Thought these were really cute, and they are but I ordered a narrow and they are still too wide. Also, does not seem to have lots of support of walking a longer distance.

No cushion. Not even when I used my own insole.

Felt great, but only lasted 6 months before they developed holes.

too narrow

I liked the look of the shoes, but should have ordered a 10N instead of 9-1/2N. Without a sock it was still a bit short in length; however, with a standard athletic sock, it was uncomfortably too short. The moderate support was there, but I think I need a bit more support because I have a problem with flat feet and need all the arch support I can get. All in all, though, the shoe is nice looking.

difd not seem true to size, too short

Have purchased these shoes in the past and loved them. Not so with these and I'm not sure why.

Felt narrow. Extra wide is usually plenty, but this 2e still felt tight. Also it got very narrow around top of foot and wide again by my ankle. Made my ankle look much wider than it was. Pretty fabric and color, but they need to go back.

BRAND RUNS NARROW! Can’t speak to comfort or longevity because they were returned, but a 4E width in these felt narrower than a 2E from Easy Spirit. I’ve tried (and returned) several styles from this brand with pretty much the same results. Doesn’t work if you have a wider foot.

The first pair I got of this shoe fit my foot perfectly. First pair of shoes that fit well for my wide short foot, so I ordered more of them. The new shoes are all to soppy in the heel. So I can't use them to walk, my orthodic moves up in the shoe.

The sewing of the loops for the laces was poor. One loop was just a piece of fabric sewn in on one side. The shoes are being returned.

I don't understand Prophet sizing. I ordered a WW (2E), and compared it up to my other W and WW shoes, and it was narrower than all of them. There's barely any curve/shape to the sole--the widest part is only a teensy bit wider than the heel. Other than that, the fabric was nice and they were lightweight. I'd really like a shoe like this, where the sole and the upper are all black--guess I'll try the 4E if it ever comes back in stock.

Walking in these shoes is like walking on a sponge--and just about as supportive. I need shoes that will support my feet. And unfortunately, although these shoes initially feel great and I like the style, I wouldn't even be able to wear them as bedroom slippers.

These are very similar to the Nike Tanjun-type sneaker that other companies have followed-suite on selling these days. So many men, women, and kids wear this type now but they offer no support (or cushion). The sole is flexible and flat. If you can wear this type of shoe be very grateful. I, on the other hand, have various foot conditions from years of running and need a stiffer sole and even with my custom orthotic, need an arch support and stability type shoe.

This was my first time trying Propét, and the sizing was extremely inconsistent. I normally wear a size 9, so I ordered several pairs to find the correct fit: 9.5 X (2E) – much too large 9 X (2E) – still too large 9 W (D) – unexpectedly too small The difference between these sizes was far greater than expected for the same shoe model. After three attempts, I wasn’t able to find a size that fit properly. Because of this experience, I’ve decided not to try additional Propét styles.

This shoe was labeled double E wide, it was definitely not labeled correctly. A very narrow shoe.

Beautiful shoes but I can't wear them. There is a fitting around the front and side of the toes that instantly hurt both my big and little toes. I fell for a pretty face...

I have this style in white and it fits fine. For some reason the grey ones are narrower and stiffer, very uncomfortable.

I buy these shoes often, was very unhappy when these were shorter & narrower than they should have been. They are marked wrong I am sure. Returned them!

no arch support- very uncomfortable.

this is the second pair I ordered in the grey and they were too narrow. I have ordered these sneekers in the past with no issue and I love the style and comfort. I ordered a blue pair in the same size and they fit perfectly. I did notify zappos about the irregularity between the 2 pair of shoes in the same size and width

Have purchased other Propet styles and they run true to size chart. These shoes are small and the wide width is narrow. Had to return. Too bad, they were cute shoes.

Absolutely no support. Very disappointed after reading other reviews. Like wearing a pair of flip flops but with your foot enclosed.

I wear an extra wide shoe. I love the look of these for a casual shoe, but I am surprised by the fit. I ordered a 4e and it was still too narrow. I thought the 2e fit like a regular width shoe, so I'm not sure how they came up with the sizing on these. I had to return them. They fit way too narrow.
