I have been wearing vibrams for a few years now. My acupuncturist had a pair on and I thought they were the cutest shoes ever! She highly recommended them and I purchased this style in all three colors, but I have a dozen different styles. This style is super cute, super comfy and I can get away with wearing them with cute dresses or capri pants at work. I think this style is the most comfortable one because of the soft material used throughout the entire shoe. I walk about 20,000 steps on an average day and the soles on my vibrams don't seem to ever wear out! These shoes make my feet feel better than when I am barefoot! Please keep making these in cute styles and colors!

I LOVE these so much that I bought a backup pair. Very flattering and discreet enough that you have to look twice to tell they're "toe shoes". I just can't with the more sporty versions of VFF for around town/casual wear, but the Vi-S is ideal for this purpose. SIZING: same as my KomodoSport LS, size 39. I can fit a 38, but they're too short in the toes for ultimate comfort. I cannot scrunch my toes to pop them out of the pockets in the 39 for either the Vi-S or the Komodo. FIT: looser than the Komodo and a lot more comfortable due to the more pliable sole. PURPOSE: To live in. These are NOT intended for intense activity but can easily handle every day life, play in the yard with the kids, yoga, lifting and easy trails. Put them on and forget about them. Liken them to ballet flats...you wouldn't wear your ballet flats to trail run, right? Same for these. I can wear the Komodo for the super intense stuff...for everything else the Vi-S is golden. STRAPS: Love them. They do make a difference in how the securely the shoe fits: I usually just leave them fairly loose: I don't really need, or enjoy super secure shoes for just kicking around so it's nice to be able to adjust them when desired. The straps are simple to figure out and should they ever give way, will be easy to repair DIY.

Love them! However, word of caution, do not go by their American sizing guide. Follow your European size and you'll have a perfect fit. I wear 8.5....traditionally 8.5-9 translate to a 39 in European size. According to the product options I would've chosen a size 40 or 41. I stuck to my size 39, and they fit like a glove! It's like I'm wearing socks! So these are true to your European size. These are pricey for conform shoes, and I would not wear them to say, walk around NYC, because despite their rubber soles, the sides of the soles of your feet are quite exposed. For me, they are perfect for lounging around, running errands, and the beach. I got the black, and considering getting the cream/purple combo.

The strap is the worst part of the shoe.

I LOVE these shoes - so much that I've ordered backups in several colors since the Vibram site has them listed as closeout. They are really cute in person and the traction of the soles for yoga is perfect without it being too much shoe. They are also comfortable for walking around. The trick to these is the fit, though. I am a solid size 10 and based on reviews here, I ordered down a size. The size 9 (41 Eur. size) is perfect and fits like a glove.

I love these shoes. Bought me the gray and black ones. I use them to fast walk at the gym, casual dresses, and shorts. Get tons of compliments.

I wear these shoes when teaching martial arts; love the barefoot feel! My feet have gotten stronger and healthier since wearing shoes of this type. I think they are very cute too.

These have a very barefoot feel. Even less than your basic Vibram's. I just walked 5 miles in them around our city on a hot July day and they help up well, however, I'm used to walking in Vibram's. My feet were a bit sore from the cobblestone and pavement, but not from the shoes themselves. No gravel or rocks ever made it inside the shoe. One minor complaint is that the straps came undone a few times when I bumped them (or my kids knocked my ankle in an attempt to be picked up). It has a quick hook to take on and off the shoe and a buckle to adjust the tightness of the elastic. I hope the elastic holds up--it seems like the weakest part of this design, but also the cutest part of it.

I'm in love with this shoes ?? I love the color and everything about it. They are comfortable and stylish. This are my 3rd pair of Vibram Vi-s.

These are absolutely everything! I am a mom of four kiddos, coach two teams of lacrosse, and try to vary my workouts and activities. The days of practices and games on turf fields were giving me horrible Tan lines. Envision white feet and tan legs. Distinct line at the ankle. I needed comfortable shoes that still gave me everything my minimalist sneakers and turf shoes did. These won't work on the fields with the boys and their cleats. I get pretty physical out there with them, and my toes would be crushed quite literally, however, I would feel confident hitting the fields in practice with the High School girls team. We live in SoCal and also do daily walks with the pups, bike rides, and I run in the treadmill, along with other cardio activity, and weight training. These have been phenomenal! They immediately felt like walking on clouds to me. I have had vibrams in a previous model, and currently tend to live in minimalist Mizuno Universe that I previously considered unrivaled in comfort. These far exceed my old vibrams, in comfort, performance, and let's be real here; these are actually seriously cute! I may even say they are more comfortable than my Universe. I had my best run workout the other day in these, so I disagree with anyone saying you can't utilize them that way. They feel feminine on, with even a slight peak of toe cleavage. I have done long treadmill workouts on these including incline, sprints, etc. Longer walks with the dogs, all day excursions, gardening, chores, amusement parks, etc. They are hands down my favorite shoes for any of it. The only area I might hesitate would be hiking on our trails. Rocks are felt through the soles, of course, and the sides are open. We also have some not so friendly critters around here. Otherwise, they are great for all activities and blend seemlessly with your workout attire, cute clothes, skirts, and more casual dresses. I have the natural color, and just came on to get black! You can also easily play with the straps to eliminate a strap line in front. As previously mentioned, size down! If you love vibrams and want a cute insanely comfortable and versatile style, GET THESE. If you are looking for the perfect way to venture into vibrams and reap the benefits they offer your body, these are the perfect first pair. You won't regret them!

