Ordered my normal size!! Extremely comfy in the heel and ball of foot. I have a narrow heel, and the laces allow me to wear this shoe tight enough so that I don't have to worry about my heel slipping out. Practical heel height. Black suede dye does not rub off easily.

I couldn't love these booties more! Super stylish and so comfortable! The first day I wore them I had them on for about 10 hours and they didn't hurt at all! I love them so much I actually bought another color. I typically wear a 91/2 and ordered a 10. Perfect fit. And you can't go wrong in supporting the TOMS mission.

I absolutely love this bootie and will buy in more colors. I wear an 8-8 1/2 and ordered these in an 8. It fit great and is very comfortable. As always, Zappos is the best!

I own two pairs of these booties and I love them! They are stylish and comfortable. The best of both worlds since I'm on my feet all day at work. They look great with any outfit and I will be buying another pair in the near future. I would recommend these booties to anyone;they are adorable!

I absolutely love these shoes. I have never bought TOMS before and frankly never liked the look of the flats they had on my size 9.5 foot. These booties are so stinkin cute and make my feet look small! I would say I have slightly wider than average feet and they are still very comfortable, true to size in my 9.5, I don't wear socks with them fyi. I have gotten so many compliments since I got them. Make sure to spray them with a suede protector before going out, I'm glad I did as I live in the wet Pacific NW. I am now a proud TOMS supporter.

I am forever on a quest to find a fall/winter shoe that is comfortable, versatile and gives me a little height. This was my first pair of Toms and I am pleasantly surprised. I wear them to work all day and they are so comfortable and easy to walk in. The rubber heel provides enough cushion that I could wear them shopping and running errands. The laces on this shoe give them a casual and sporty look so they are most suitable for weekend days. I am loving this shoe and have already worn them many times since my purchase.

I'm in love with these wedges! They're the perfect shoe for fall and the grey color goes well with pretty much anything I wear. The color is called Olive, but it's definitely more grey in person. I do have a wider foot, so I had to go up half a size and the shoes fit perfectly. They're comfortable for the most part and will become even more comfortable with time as they stretch. Get lots of compliments. Highly recommend!

I've gotten so many compliments on these shoes. I have two pairs and rotate them through the week. The wedge heel is very comfortable and I don't feel at all wobbly wearing these.

In search of a cute wedge for the winter, with laces in mind, I settled in on these. I am very pleased! My first day in them was spent on a Sunday church service PLUS shopping at an outdoor mall for several hours. They were comfy and just perfect! No rub areas or aches for me! Love them!

Love these wedges! As a tall person, I rarely wear heels or add extra height, but love these shoes and have found many occasions to wear them!

These are the best! I've never owned a pair of TOMS before but had my eyes on these for a while. I'm so happy I made the investment! They are so comfortable, feel like I'm wearing a pair of tennis shoes. I'll definitely get my money's worth out of these bad boys. The only thing that is annoying so far is the laces, which tend to come untied fairly easily. I think it's because they're "fresh" laces and I expect that will get better with additional wears, but for now I've just double-knotted.

Boot is nice and roomy in the toe box. I have received multiple compliments and they go with most of my wardrobe! I did add a Dr Scholls arch support to them to help my high arch and now they are perfect!

These were my first tom's and i love them! i get so many compliments on them and can't believe how comfortable they are, i may be buying another pair soon there are so many different colors.

Very comfortable wedge bootie. My heel does slip in these, similar to wearing a clog. They feel true to size. I wear an 8.5 sneaker and the 8.5 is perfect. I live in flats and athletic shoes and I find these to be a nice low heel. I'll be buying these in brown very soon.

It's been almost a year since I bought these and they are still my favorite shoe. No break in period and they are instantly comfortable. They are the perfect shoe for the office and make any look just a little more polished. I wear them on weekends going shopping and can walk all day in them without knowing I'm even wearing a heel. If you are debating on this shoe, GET IT!
