Cute style but runs so small I could not even get my foot in the shoe. I own many Toms and all of them are a size 8 but this style felt more like a size 6. Returned.

Cute but uncomfortable - the leather across the top of top of the shoe digs into my foot.

I loved these shoes... for the first three times I wore them. After wearing them three times, the heels were completely frayed and a small plastic piece is coming out of both heels. I don't do this to other shoes ever, so it's not me walking. This is disappointing as they are expensive and now ruined. TOMS should use heavier fabric or patch the heels with heavier fabric.

I resisted the Tom's craze for a long time and finally decided to give them a try. I am usually a solid size 7, but they were huge, so I exchanged for a 6, which were super tight -but, the internet told me they would stretch and they did, so the 6 worked out. Unfortunately, the very thin sole does not hold up. After a few weeks of wearing these to walk the dog, I have holes on the backs of both heels where the fabric has rubbed the ground and ripped the shoe. I'm a little sad, I liked them much more than I thought I would, but I won't be purchasing again. Maybe good to wear around the house? But they don't seem to be made for outside.

They look really cool. Unfortunately, I can't wear them because they are too narrow. I have to return them.

I was hoping for more with the new insoles but they don't offer much more support. Style and colors are beautiful though.

I learned that these shoes are not very comfortable for a lot of walking, or for all day wear. After wearing them all day, my feet really hurt. I also felt like they were a tad small. I wear an 8 almost every time, but these are a little cramped for my toes. The width may be a little snug as well, and there is zero support or cushion. I bought these for vacation, to wear to the beach and the swimming pool, and for casual outings. I think they're fine for that, but I wouldn't order another pair, especially for the price. The pattern is cute and I've received compliments on them.

I love the fit of this shoe and how comfy they are but I have been wearing them for two weeks and the goal is already separating from the shoe. Pure Sadness!

I wanted these shoes to work so badly! They're as cute in person as they are in the picture. Several years ago, I owned a pair of TOMS that fit me like a glove, and I was hoping these would replace them. Sadly, either my feet have grown even wider over the years or TOMS have made their shoes narrower because I couldn't even get my foot inside the shoe! If you have wide feet, these shoes will most likely not work for you.

I feel like these are really tight across my foot. I tend to have a little bit of a wider foot but these feel pretty tight in the toe box.

Great shoe but not for those with high insteps. Although there's an elastic insert on top, it's not nearly enough to allow for anyone who's instep is higher than normal. Have to return. Guess I'm giving up on TOMS ... but they're so cute!

These shoes are really narrow and tight feeling, until you get a pair that's too big and then they still feel tight but slip on the heels. Hard blistery heels.

I really wanted to like these shoes. They look stylish and back a good cause. My previous pair of Toms had to be trashed after only three months of use. They do not do well in the rain either. My biggest pet peeve about these shoes is the inconsistency in the sizing. The printed letters and the Toms logo on the heel part of the padding has completely rubbed off onto my heel after just 1 hour of walking in them. As I type this, the top part of my left foot is throbbing from having my circulation be cut off because the fabric is too tight. Yet, another pair of the same style in the same size may actually fit better (or worse). Size inconsistency and the poor durability of Toms is definitely a huge disappointment. It seems like these issues have still yet to be resolved. I will opt for a pair of Vans classics instead.

Tied the 8 then the 7.5 and they both fit the same. I think because they are hand stitched they can't run true to size. They are cute but just didn't fit. Maybe someone else will be lucky.

I own 25 pairs of Toms. This winter classic looks like it is being made by another manufacturer. Smaller - fabric less soft - and the sole is white - not appropriate for the colors in the shoe.
