These shoes are cute and fit and feel great. One problem, though: there is too much fabric on fop of where the toes go, and so it sags it. This is not attractive and the only reason I am returning this pair as well as the other pair of Tom's in this order. I have owned Tom's in the past without this problem. Why is it so hard to find comfortable, stylish vegan shoes?!

Very comfortable shoe! The color doesn't seem to be a true gray though.

Love the look, but not the fit. They run very narrow so I need to size up. The kids Toms fit much better.

I love my Toms...BUT wioth the lack of arch support I think this is my last pair. They truly feel like slippers, plus the classic look isn't for everyone. Sorry Toms, until you have better arch support I'm moving on.

Possibly the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn--not a single rub or blister from day 1! Unfortunately they only lasted about three months--the heel wore through--but that happens to all my shoes since I walk about a mile each way to work on hard pavement. Very breathable as well, which was critical in the heat.

Have several pairs in different colors

Purchased for my sister. She loved the style, but first pair ran small. Her new pair fits well, but Toms are a narrow shoe. She likes the style so much and is hoping they stretch a bit on the width after some wear.

These shoes are my all time favorite! I love the comfort and style of these shoes!

Shoes ate too tight...how do I exchange?

Great summer shoe. Order a half size down - they run big and stretch with wear.

I bought a pair for my mom and she loves them! The black goes with everything. They are a little tight to begin with, but they wear in quickly!

Super cute Classic Toms! They fit true to size and have been a great in-between fall to winter shoe! Easy to slip on and stay in place all day with lots of comfort.

I love TOMS, but as expected, each color seems to fit differently. I'm typically a 6.5 in this style (7 in the ballet flats), but needed to return for a 7.

I love these shoes. The color though is not a light gray but more of a tan/beige color. That's the only reason they're not a 5 star. I don't mind but be aware of that when ordering.

I normally wear a size 7 shoe. I wear a 6.5 in Toms (they stretch so), and ordered this size here. They felt too big by about a half a size, so. I love the black soles-that is my main complaint with classic Toms, the white soles. Sadly, my Lab ate them after only a few wearings, and when I hopped onto Zappo's to replace them, I got distracted by other shoes and forgot to reorder these! Next time...

What you see is what you get with the Toms Classics. There's no arch support and the canvas is pretty thin, but they're stylish and comfortable and surprisingly durable. The color is a bit more gray than strictly chocolate brown.

These were my first pair of Toms. For years I thought they look weird, but after seeing many people wearing them and swearing how comfy they are, I had to give them a shot. They didnt look weird as I thought they would and were comfortable right out the box. They also stretch, so I did go half a size smaller. The only complaint is that the color fades away very fast. I am still wearing them, but they don't look very good. I am thinking about getting a new pair and I am hoping different color will last longer. I got mine in Ash Canvas.

TOMS Classics are - well - classic! I usually wear a 6.5 wide or 7 regular in most shoes, but order a 6.5 in TOMS. I've gone through a couple of pairs and they do wear out and start to look dingy fairly quickly. I like to add an insert for a teeny bit of arch support and I always wear them with no-show socks. I live in these on the weekends for errands, short walks with my dog, etc. I wish they were just a little bit cheaper, for example, I think Vans and Keds are a better deal and "more shoe" for your money. However, when you want the Classic TOMS look you can't really replace these!

I love TOMS but unfortunately this pair fits big, I am usually a 7.5 but all my other TOMS are size 8 so I ordered an 8, while it is not any wider it is a bit longer. Still wearable.

I was a big fan of Tom and their company on how they provide shoes for others. I was happy to try a new pair. I have a wide foot and this wasn't the pair for me. I think if you have a wide foot it might not work for you. I know they say you have to wear them for them to stretch but they were so uncomfortable on my feet I decided to just not try it again. Great quality shoe though.

These fit better than I thought they would. I have wide feet so I was concerned. I got the red ones. loved the color and look. Great little shoe.

I love these shoes, you can wear them with anything; with jeans, or dress them up with dress pants! Already am looking to buy another pair in a different color! They do run big, I had to order a whole size down from my normal size!
