Shoes just don't fit right 8.5 too tight and 9 too loose.

The style of this shoe is wonderful. However, even though I ordered my regular size these shoes are incredibly small all around.

I love them, but need 9.5, how I can return to you?

The material seems thinner & cheaper than regular Alpargatas. I got a blister on the back of my heel & that has never happened with any of the 20 pairs of Tom's I have.

I have many pairs of these but hadn't bought in a couple of years. The new ones are pretty but noticeably cheaper made and less comfortable. They rub my ankle and the soles are less substantial.

The shoe looked just as it did on the website. I always wear size 7 for all my Tom's but one shoe was slightly wider than the other one and just didn't fit right. So I returned them.

Shoes fit fine but the color is not a true navy as shown online

I have many types of TOMS, love them, BUT my last couple purchases I have been trying to just get a pair of original canvas. All I get now are ones that are stiff and give me blisters. Where are the soft ones ?

I have worn Alpargatas for years. This is the first time they are stiff and painful to wear. Fabric feels like cardboard not soft material. Very disappointed in the changes that were made.

I generally am a Tom's fan, but not this time. I wear size 9M, but this shoe runs wide. It gaps on both sides and my foot slides around.

I bought 3 pairs of different print alpargatas, all the same size. All 3 fit differently- one too tight, one too loose, one too big. I've been buying Toms since they started. Just not the same anymore

I ordered a half size larger and can hardly fit my feet in the shoes. The shoes are now made of uncomfortable scratchy material. I have had 4 pairs of Toms and loved them. Would not recommend these to anyone.

Very disappointed with the quality. The sole insert is not glued to the shoe. Poor quality. Seem generic. Love the print on the shoe however.

Cute print. Love the elements that glow on the shoes, however the portion over the top of the arch bites into the foot (too little elastic/no stretch). I need to cut them to continue to wear them.

I love the color! The side of the shoe is so high it hits my ankle. The shoe is wider than it should be at the sides. Tom's just said sorry, it was a final sale. My first and last pair of Tom's

I wear the same size in all my Toms but these are somehow smaller, even in a wide. They're a full size too small. And unreturnable, of course.

I bought this style and a pair of slippers for my husband for Christmas. He is a size 10.5 and I purchased size 11. Both are too small AND since they are were on sale we are unable to return. Very disappointed.

I love TOMS and have bought several pairs, but I never received my order and it's going on 3 weeks now.

The canvas is tough, unforgiving and delivers a miserable touch to my feet. I have worn these shoes for years, and until this order, the shoes have fit and felt perfect to my feet. Sad to say it is time to give up on Toms.

I love Tom's shoes. Unfortunately, these are too wide. It is the size I always getbut my foot slips out! Returning them.

They look awesome, but they are pretty painful the right shoe cuts my foot on the top..

These shoes were about two sizes too small. They were my normal size and didn't fit like that. You could also see glue on the seams

Was not allowed to exchange for a bigger size. Size says 8-8.5 and I'm an 8 but couldn't even get my foot in :( super cute waste of money

Went one size up from my normal 7, still way too small
