended by Zappos customer service. This shoe is just barely long enough for my foot. I'm sorry that Fitflop has changed the sizing and materials. Not the same great shoe as in the past.

Loved the look and feel of this shoe however the top strap is way too loose. I had seen this same complaint in another review and sad to say it it was an accurate review.

Not my favorite. The only other pair of fit flops that I bought were thong style, which suit me much better. I made a mistake in purchasing these, which cut into the tops of feet severely enough to have broken the skin on both feet.... no kidding! I guess if you're looking for a shoe to simply loaf around the house in they'd be OK but if you're interested in doing and type of significant walking (like a half mile or so) then these aren't a good choice. I wish I wouldn't have worn them outside so that I could exchange them for a better fit flop.

Not sure if I will be able to make these work. I'm struggling with breaking them in. My feet are shredded on top with marks from toes and straps across. I've bandaged, worn them for days, but I don't know if they are going to work. They're very cute and I hate to give up, but... Also don't know as though I can return them since I've worn them repeatedly trying to make them work.

Straps are very wide and loose! I'm afraid they will stretch out more! Love the shoe but must return!

I've been wearing FitFlops for years - they're always so comfortable right out of the box and require no break-in. However, this model was awful. The footbed/sole material felt cheaper and less durable than my old FitFlops, and the material for the upper part of the shoe is very stiff. I had blisters within the first hour. I've been wary of ordering other FitFlops because I'm afraid they've lowered their materials and quality standards. Switching to Clarks.