I've owned many, many Vibram Five Fingers over the last decade or so, and these are by far my favorite. No longer can my lady friends chide me for only wearing "ugly" shoes- these easily pass for strappy sandals at a distance, and go well with dressier outfits than most VFFs. As a huge fan of the original KSO, I thought the open sides would be awful, but I walk all over urban environments and almost never have a problem with random loose rocks, etc. I typically wear a size 5.5/6 and the 36 fits comfortably (maybe a hair too big but the straps keep them on; I add moleskin to the inside under the heel to keep them from making a slapping suction noise while walking).

Love �� Vibrams, own several pair over the years. I bought these specifically for my hot yoga class to prevent foot slips. While oddly comfortable considering being too narrow, I am returning. Part of my bare foot would literally be on the ground if I ever wore outside. Plus the strap is very annoying.

These are cute and comfortable. I'm mostly writing to let you know that the sizing chart is off. If you normally wear a US 7.5, then you will want to order size 38. I wear a US 7.5, and the size 39 was way too big, but the sizing chart shows it as being "US Women's 7." It's more like a US Women's 8 or so.

Love These Shoes! They feel as if I am really barefooted and are better than sandals. Had some issues with the buckle and would preferred it was made better or eliminated all together. But once I got them adjusted to suite me I have not had any more problems.

I don't know how I walked before FiveFingers. An overused remark but they really have changed my life. These are the most fashionable pair Vibram has come up with. There is almost nowhere I won't wear this pair. Very pretty. Because I wear FiveFingers almost exclusively, I know how the different styles fit. I need a size smaller for the Vi series than some of the others, where I need a size larger than I wear in other shoes. So order your regular size.

I think these are the cutest Five Fingers style yet. Everywhere I go, at least one person asks me where to get them. They're very comfortable, and I have a number of foot problems that make most shoes either hurt or look hideous on me. I hope you get some.

I was skeptical when I tried on these shoes and started wearing them (they are the first pair of vibram five-fingers I'd ever owned). I bought them because I was having bad back pain that ran all the way down the side of my leg, and it was suggested that I try barefoot shoes. I did, and the pain is gone. I've purchased 5 pairs of different barefoot shoes, and these are by far the most comfortable I have. It's amazing to walk in them. I'll get more of the vibram five-fingers. I just wish that the company made a dress style that doesn't show the world the toe-separation. If they did, Vibram would probably be the only brand I'd own.

Fabulous! Keep getting compliments on them. Now, for the tech stuff: There is absolutely no arch support. But that is because there isn't supposed to be any arch support. These are formed to your foot so as to make you feel like you are walking bare foot. When was the last time you walked bare foot and thought "I have great arch support like this." That hasn't happened. This shoe performs exactly as advertised. I don't use these for running or trekking. For me, they are simply for yoga practice. There is thick, grabby tread on the sole and the upper material is very comfortable. What's really good is the "in-between" your toes. It doesn't feel like those toe spacers that are used when painting your toenails. The shoes are all around comfortable. If you're on the fence about them, I'd advise giving them a try. Especially if you get sweaty in yoga practice. Oh, almost forgot; these were a gift. So, I don't know where they were purchased. I've been looking at Zappos since they first started, so, I asked if it was okay to review here and was given the green light.

Always loved the concept of 'barefoot' shoes, but never found FiveFingers quite appealing esthetically. However, these fit so nice and are very cute. Color is just as accurate as shown in the pic and size fits perfectly (I'm 6.5 - 7 US size) and got 38 European. I like them so much, I ordered another color, in black. Also, I am avid runner, but I wouldn't recommend them for running, rather walking or short, mellow hiking at the most.

The most comfortable shoes yet of all the Vibram Five Fingers line. The shoe runs a whole size larger, my size is 39 on all my VFF that I own and I ordered size 39 on this model and had to returned then for size 38 and they fit perfectly (thanks Zappos for the great fast and free return services). They don't have any arch support but that's how I prefer my shoes, so that is not a problem for me.

So cute! Feels just like I'm barefoot - but with protection for the soles.
