I never wore Birkenstocks before, and I was apprehensive because I have trouble with my feet. I really love these. They conformed to my feet easily, and they feel snug enough that they are not flopping around like slippers.

The shoe is great all around and the service at Zappos is the very best ever. Elsie rocks,very nice and friendly.

Nice looking and are very comfortable, I like sandals that all my toes don't show, work perfectly!

Not sure I will keep these. I love the style and found 37 fit me better than 38 even though I’m a 7-1/2 women’s. My problem is that there is no give to the Birko Flor fabric and no adjustment in the toe area. I need a little more space across foot/toes to accommodate metatarsal splint and/or sock. ??

I really liked this style and so disappointed that the strapping just did not work for my toes, my third toe in particular as my top rubbed right under the top strap. . Soft leather, good fit around my heel, nice support. I liked this style as it was different and felt the straps would be nice and snug on my foot and it was so I will just keep looking for a different style. But I did like this style very much.

Loved the look of these sandals. I ordered the narrow for my long narrow foot and they were still too wide. Had the buckeled strap in the tightest hole and that was fine just too wide across mid foot. Sorry I had to return but didnt want to wear them too wide.

Super cute shoe with plenty of room for my wide feet, however the upper strap prevented my foot from bending, which would drive me nuts, so I returned.

Love the style! Great support and its style is so different from regular Birkenstock styles.

I am 79 years old and have been wearing Birkenstock shoes for years. My old Arizonas were unevenly worn down to the cork in places and I needed to save money. I liked the Pisa style, so I ordered it. Ido like the style very much, but I am disappointed in the upper sole. It is not soft leather like my Arizonas and it is uncomfortable on my feet. The description online says it has a suede lining, but mine are not soft, so I don't wear them outside, only inside. Also, I tend to wear down soles unevenly, which means replacing them often, which is a nuisance and an expense. I wish there were a way to make the soles last as long as the uppers.

Love this shoe! I had to have a shoe cobbler add more eyeholes because the shoe “uppers” aren’t as narrow/close fitting as I expected. Shoe bed fit Perfect. No clomping around in these.

This is my least favorite Birkenstock and I have tried many styles. The top strap is cut too high and put pressure on my foot no matter how much I loosened or tightened it. I'm sure it won't be the same for all people, but I will be passing on this style. I am back to my favorites - the Mayari.

Great shoe, but I thought it came with Soft Footbed. I was mistaken! Regretfully returning these.

Very comfortable! I love the coverage (my toes just barely peek out at the front). The blue is nice, but I would love to see more colors. A teeny bit narrow feeling, but not by much.

Love the blue of this Pisa sandal. I really like the style with the straps - the Unisex sandal just fits a bit wider (even in the Narrow) than the other styles that are "women's Narrow". I really wanted this one to work because of the great color - (if I wore socks with it - it was fine --- but not sure about that as a long term fix!) Trying the Salina and a couple of other styles in the women's Narrow to see if they work better. I have the Mayari which has been my go-to for several years now - thought I would branch out. Thank you Zappos!

This is my 3rd pair of Birks. Unfortunately I don't like the fit on these. I feel they run short and narrow. It seems most people think they run wide, so... The color is great, just like pictured.

I have the Pisa sandals in the soft sole which is what I thought I was ordering. These just are not as comfortable and the narrow width in the regular sole seems to fit too narrow.

Fit was good. My other Birks are a size 39 but I ordered a 40 and the fit is good, length is fine. I had to cinch them pretty snug though. However, I'll probably be sending these back as there is no arch support. Maybe if I sized down which I think I could get away with the arch would be better? Newer Birks don't seem to have the same arch support that my old Gizehs or even my older Arizonas have.

I really like the style but unfortunately the length of the shoe was abut 1/2 inch too long. I wish that this came in the smaller size of 35. The size 36 is just a bit too long and the strap across the top of my foot was a bit too large.

I have a pair that I have modified by adding 2 additional sizing holes. Had hoped that the narrow width would fit without modification; however, I was wrong, I would have needed to make the same adjustment. Additionally, I really wish these were available in leather. The felted underside feathers over time and pet hair is very difficult to remove from it.

Oh Birkenstock!! What have you done?? Pisa has long been one of my favorite Birk styles. I have owned at least 5 pair of them. All of them have been 38 Narrow. All of them fit exactly the same. I love them and had been waiting for them to come out in Navy. Finally ordered them and when they arrived, they footbed measured a full quarter of an inch narrower than my old ones and the unadjustable straps across the toes were so tight I could barely fit into them and were very uncomfortable. Sadly, I had to return them. One of the things I loved best about Birks was that when I ordered a size I knew they would fit correctly. Now it seems like that is no longer true. But Zappos!! You are the best and have the best customer service anywhere!!! You make it easy to order and try on and then return if the size or anything else doesn't work out. I do hope this review will eventually get to Birkenstock. There doesn't seem to be a place for comments on THEIR website.

Being a unisex we thought the narrow would be okay but neither my daughter or I could wear these comfortably. We could get our feet in but they were too snug. So sad, they are so cool looking. If these are unisex they should make more than narrow width and larger sizes. They are a very nice looking sandal.

I was excited to order these in blue (FINALLY!!) as they were to be my 6th pair of this style, this size. Unfortunately, I have to return them. They measured at least a quarter of an inch narrower than my previous Pisa Birks. I do hope Birkenstock isn't changing sizing too much. In the past, I've always found that once I find my correct size in a style, I can always go back and reorder without worrying about fit. Not so this time. Regrettably I will have to return. But since this is Zappos, NO PROBLEM!!!

I had such high hopes of finally having a pair if Birks that it was doubly disappointing that they were so uncomfortable!! the leather strap by the pinkie toe needs to go-

I am a Birkenstock fan. I didn't pay close enough attention when ordering, so I was disappointed when I received them and they weren't real leather. I have narrow feet and they just didn't fit the same as my Arizona pair. They were wider and the bed didn't feel as comfortable. I guess I'll have to stick with the standard Birks, leather and soft bed.
