I will start by saying that I have been wearing running shoes for the last 20 years, so the fit of cross-trainers is just different. Since I no longer run, I am looking for something that has more lateral stability for the gym classes I take (weight-lifting and core workouts). These shoes are lightweight and keep your feet low to the ground. There is not a lot of cushion here. It feels more like a barefoot-simulation shoe. So if you are doing high-impact workouts, it probably will not provide the cushion you need. But it serves my purposes and is stylish! Plenty of room in the footbox for those of us with wider feet.

This shoe is very unique, comfortable and lightweight. It was a little surprising to me that there is no detached tongue. The fabric is plenty stretchy to slip my foot into the shoe. It almost felt like wearing a water shoe. It was very comfortable. The laces were a pretty purple tie-dye color. The back of the heel was very comfortable! I returned these in favor of the Nike Free 5.0, which beat the gymbreaker bounce in terms of both comfort and style.
I'd also recommend:
Nike Free 2.0

I really like these shoes. Like the navy and black combo. They run a little wide, I have to pull the laces quite a lot, but once I do they feel great. They are comfy with lightweight socks. I definitely recommend them!

I waited a month to review these and I've put them to the test! Survey is in and I LOVE THESE SHOES. I purchased these to replace Nike Free Runs. My workout style is a mix of High Intensity Training and Weight Training and these shoes are PERFECT for me. (Note I ordered Nike FR's and On Clouds for comparison.) I like the Gym Breaker Bounce SO much more than my FR's. They are ultra comfortable and I am confident jumping around or focusing on form and weight distribution. I was worried I would not like the sock fit style shoe (the tongue is mot separate, the shoe fits as a slip on in one piece. I was also hesitant bc the heel comes up so high I was concerned it would rub. Both fears were unfounded. I wear the, with socks bc I can't stand not wearing socks but that's a personal preference. I actually love how the shoe slips on and the webbing around (the tie die design) "hugs" the foot when you tie the laces. My only critique would be that the laces are super long. They are so unique and attractive, I hate to replace them but it's probably inevitable. Style is the second best part - these are SO cute in person! I ALMOST hate to wear them to every workout in fear of wearing them out bc I love them!

Very comfortable, light weight, and low profile. Plenty of room in toe box. Stylish and not bulky. I wear shoes primarily to kickboxing class and on weekends.

I always wear Reebok at the dance studio, but I decided to give these a try. I love the look of these, and even better I love the way they feel! They are very comfortable, with good support. They feel a little wide, but not too much. I will be ordering another pair so I'll have a spare when these wear out.

I feel the shoes, being Adidas, fit slightly odd, maybe due to use as street shoes? Shoes are cute as a button though!

They're decent shoes. Very stylish and mostly comfortable. I got the Core Black. It looks like that color is sold out. I also only paid $55.99 for them in early July. The shoe laces don't stay tied unless they're double knotted, and even then, they sometimes become untied. Other than that, my only other feedback is that you don't want to wear these on sandy, loose dirt, or dusty road surfaces because they are mesh, and the dirt gets through it to your feet/socks. Also, the manufacturer does not recommend washing them.

Based on my great experience with the prior season version, I had high expectations for this. Still called Gymbreaker Bounce but they changed the design. The tongue used to be integrated into the body of the shoe so it was as if it were a sock. This version the tongue is separate like most traditional designs but the tongue doesn't seem wide enough and would shift off side. Though not obvious when test wearing, didnt want to take the risk of it shifting more when actually using it at the gym. Bummer! Otherwise like the color, materials and lightness.

The fabric on this gave so much that I felt like there was no ankle support. I had to return it before I twisted my ankle. Strange, normally I love Adidas style.
