Great sheer Summer dress

This is a super comfortable and flattering dress. My only issue is that I am 5'4" and it was really long on me. It is not easy to put a hem in bathing suit material and the tailor was going to charge me $30. I still kept it though because it is a great style.

This dress is comfortable, light, does not wrinkle and is flattering. I knew it would be long on me (I am 5'1") so I was prepared to alter the length. However due to the type of material, it is difficult to smoothly sew a new hem. Petite length would be appreciated!

I really love this dress but the hem is not sewn correctly. This dress is so comfortable and the fabric is so soft and light. I am 5'7", 130 pounds and bought size medium. I am small busted and it fit fine. I think it would be fine for a larger bust too since the fabric is stretchy. I am going to order it again and hope that the hem is sewn correctly.

I have not worn this dress in the hot weather yet, but I expect it to be fine. I wanted to let shoppers know that the fabric feels just like bathing suit fabric. I was not expecting that. It is quite clingy. It is nicely made, and it's good quality fabric.

This dress is "okay"; fabric is fabulous, fit could be better, but I'll keep it.

Sizing runs small and it is VERY long. If you're a tall person it might be okay. I'm 5'5 and will have to take at least 4 inches off.

I'm 5'3 and the dress is 5" too long (in flat shoes). Also do not size down as some suggest. It fits snuggly. And the green is much brighter than shown.

I have 3 of these dresses and absolutely love the material and how comfortable they are. They're great for taller women like myself. I purchased this one because it looked like it was a beautiful teal color but it's actually more green than teal so it's not what I expected. I'll keep it though because I don't want to deal with shipping it back, I just probably won't wear it as much as my other ones.

Photo shows skirt flowing with some degree of looseness below bust line. I sized down as recommended but the dress was too fitted (shapeless) in chest and torso for my liking, and at least 3 inches too long. Not flattering; neckline a little matronly. "Navy swirlscape" color on the dull side. I am 5'2" 135 lbs. Disappointed.

I would love this dress if it fit me, but the medium size could not accomodate my chest. I'm busty but still I think I would need an extra large to have this fit on top.

Great concept, the fabric and design are amazing, but the fit is small and the length is very long. I wore it with a bahama breeze shirt and knotted the corners of the dress to shorten it. I had to return for next size up which was much longer. Very comfortable in Florida in July.

Definitely meant for taller people. I am 5'4" and this was way too long, even with wedges on. The fabric has a bit of sheen too, like swimsuit material, which I didn't care for. It did feel comfortable for the brief time I had it on, but it'll have to be returned.

Love the material and the feel of this dress. However, this dress definitely runs small; order one size up. I am 5'8" and weigh 150 pounds. I ordered my usual 12-14 size and the dress is entirely too tight. You can see every little imperfection on my body. The seam runs across my bust, instead of below it. Will be returning for the next size up.

This would have been a nice comfortable dress for casual wear. However, it ran large for me. I returned.

Love these dresses, but there inconsistency in sizing. I usually wear a medium. In these I need a large. Some of the large are too small, as in this case *and too long*. Some have fit well, others tightly. Very comfy when the size is right.

Im not sure what all the hype is about on this dress... based on the reviews I thought I had found the holy grail of black maxi dresses. I’m 5’6.5”, 119 lbs, ordered an extra small which fit fine everywhere - except that it was at least 5” off the ground. Like awkwardly short.... so many review said it was SO long, but those reviewers must have been short. It is definitely more of a workout shirt/swimsuit cover-up material, so it had a sheen to it.

The style of the dress is nice and basic, which is what I was looking for. Unfortunately the fabric was a deal breaker for me. The fabric is similar to a bathing suit which makes it way too sporty for me. The fabric really limits the versatility so I returned it.

Great dress if not ridiculously long

Fit like a dreamexcept for the length. Dress brushed the floor. With shoes on. Had to return it.

This would have been absolutely perfect if it wasn't ridiculously long. How many women are 6 ft tall? I'm only 5'4" so I thought I might have to have it hemmed a couple of inches, but this thing pooled on the floor. I'm not having a foot of fabric cut off of a dress. Too bad - it is otherwise VERY nice.

For reference, I’m 5’2, 114 pounds, my body type would best be described as athletic/fit. I knew it would be the dress was going to be too long for me. What I wasn’t expecting was that there was so much material that it engulfed me. Personally, I would not recommend to those with with petite frames. The other issue was I felt the material was incredibly uncomfortable. It’s like wearing a bathing suit. I’m sure that this looks fantastic on taller people and shorter people with longer torsos. HTH ?

I'm 5'8" & 140 lbs and got size small. I wanted to love this but found, contrary to what I read, this dress manages to be both shapeless and hug the wrong curves. It was only cooling if I sweat enough (but did a very good job cooling then).

Nothing special really. Not a great fit, style kinda of looks like a bag.
