Ordered my normal size 7.5 and they were too small. Ordered up to a size 8 and they were much better. Even on the Toms website it says they run small, so size up. I emailed Zappos for an exchange the same day I received them and I got the new pair the very next day! It was great.

I am usually between 8 and 8½. I went with the 8 and they are super comfortable. There is lots of cushioning. It feels like they make my feet look big, but I am usually a heel/wedge wearer, so this is a bit of a departure from my normal style. They are super cute with the "sweat to street" look.

You must order one size up, runs really small. I normally wear 7, I have a narrow foot. Great and comfy shoes. I was looking for something other than gym shoes to wear with yoga pants, very cute.

Great buy! Stylish and comfortable. It took one wear for the velcro closure to "mold" itself to my foot. Meaning it was stiff and awkward on the first wear. Bought these for a vacation. Needed something I could walk around in. Not much arch support but they were comfortable.

They are super cute but they run really small. I got a 9 which is my usual size. I wore them to work and stupidly did not bring a back up pair of shoes. They busted up my feet. My heels are all rubbed raw and the balls of my feet are aching. I really love how they look so I have ordered a half a size bigger. Here is hoping that those fit!

These were super cute and my first choice (I ordered two pair of Toms to compare) based on style, but unfortunately, I have a high instep and these shoes were just too tight across the top of my foot. The toe box was fine, and they will probably stretch to fit like other Toms, but with the other pair being so comfy out of box, these will go back. Not that this should stop you from getting these, because they are super cute and well constructed.

I absolutely love these shoes - they are exactly the kind of casual sneaker alternative I have been searching for! Unfortunately, I have a very high instep and the strap does not close when I put these on. I am so, so sad to have to return these. If only there was a bit of stretch in the strap, they'd be perfect!

These are very cute! Tried the black wool material version at the mall whcih fit well and were comfy. I ended up purchasing this in gray chambray color since it was on sale, but it fits smaller than the same model made with different material, possibly due to the material? It feels rigid. I'm usually a 7~7.5 so purchased 7.5 but was too tight. I have wider feet, and so the toe box felt very tight. Also, the achilles pad was digging into my achilles and was painful. sadly will be returning =(

These shoes squeak SO LOUDLY. I've never worn them more than to the mailbox and around the house, so I can't account for their comfort or durability. I was hoping the noise would subside with wear, but its just as bad as the day I got them. Disappointing.

I'm so tired of companies making these casual shoes that are not casual in fit! Too narrow! No offering of wide either (what ever happened to that?). I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe! I gazed down at the potential, but am yet again returning a shoe that looks like it would be accessible to a woman with a wide foot.

Despite how narrow TOMS are, I find that they always fit comfortably and end up stretching out later. I liked the look of these shoes but found out they were just too narrow. I wear a 9 and I tried on a 9 and 9.5. The tightest part being the bridge under the Velcro strap. I wish I could go a full size bigger for the sake of the width fitting, but the length would be too much. The bottom line is not very much 'give' if you're used to the way TOMS regularly fit and stretch to your foot.

I had recently gotten a pair of these and have loved them so much I went for another pair. They are comfortable for everyday wear. I'll definitely get another pair in the future. I wear a six and a half and got a six and a half and felt they are true to size!

I have another pair of Toms, same style but different color so I already know I love these but I go the canvas pair and didn't really realize the canvas had raw edges along the top. While they are comfortable and very cute, the back edge rubbed the back of my ankle raw. I had to put tap over the edges on the back of the shoe. The other pair that I own has padding on the heel. I don't want to return them because they are so cute. I am sure they will soften up as I wear them more.

I love these, they have a more comfortable footwear the the regular Toms so I can wear them a lot longer without issues. I plan on ordering more colors! I went up a 1/2 size based on other reviews which was spot on.

