The shoe is light and very comfortable. I was looking for a light weight sneaker that I could use for gym, walking and occasional running. Unfortunately, this is not a sport shoe, but I think it will be great for travel so I am keeping them anyway. I did have to add orthotics for arch support but there was plenty of room to do so. I am very happy with them. They will be light to pack and you can wear them all day because the uppers are soft. I also like that the soles match the uppers because so many sneakers have dark uppers and then the telltale white sole. I bought gray shoes and they have a gray sole which makes them more versatile. I have received several compliments on them already. I would certainly recommend them.

I ordered size 11, as I wear 10.5, but these shoes are sized quite long. They are stylish and attractive, but offer no support if you have flat feet. They feel like slippers, which is very nice, but maybe not great for long walks on concrete. I think they are made for sitting more than walking, and resemble the latest craze in woven, wooly type uppers like "AllBirds" best seller. Propet makes great, comfy shoes. I picked the wrong size & style for my feet. Thank goodness Zappos offers such a huge selection to choose!!

I purchased the sling back/open toe shoe a year ago for touring NY City. I have also had Propet leather dress shoe for work and the wide was sufficient. However these seem to run narrow through the toe. Because they were out of stock I tried the medium width which was narrow, but the wide seemed to fit almost the same way. I had purchased the 9.5 W(D), now I am ordering the 9.5 X(2E). I am looking forward to having these shoes for my trip to Disney World later in November. I have never been disappointed with the comfort, this time the fit is a little harder to get right.

I ordered the camel color which is a nice shoe but the color is more of a gold with a greenish tint and did not match what I wanted to wear it with. Shoe was overall comfortable but without arch support though there did seem to be room to add orthotics.

Lightweight is second best feature. Slip resistant comes in first for me. I have a pair of slip ons so ordering lace up version easy choice.

The shoes are cute and stylish. They are also very comfortable, However, they have very little arch support.

I'm the person always complaining that there are no Narrow of whatever brand, because I've always been a 6 narrow (measured by a shoe maker who handmade shoes for me at one point). If there was no narrow, I'd sometimes be able to wear a 5.5. I mention this to tell you that a 6 Narrow was SMALL. TIGHT. TINY. I'm going to try a 6.5 regular, but I have a feeling that I'd need a 7 in this shoe. This NEVER happens. And I should mention that I have other Propet shoes in 6 Narrow that fit perfectly. So I don't know what's going on with these shoes, they look super cute but I'm just not sure.

Bought these for my mom who has problems buying shoes because foot issues...she needs extra wide but also a higher toe box. These shoes didn't have that. She loved the shoes...and I LOVE Zappo's! Nothing wrong with the shoes, or the service.... just didn't fit. THANKS! for the free shipping both ways...that is a huge help when on a budget! Please keep being as cool a company as you are. These shoes feel like slippers! That is good, in that they are SO comfortable, but bad in that they don't feel very cushioned or supportive. I ordered in two colors...black & white heather and silver. I personally did not care for the black & white heather, as there is nothing to break up the heather pattern so it makes your foot look big. The silver however, has a solid looking band across the foot opening, instep, and toe, breaking up the pattern in the mesh upper, making it look nicer, in my opinion.

This has long shoe laces. From the pictures I expected the bungee cord closure like the Propets I currently own. The bungee cord is a much more fun look, laces conflict with the style of the shoe IMHO.

Cute shoes. Very little support anywhere. If you're looking for a true athletic shoe this isn't it. I can't where sandals anymore so I'll wear this shoe for errands when I want something cute. I added my own insert.

To save others the trouble, I had to order a full size larger than my normal shoe size before they fit. I was not surprised when I removed the Propet insert to put in a Dr. Scholl's insert, compared the two, and found that the size 10 insert equated to a size 9 shoe and the size 9 Propet insert was a size 8 shoe. Overall, I think the quality and feel of the shoe is nice for the price (I did get different inserts as the ones included felt a little cheap), and I also appreciate that it is lightweight with a subdued style. I have purchased these for a 3 week trip to Europe; I will update if they don't hold up, but so far so good.

I wished I had purchased them earlier in th summer. They are very comfortable. At lease I will have them for next year.

I just got them.... They are a tiny bit long but I tried them on without socks. With socks they will be just fine. I got the light gray, not the dark color shown above. I am very happy with them. I got a 2E. Not easy finding wide shoes ...they are a 9.5 2E. Would not want anything wider or narrower. This works well.

A nice soft comfortable shoe. I now have four pairs in different colors and hope to get more colors.

I loved the look and style of these shoes, but not wide enough in the toe box. They are very cute and well made otherwise, and I do wear other propet shoes, but just not enough room in the toe area of these. I have a bunion.

This is my second pair of Propet TravelActiv and they work for me. I have a wide foot and the lacing starts down far enough to make putting them on easy. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is I feel the insole could be a bit more cushioning. I love the style and will probably buy a pair in grey.

Fit was good. A bit more room than other sneakers I had. More toe room. Not much sole cushion though, but for not having a tight shoe, it's worth it!

I bought these for travel and I think they will be great for that. Super light weight almost weightless so you can tuck them in your suitcase as an extra pair. Very soft and stretchy but I’m wondering how to clean them. I don’t think they are washable and they are really white

I have wide feet with bunions and hammer toes and this shoe is flexible, soft and comfortable. The heel is a little wide but with the laces the shoe stays on my foot. It doesn't have great support or stability control and couldn't be used as a walking/running shoe, and it doesn't have a lot of cushioning in the sole (most of the cushioning is in the top), but it's comfortable otherwise if you aren't doing a lot of walking. This TravelActiv laceup fit me in 8.5 4E. For walking/running, I wear Brooks 9 EE (womens).

My toes would someone get caught on the seem that is toward the upper front of the shoe. The shoe otherwise felt super comfortable, but had to go back.

Loved these shoes. Was actually going to wear for golf but they were too short in a 10N. Next size up was 11N but I think they might have worked but out of stock. (I bought the last 10’s.). One of the main things I liked was a black shoe with a black sole. Very hard to find - usually white soles. But they were a Zappos “Exclusive” so cant find them anywhere else. Hope someone else returns a pair of 11’s like I’m returning the 10’s & I’m notified. Didn’t look like Zappos was still notifying of a particular style back in stock, just new styles.

I so wanted these to work for me. I have been wearing New Balance 840 series for at least 20 years and I really wanted to find something less clunky and in more colors. These unfortunately are not it. They are very lightweight and stylish, but they have very little arch support, even with my orthotics. I also thought the heel was very wide and sloppy. I ordered both an 8 and 81/2 wide after reading many reviews, and found they were true to size on length, but ran very wide for a D width. So may search will continue to find a comfortable and stylish walking shoe !! ( If you like Sketchers you will probably like these better, for they have a removable insole and can accommodate orthotics. ) Have to shout out to Zappos for the BEST customer service out there. Keep up the excellent work !

These shoes are very soft. I would wear them to a local art fair, but not hiking on uneven ground. My feet are very wide & short, so I was thrilled to find that Propet made this color (Turquoise) in my size. Happy with my purchase.

I have ordered 2 pairs of the midnight Zappos exclusive of this shoe and they fit my slim feet perfectly. They are super comfortable; walked the rim of the Grand Canyon in drizzly cold weather and they resisted the wetness, and my feet never felt tired. I own other Propet travel active shoes and this model provides better support and looks better than the others.
