I coveted these shoes after seeing them on my hairdresser and splurged on 2 colors as a Fall staple. I wore the black one time and the caused a large gash on my right ankle (requiring a Dr visit as it was quite bad). While they clearly work for a lot of people and are absolutely adorable & stylish, be aware that the are stiff around the ankle and could do some damage. Fortunately Zappos has amazing customer support and helped me out. Sadly, these were returned. These are the first Toms I've ever had a problem with :(

I bought these 1week before Easter. I've maybe worn them 4 times. Yesterday I looked down and found a gaping hole in the right boot. I'm a Sr. Ctr. Director so I don't kick rocks for a living. This has to be a defect or dry rot. Mortified would best describe walking into a management meeting with a gaping hole in my shoe. As per usual Zappos is on the ball with customer service. I definitely do not want a replacement pair. Nope.

These ripped after only 5-6 wearings. Not good quality! Cute, but poor quality for the price. The suede ripped right across the top of the bootie, and I am not hard on my shoes.

Just an average design and quality for the money.