These are a little funky, but that is what I was looking for. And grandpa shoes are in right now, so why not, right? I wanted something comfortable and casual but still stylish to wear for an Italy trip this spring (rather than obvious sneakers), and the grey felt version of these will be perfect. They were a bit snug over my very high arch (the Velcro flap is purely decorative and does not adjust top fit), but I have worn them for a few hours around the house and they are already loosening up. I am a size 9 in 95 percent of shoes (narrow heel, medium toe-box) and wear an 8½ in Toms Classic and Avalon. In these I opted for a 9, same as Toms Desert Wedge.

Amazing and you should buy them! Details: I don't think I've ever written a shoe review, but felt these were worthy of my time. Reasons I refuse to wear uncomfortable shoes: -I have small (women's 6) wide feet (picture duck feet) -I have really high arches -I'm prone to blisters because: -I walk 2 miles down a very steep hill to work w/80 lbs of kid and stroller. -Then I do it again to go home, walking up that very steep hill I have a very limited range of shoes in a wide variety of colors. Outside of my running shoes I really only wear Vans, Chucks, Toms and a couple of pairs of Cole Haan/Nike Air boots in the winter (apparently I only wear shoes named after guys). That being said, I'm always down to try a new style from my favorites; assuming that doesn't require shoelaces because I refuse to tie my shoes. Pros: -support is way more support cushion than traditional Toms -comfy- I usually wear shoes around the house for a couple of days before trying to walk 4 miles in them, these didn't need to be broken in -Fit true to Toms sizing (I wear a 6 in all of their shoes) -Velcro - this was a huge plus for me (see previously mentioned hate of laces) but if you immediately thought Walmart/Grandpa/Orthotics, don't worry, they don't look like velcro shoes Cons: -could fit wide for some but my feet aren't swimming in them, just not super snug like in most shoes -durability. probably not an issue for most. I suspect these won't last me more than a year, but because I put a lot of miles on all of my shoes, Toms never last more than a year for me. The soles and structure will probably be fine, but after wearing them 3 days in a row there is already a slight crease below the velcro. I should note that this happens to a lot of my shoes because I have high arches. When they die, it will be because of wear to the fabric parts. -cleaning. Not sure how these are going to hold up to washing.

Okay, so let's be real, these are Grandpa shoes, but they're cute, comfy, hipster, grandpa shoes and I love them. At first I was afraid they might be a little narrow, but as I've worn them they've grown a little and are now super comfy. I'll be wearing these all winter long.

These were super cute and very comfy, but sadly the toe box wasn't wide enough for me and my little bunions. So sad!

I thought these shoes were adorable in the picture, and also adorable when I received them! Unfortunately, the strap wouldn't close over my foot. The velcro was nearly an inch from being able to close, and the strap just flapped around. I don't have particularly high arches nor do I have wide feet, but back to Zappos they went, sadly. (The length was otherwise true to size.)

These are good shoes for kicking around, running errands, going to work when you don't need to look too fancy, etc. They are comfortable. I have a very narrow foot and sizing is an issue for me with Toms--I usually wear a Euro 39 and ended up with a size 9 on these, but have gotten gnarly blisters both on my heels and on the bony tops of my feet. I'd recommend wearing them with socks for a while. The heel piece is rigid.

This shoe is in the process of being returned for it is uncomfortably narrow and doesn't offer a lot of give. I have a wide foot but thought that the sneaker styling would offer space and give...not so.

I'm in between sizes 8 and 8.5 according to the size chart. I was advised by TOMS customer service to order an 8.5 since my usual size is EUR 39. That ended up being too big, that my foot would come out of the shoe when I walked. (I have long, slender feet). I could have dealt with that by using an insole, but the front of the shoe looked really clunky and made my feet look big. Pity, as they do look nice in the photos, and also in person on their own (without my feet in them). They're also pretty comfortable. Back they go.

I like the way these look but they are terribly uncomfortable and both shoes make a squeak sound every step I take. I thought I would eventually get them broke in but they don't seem to be getting any better.
