I own several pairs of Ecco sandals because they are the one company that gets sandals right. This sandal is no exception, and it is comfortable right out of the box. The footbed is soft, lightly cushioned, lightly supportive and flexes with the foot. The leather is supple, soft, flexible, and does not cause blisters. Just a wonderful shoe, and I wish it came in red, too. I walked all day at Magic Kingdom in these on first wearing, with no problems except that the front strap was a bit too tight on my bunion and I had to switch them out at the end of the day. I'm going to bring them to the shoe repair and have this strap stretched a bit, because they are otherwise perfect. This is doable with real leather, and is my secret weapon to making good sandals better (Shoes are different because you want them to be wide enough and not too pointy, so as not to compress your toes).

Oh how I wanted to keep these. Just what I looked for in style, dress to casual on travel- I happen to have a VERY slim ankle, and though the needed parts fit (even with a buckle!), the 2nd strap that is just for looks hangs funny on me and looks too big. I'm not sure if a shoe repair could alter this strap, so I'd better return. Ecco this was a beautiful style!!

These shoes are surprising comfortable for looking so flat. One of the top straps is a bit tight, due to my high arches, but not so uncomfortable that I can't wear them. The very first time I wore them for a full day, I did a lot of steps in a couple of airports and they did great. I recommend them highly.

I have owned several pairs of Ecco sandals in a range of different styles, all of which I have loved, and these did not disappoint my high expectations-- in fact, these are the cutest and comfiest pair I've ever had! There was no breaking-in period, which is rare for me, as I have sensitive heels and bunions on both feet. But these felt great right out of the box. I though that the toe strap would rub my bunions when I first put them on, but the leather is so soft and supple that it molded to my weird foot. There is a nice amount of cushion in the footbed. I like these so much I am considering getting a second pair in another color-- though I wish they sold them in a bright warm color like red, orange, or bright pink! Please think about it, Ecco. These shoes are worth owning in multiple colors!

I would like to Ecco- er, echo- the other reviewers who found these shoes to be amazing. They were practically all I wore for a week in Hawaii (when I wasn't barefoot). They look great with shorts or capris, really quite stylish for flats (I bought the tan color). But what I like most is the soft leather that feels better than any of my other shoes or sandals.

Cute as a button. Comfortable for 6 hrs of walking. no need to break in. Not to make a statement in appearance nevertheless elegant and original enough to impress. inside zipper is a great plus.

Comfortable from the get go!

These are beautiful minimalist sandals. It almost feels like you are barefoot, but have a cushion of luxurious support! The white is very practical for summer and will allow many options for outfit matching. Highly recommend!

Love these sandals. Very comfy and stylish. Really appreciate the little zipper on the inside of the heel which allows the sandals to be removed without unbuckling the strap.

WHAT BEAUTIFUL LEATHER! I got a sz. 39 and a 40, and there was very little difference, due to the fact that the straps around the ankle are so adjustable! They only had the saffron in sz. 39, so I kept those. The sole of the shoe is very flexible and also quite narrow, but I have a narrow foot and they were perfect! These shoes will need no braking in...!

I’ve worn these sandals twice for about 8 hours each time and found them to be very comfortable and quite stylish. Great shoe with pants, shorts, or dresses. The zippers make for easy on/off. Overall an excellent sandal.

ECCO sandals have great support, which is the reason I ordered another pair of their sandals. I wore this Touch Ankle Sandal for the first time on a shopping trip and they had great support all day long. They are also adorable on and look great with shorts, capris or even a summer dress. I especially like the zipper on the inside of the sandal. I can leave the top strap buckled and get them on and off using the zipper.

Super comfy, super cute. The medium width fit my wide foot well. I even ordered another pair in a different color. Love the saffron!

Love, love, love this Marine Blue ECCO Touch Ankle Sandal. Exactly what I was looking for. Am taking a Western Caribbean cruise soon and this is the sandal I've been searching for for the last two months. Simple but stylish with the extra touch of leather in the front, and side zipper. Love the mix of leather & suede. Appreciate padded footbed. Will look great with my neutral wardrobe & red pedicure. Very well made. Happy happy shopper! Don't be jealous, buy a pair too! Hahaha.

I usually wear size 40 in EU sizes, but these sandals are too long, and too wide on all of the straps. They do feel comfortable; the footbed is cushioned and the straps are made of soft leather. Notice that the strap across the toes is made of nubuck. The zipper works well, is comfortably placed, and will be helpful at the airport security check point when you need to take off your shoes. In general, they are well made and comfortable, and I will try smaller size. Zappos service as usually the best.

I am very picky. I have a painful left foot that bothers me daily. I researched online comfortable sandals and found this brand. I knew nothing about them accept the reviews that I read. I bought these in a size 8 1/2 which is my normal size. They are the most comfortable sandals that I have ever had. I wear them now just about everyday to work. They look great with jeans, dress pants and skirts. At the end of very long days, my feet still feel good. Thank you so much!

These sandals are stylish and very comfortable. I did not have to break them in at all. I always wear a 39 with Ecco shoes and the 39 in this sandal fit perfectly. I highly recommend them. They go great with almost everything in your wardrobe from jeans to a sun dress.

I don't generally spend a ton of money on shoes, but these shoes are amazing! So very comfortable and I love the zipper so you don't have to unbuckle when removing them! I ordered five pair and this was the only one I kept.

These shoes are soft and comfortable- no breaking in required! I am a size 7 and they fit perfectly. Casual and attractive.

I'm going to beg to differ with other reviewers on the style of these. I think they're great...EXCEPT FOR THE UGLY ZIPPER. If it hadn't been for that, they would have been perfect--really attractive and super comfortable. But for me, the ugly, dark-metal zipper really spoiled the otherwise simple, elegant look of the sandal. So back they went.
