Purchased two pairs of the high performance ultra light tab socks. Quality is terrible. No left/right designation. Feel of the sock is cheap. This is not the same quality that I have purchased from Feetures. These are over priced Temu garbage.

I've liked Feetures socks for years and wanted to support the company by ordering directly, but that was a mistake, when I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I immediately tried to cancel the order myself and couldn't, so I reached out to customer service. The next day, I received an email that my socks had shipped and minutes later customer service responded saying that they can't cancel orders and that I would have to return them at my cost. So that leaves me paying $10 to ship a $15 order both ways. Rather than waste those resources, I'll just donate the socks to someone who can wear them. I fully accept that I made the mistake here, but this experience is a big deterrent for any future orders from me. If you can't change your policy, at least change your process to accommodate similar situations.

great socks however they are pricey
