Cute. but too big

The shoes are fabulous but the top strap pattern isn't adjustable and makes them extremely difficult to put on. I could only get one of them on (with great effort), and feared I was going to break it, so I didn't dare try the other foot. I bought Medium, which is my usual width, but they seem to run very narrow. I do love the style, so I think I'll try to exchange for Wide.

Perfect look & fit, but left heel broke after five wears. ? Let me say that I absolutely love the look, comfort and fit of this shoe! But the left heel cap broke off after five wears (and I wear them at work on commercial carpet). I love them so much that I will purchase again for a second try, but am just so disappointed. Now every time I step I have a “squeak” so I am walking crooked to keep that little mouse silent. Such a smart shoe. I hope the next pair keeps together!

I loved the look of this shoe and purchased them to wear with a long gown. My feet are slightly swollen in the evening and I was hoping the elastic at the top of the shoe would make it easy to put on and wear. I had a very hard time getting the shoes on and they were uncomfortable for the few minutes I wore them. I've returned them and have ordered a different pair which fit comfortably and I will wear for the event.

The style of the shoe is very attractive but they run small and narrow. I rarely have problems with fit for the shoes I purchase from Zappos. I wear an 11M normally. I returned the shoes because they did not fit well. I knew they would not work for the upcoming event I'll be attending in April. If your feet run narrow you may find that there is no problem with fit. I had to return these.

The cut of this shoe hit right at the edge of my metatarsal bone below my pinky toe. One of the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever tried on.

I wanted to like this shoe put I couldn't get it on. It just has elastic at the top and I couldn't fit my arch in.

I'm a true size 10W. Sometimes with pointed-toe shoes, I'll go up a half. I ordered these lovely dress pumps in the available size 10W and I couldn't even get my foot down in the shoe. Not enough "give" with the straps.

I wore these shoes once for an interview, and the whole while walking down the hallways, the shoes squeaked. It was very embarrassing. They make noise. I cannot wear shoes making noise. Very disappointed.

This shoe is NOT for you if you have a high arch or need wide width. It was almost impossible to put on and it wasn't wide enough. If you are in between width this show will be perfect for you!

This shoe is not designed well in my opinion. Difficult to get on. Better for a more narrow foot and a younger person. As a 60 year old I would worry I might fall trying to get it on.

I ordered an 8 which is my normal size. These run so small and narrow I couldn't even get my feet in them !! Can't judge comfort because I couldn't get them on.

Was very disappointed with this shoe, I did not like the appearance of the silver and the heel seems higher than stated.

I think this shoe would have worked for me if it was really a narrow shoe. It felt like I was trying on a regular width shoe instead and while I think it would have been comfortable and the style was very pretty, it's impossible to walk in a shoe that just flops around. I wish it was a true narrow width. I would have kept it.

They look great In The photos and video. It wasn't till I got them did I notice the elastic across the foot. It's just plain tacky and not elegant as the rest of the shoe is. You expect elastic on the back/heel of shoes for certain styles but not so visible on the front. Returning them.

Although I liked the look of the shoes, they just weren't comfortable and I ended up returning them.

The only super BAD thing about these shoes is that the HEEL TAB is of very poor quality; its made of soft plastic vice rubber and the nail started showing after only a few wears, on both the tan and black pairs I bought. I had to take them to shoe repair to get the tabs replaced. 14$ per pair! .

Lovely shoe with great styling and padding that would make it comfortable to wear all night, but like others have mentioned, the straps stand away from the foot, ruining the look and making the shoe unworkable.

This is my personal opinion but, when the top of the shoe only covers 1/2 of the length of the toes, I find it ugly. This shoe is pretty at the top with the flirty straps, but ugly at the bottom where it only covers 1/2 of the toes.

Love the shoes. Heel is good height for walking/standing. Very comfortable cushioned insoles. Sassy heels. Fits true to size.

Even though I bought a wider shoe, I couldn’t get these on my feet. Way too narrow.
