I ordered 8.5 2E and you sent 8.5 MED

I ordered a 9 with a 4E width because of my bunion. While the top part of the shoe was wide & the mesh was comfortable, the base was too narrow and my foot hung over the sides, hurting my bunion.

Overall, these shoes are a C. Not as comfortable as I had hoped and rubs my little toe a bit. I bought them as quick slip on shoes for occasional use (so I stop wearing slippers outside). They are serving their purpose but not anything I’d wear daily or for a long time.

There’s an internal tag that is bulky at the back of the shoe. I couldn’t get comfortable because of that tag.

These shoes are very cute and I wanted them to work out. But they are short and wide so need to return.

It’s hard to review these shoes because they felt to small for me. I’ll know better when I order another pair but order them a little longer.

These shoes were decent looking and seemed like they'd be reasonably comfortable in terms of softness but they were HUGE. Didn't fit right at all.

High arches beware! I couldn’t get my feet into these because they don’t have enough give over the arch. So I couldn’t say if they are comfy or not. Not as cute in the flesh as I was hoping. Back they go.

I hoped to use these shoes with my orthotic inserts, as "house shoes/slippers", but the instep of the shoe was too low for my foot. I have a high instep (but a fallen arch, go figure). I'm not concerned because the purchase was made from Zappos, and they have a stellar reputation and return policy.

These shoes were very disappointing. Propet seems to have big problems with their qualify control. I have another pair, same brand, same model, same size, different color, that fit well and I wear them almost every day. On these shoes the left shoe was narrower and when I tried to walk, some material was cutting into my foot painfully in the arch area. I removed the insole but that did not help. No way I could wear these shoes to walk to work. I will have to keep looking for another pair that won't hurt my foot before the current shoes wear out.

I don’t know how this is possible but the shoe but both too big and too small at the same time. The toe box felt tight and it rubbed against my toes in a way that was very uncomfortable, yet the heel slipped out of the shoe making that uncomfortable. The sole felt nice like walking on clouds but the rest of the shoe made it feel like they didn’t belong together.

Love the shoe, but my problem is a high instep. So while the black elastic insert at top was great, the fact that there was non-flexible stitching all around the edge made it difficult to slide my foot in.

Appearance was too orthopedic for me

The shoes are pretty, but the heel was way to wide, especially on the right foot.

This is close to too big to keep on my foot, I’m looking for alternative insoles to see if that would improve things. I wear a 5 C, and this 5 was both long and wide. Suggest you size down a half size when ordering. Styling is nice, the lace look drags it out of the ordinary

Comfy shoes but they have zero arch support. Very easy to clean; just throw them in the washer.

Comfy shoe that is easy to wash in the washer.

I have a AA front and 4A heel. I can keep these shoes on with no issue. In black, they look ok but do not think they would look as nice in lighter colors because the fabric is not the highest quality. They are ok to wear for a short bit but not the most comfortable shoes if you were going to wear them for a long time

I wanted to like these pull on sneakers, but unfortunately the 6.5 was too big, and the 6 was loose in the heel and too short in the toe bed. They look cute, though. Even my husband thought so. I am returning both.

Big Propet fan but these didn't offer much. Too big and not supportive enough. I already own a similar style so returned these.

The fit was fine for my wide, bunianated feet. but the shoes are weird. They are so flimsy I don't see how they can hold up. What really made me decide to return them is the way the bubbley soles felt. They have so many bumps and so much texture that when I walked around in them they contantly called my attention to them. When I wear my Saucony shoes I forget about my feet. These soles constantly called my attention to my feet. I want to forget about my feet when i walk. I want comfort, not a massage. So, back they go.

I normally wear a 10EE in an enclosed toe shoe. This shoe was about a 1/2 size longer and way too much material for a xwide. Sure wish Propet would standardize their sizes. Very frustrating to try and get the right fit. Even though Zappos lets you return as many shoes as you must, I get very tired of the process of back and forth. Arrgh! Couldn't rate the comfort of this shoe because i kept slipping out of them.

I love the slip-on, and the look of the fabric, especially the colors. I really hoped the clear rubber around the toes would help the fabric hold up better than my last pair. But no, they have the same problem. They don't support the foot well, have a sloppy fit, not truly Narrow.

This shoe did not work for me. The wide width was okay for my warm wool winter socks, so they fit around my toes, but once the shoe reached my arches and heels, it was way too large, with the knit material bagging out along the side of my foot. I could see maybe getting these for house slippers, but I would never be comfortable wearing them outside...whether shopping, in an airport, etc. No arch support and no side to side support. Definitely not something I would recommend to any older gal like me who wants to be confident in her shoes.

I pretty much always wear a 6 1/2 but this was too large so I ordered a 6. The 6 is good for length but no longer easy to get on--definitely not a slip-on.
