I am unable to review because, although the label on the box showed the correct shoe, the actual pair of shoes in the box I received was not this shoe, not even close, a completely different color and style. I am waiting for a 2nd order and hope it will be correct so I can review it.

Liked the look. Feel was ok. Returning because pair is too wide overall.

This shoe has changed. I have 2 other pairs of the exact shoe, but the 11 now fits like an 11.5 or 12. MUCH too long. Sadly, it'll be returned & I'll have to look for a new favorite shoe.

When I tried this on it basically felt like two separate shoes glued together -- too narrow and too wide at the same time. The fabric was also extremely uncomfortable, and not in a way that felt like it would break in with time. I tried the shoes on for a couple of minutes, and the spot on my foot where the tops had rubbed felt raw for most of an hour afterward.

I usually wear a size 6.5 and these shoes were to large for me.

After reading the reviews I thought these might work for me as I am always seeking a comfortable shoe to wear without socks. They are awful. The materials are not soft, it is a most uncomfortable shoe, I have feet without padding, so I need shoes that won't rub. These hurt my feet immediately and would have quickly produced a blister. I returned them.

Much narrower than marked. Returned.

I usually buy a 10W, but these shoes were terribly tight. The shoe felt both short and tight. The 4th and 5th toe pushed against the side and top of the shoe. The arch support is non-existent. The pad is removable so it may be possible to use other orthotics, but that may cramp the toes even more. I had these on long enough to walk around the room, took them off and I'm sending them back.

I have wide feet and narrow heels and wear anywhere between a 7.5 and 8 shoe,in either normal or wide width depending on the shoe. I purchased these in a 7.5 W. They were instantly comfortable. They do not cut into the top of my foot ( as many 'mary jane' styles do for me) even with a light sock liner on. With bare feet, the heels slipped slightly, fixed with a heel snug. They are cute and lightweight to boot!

I wear a 9AAAA but with inserts and socks I thought I could make these fit because I ordered a 9AA. They are true to length but are very wide and made with soft, flexible and unconstructed fabric. I had to return them.

I ordered 8 1/2 W. This style is wrong for wide feet. There is no arch support. Those shoes look like slippers but are uncomfortable. I am returning them.

I think I would like this shoe but something strange happened and the pair I received did not have the removeable insoles! I didn't realize at first, put them on, went for a long walk and they seemed comfortable but I was disappointed that I felt like they had no support. So when I got back I looked at them carefully and there is absolutely no insole or lining...you can see the (red and green) stitching inside. I went back and looked in the box and it is empty. No chance they were in there and I threw away...never saw them! Don't know what to do as they are "used" (once, for an hour) now and I don't have the original paperwork anymore...and I don't want to use without any type of insole! Wish I knew how to do contact company to get the insoles!

I was so disappointed with these shoes. I thought they would be suitable for travel. The heel of these shoes. are so shallow they would not stay on my feet as I dashed through the airport. Plus, the right shoe sole was twisted. Zappos was kind enough to extend free, one day shipping credit so I could try another brand.

I purchased these shoes for travel. They appeared to be just the shoe for easy and quick removal when going through airport security. I must have received a defective pair. The right shoe sole feels twisted on my foot and the shoe comes off when I walk.

Very cheaply made with no support whatsoever.

This shoe looked nice, but i couln't/wouldn't try it on because someone with dirty feet obviously tried them on before me. There are actual dirt marks from someone's feet all over the inside of this pair of shoes.

Inconsistent sizing— I bought a pair of these back in the summer and loved them right out of the box. Unfortunately, my puppy chewed the strap and ruined them. Since I liked them so much, I decided to order another pair. The second pair does not fit like the first. The heel slips up and down so badly that I can’t keep them on my feet. The arch support seems to be in the wrong place, too. I am going to have to send back.

Cute shoe but no support at all and I couldn't keep it from slipping at the heel.
