Excellent quality lightweight jacket at a very good price. I received mine and immediately ordered another for my son. Fit is true to size and this jacket is very waterproof.

The only reason I bought this is because I lost my last Columbia rain jacket :( It was over 7 years old and still going strong, I was very satisfied with my last purchase. I'm confident I'll be just as satisfied with this one....so long as I can hold onto it!

The sizing was accurate. It's one of the best fits I've seen for my husband on this type of jacket. It was just what he wanted and the color is good. He can layer it and the hood lays nicely.

Always a fan of that zipper outside chest pocket. Giant hood. Velcro flap that covers the zipper. Arm pit zipper vents. I like this rain jacket.

This jacket replaced a similar Omni-Tech jacket after about 10 years of heavy use. I expect to be as pleased with this one as I was with the last. The material appears to be the same waterproof, windproof, and long-wearing fabric. There were several improvements. There is now a collar, and the hood can be rolled and stored inside it. The hood has a hook-and-loop fastener on the back so I can keep the rain off my glasses without the hood sliding down over my eyes. Drawstrings at the sides easily snug the hood to my face. Flaps cover the zippers of well-positioned pockets on each side and an outside pocket on the left chest is closed by what appears to be a rainproof zipper. There are zippered vents under the arms that are probably rain-proof when open. Hook-and-loop straps adjust the cuffs. The arms are about an inch longer than my old jacket, which may result in more wear at the cuffs. It would have been nice to have had a large interior pouch pocket, like some other Columbia jackets. However, I have not found another jacket anywhere with so many great features for such a good price. And I am very happy with my choice of the dark green color.

We have the rare downpour in S Cal. & as the saying goes when it rains it pours. My Columbia rain jacket kept me dry through out !

Really good rain coat. Been in heavy down pours and keeps you dry. Use a lot for fishing. Like the zip pockets and vents. Can't miss at the price. Get one.

I bought the jacket for my husband to replace an older jacket he uses for travel. It has all the features he wanted; foldable hood, collar, upper pocket, and side vents. I checked many other styles and brands and this one fits the bill.

well made jacket and good fit. this is an actual jacket not just a nylon shell. Seems like it will provide actual warmth as well as keeping you dry. Like that it has a hood . Like that it has a full zippered front and not just a pull over.

I already used it in the rain and it kept me dry. I love that it has underarm ventilation and roomy pockets.

This is the perfect spring jacket. Or works great over a fleece jacket for cold rainy weather!

When the jacket arrived, I thought they had sent me two of them based on the weight of the package. Opening it up, it turned out to be much more substantial than other non-Columbia brand rain jackets I had purchased. As soon as I put this on, felt ready to join the Weather Channel:) It was perfect for one of our recent windy/rainy days. Kept me dry, wasn't bulky, and comfortable with only a short sleeve shirt on. Worked really well with my Columbia rain pants. At 5', 6" and 165, I wear a small in Columbia jackets. This one was no different, small fit perfectly with room for a thin layer or two.

I bought this for my partner since they work outside and get exposed to the elements. They loved it, and said it helps keep him warm. He has yet to use it in the rain, but I'm sure it will aid in keeping him dry.

Really like this jacket, the fabric is relatively stiff for what I expected from packable jacket, but not fatal. Size fits just right with room for some light layering (6'-1, 16x35 shirt). Haven't tested in use-intended for day hiking. Jacket could use a hook / loop to attach to backpack exterior when in its pouch.

I bought this jacket for snowboarding when it's warm. And on my first day wearing it, it rained. So it was a good test for the waterproof feature. I must say it was fantastic. Also, reasonable price and fit nicely. Highly recommended (not just for winter sports, of course).

Good quality, looks great, orange is not the kind that is very bright, value for the price.

Haven't tried it in a downpour yet but worked fine in a moderate 3 hour rain. Like that it can be rolled up into it's own pocket.
