I love these classic looking toms. They are easy to slip on and go and are very comfy. I think some reviews said to order up but I am a true 7.5 and the 7.5 in these fits just right.

Love these shoes. Comfortable right out of the box, never a blister and they look good with a skirt or pants/shorts.

Success shoes! The Zappos representative was extremely helpful. He wanted me to be happy. I am. I ordered on a Friday after 2 pm. My shoes were on my porch when I went out to get my paper Monday morning. Now, that's service. The Toms are a good fit and go with lots of summer clothes. I'm glad you're such a caring company. I love TOMS, and these met my expectations right away! Comfortable enough out of the box to wear all day, and the color is perfect! It goes with almost all my summer clothes, so I know these will be my go-to pair this summer.

Yep - believe the people when they say these aren't grey. Beige, cream, natural - all better descriptions of this color. Didn't stop me from loving them, though! So comfy.

The Ash is a dark gray that can be worn with light or dark colors. I normally wear a 7.5 Medium, but I got these in a 7 so that they would stay on my feet while walking. They are comfortable.

Love these shoes. I have another pair in black and wanted a fun pop of color to wear with jeans. I did have an issue with the wrong sizes being in the wrong boxes, but after 3 tries, Zappos made it right and now I have the right size. The first time I tried on Toms, I thought they were ugly, but they are so comfortable that I got over it. Plus they're kinda trendy. It's almost like the dog that's so ugly it's cute. They are like wearing slippers.

I have learned that Toms seem to be a half size larger now than they used to be so I ordered mine a half size smaller than I usually wear and they are perfect. When I first put them on they seemed tight but after wearing them for only about 5 minutes, they were fine. The navy blue goes with anything and I can wear them comfortable all day.

Toms are one of the most comfortable shoes I own. Toms Classics all fit the same, so I had no qualms bat ordinary them online. Price was competitive. This was the first time I have bought from Zappos. The shipping was very fast. I will definitely use them again. Love my Toms and love Zappos.

This is my third pair of this classic Toms shoe. They are light, comfortable and give a little arch support. I love them.

These are the most comfortable shoes ever! I also got a grease stain on them and was able to wash them on cold gentle cycle and they withstood it! These feel like you aren't wearing anything but offer support and look cute!

I love TOMS. I'm a 7.5 in this shoe (usually an 8 in everything else) so order half a size down because they stretch out pretty well.

I just love TOMS. I hate wearing flip flops in the summer because my feet get so dirty. These are a nice alternative to wear with shorts. They are so comfortable and great for long walks.

I love, love Zappos return policy. I ordered the wrong size no problem I was able to return shoes and get another size no hassle. New size received so fast I smiled and told everybody at work about Zappos. I could actually be in a commercial for the company. Makes you want to buy and buy more shoes. The shoes are great as well.

I've always wanted Toms shoes and when my birthday came I finally bought some. They fit tight for about two hours, then they began to stretch to size and now they are as comfortable as can be. I want to buy some more. Zappos is fabulous, they shipped fast, with no cost to ship.

Very comfortable, great fit. I'm glad I got a darker color, because the fabric, in a light color, would probably stain easily from dirt.

Zappos is fabulous! I purchased items through them on many different occasions. Over the last few years I have bought shoes, like I did with this Toms purchase, among other things. I always have a pleasant experience. I always receive the item exactly as ordered. On schedule if not sooner. Only one time did I have an issue with a shoe not fitting me. It was a high heel for my son's graduation. I advised them of the same and they returned immediately them immediately. I have had nothing but a positive experience on the items I purchased as well as the Zappos customer service and pricing!
