I bought this jacket before spending four months in Europe, knowing I was going in very cold weather and had limited packing space. I ended up buying this jacket a size larger with the intention of layering a more insulate jacket underneath. The combination of jackets kept me very warm and most importantly completely dry! It also allowed my to shed a layer when necessary and not take up too much space in a backpack/luggage. I love that this jacket looks more stylish than a traditional rain jacket, but it doesn't call a lot of attention to you. I appreciate the added length in the back for keeping me dry again. It's an absolutely amazing jacket and layering it was a great alternative to traveling with a bulky winter coat that probably isn't waterproof.

I love, LOVE this jacket! The fit really accentuates the waist and is very flattering. It is not very warm, but isn't paper-thin either like a lot of windbreakers. It is a perfect light jacket for spring and is exactly what I was looking for!

I have been searching for just the right rain coat for a while now and finally found it with this jacket. It's both lightweight but keeps me warm. It's completely waterproof which i love! The hood is big which is a plus for me because I hate when the hoods are so small they don't even cover my face. I LOVE the split in the back, makes it easy to move around and sit and I just love the overall sleek design in the back. I really like the secure pockets. Hate when I get stuck in a storm and worry about my iPhone getting wet, not with this coat and the price, you can't beat it.

I'm 5'5", 138 lbs, and 38 (36D) -32-40. I'm a size 10. I found the Medium too snug in the bust and hips, and the "kick pleat" in the back gapped. I sized up to a Large, which fit like my LL Bean MEDIUM sized H2O raincoats. A bit loose. I used the snaps in the back to bring the waist in a couple of inches. I like the attached hood with no collar. NO velcro to snag on anything. I like the easy zip, which starts higher than the bottom of the jacket so I'm not so upset that it doesn't have a two way zipper. At first, I didn't like the split in the back, but on second thought, it makes it easier to sit down. The pockets have nice zip and snap security and look like the water won't get in. I like the sage green color. I like the reflective strip on the back waist. I hope the jacket really is waterproof. I live in Florida, so I want a waterproof jacket that is cool and won't make me sweat.

I ordered the M and the L, and I seem to be between the two sizes, as I expected. I kept the L because I could move my arms easier. Plus, the M seemed to gap open in the back. Because of the snaps in the back waist, I could tighten the waist in the L. I like the clean look, and the secure pockets, and the attached hoom. It's ajustable, but the pull thingies are hidden. No velcro or bulky wrist tabs. Doesn't make me sweat, as I'll be wearing this in Florida.

My mom is in love with this jacket - fits perfectly, looks very stylish, and is very lightweight! The grey color is beautiful.

Had to return first one, bad sleeve. Was inspected.

This is the perfectly constructed jacket that will take you through 4 seasons. I work in auto sales and needed a good raincoat without the bulk that fits nicely and this is the one. The waist nips in a bit and can be snapped so it doesn't hang there and look sloppy. I am 5' tall and weigh around 135 but I am large in the chest area so I got a large and am glad that I did. The reflective strip across the back is a big plus for me. The jacket folds nicely and is quite compact for packing for travel, as well as storage.I highly recommend this jacket for anyone that has to brave the elements and still wants to look nice. There is literally nothing about this jacket that I would change. The price point is right on as it's a great value for the price.

I originally bought this product for a trip I am taking to London but have had to wear it back home due to surprise mother nature events. It is by far one of the best investments I have made in a long time.

I love this jacket - it is perfect for city wear as well as anywhere...the reflective tape on the back is helpful so cars can see me in bad weather....the length is just long enough to be casual and great the back is longer is you need to sit in bad weather... I use mine mostly to and from places. Also light weight and great for layering!

This is a wonderful waterproof jacket that helps keep you very, very dry!

Well made - runs small

Jacket is great quality as all NF apparel. The color is more between a sage and gray than specifically gray. I still love the coat though. You can wear in spring and in cooler temps and love that it has a hood.

Don't usually write reviews but this jacket is great! Love the look and buttons to loosen on days you want to layer up. Length also compliments well. Definitely recommend it! I usually size down for North Face but this Jacket was true to size.

I purchased this jacket in the Freesia Yellow color. It is a great fit, tailored well in the waist area and a slight feminine flare tail in the back. The reflector strip on the back gives a nice look too. I have received so many compliments on this jacket. The best use for it is in the rain, it dries really fast and on windy dreary days.

I wanted a raincoat that could be both cute and functional and I'm happy to say this coat is both!

This jacket was true to size. Wears well both during outdoor activities like hiking and also while traveling on long flights, etc. It's stylish, too, which is definitely a plus. Would definitely recommend.

Love this jacket! Bought it for a vacation to use for touring and casual events, it suited the bill perfectly.

I am 5'4", 130 lbs, I bought the small and it fits just as it does on the model. I like my jackets fitted, so it's just perfect for me. Overall the coat has a nice shape to it, it's a good price, and I think it'll be great for the spring. On the service, I ordered my jacket in the afternoon, and I literally got it the next day! I wasn't even expecting that. I must say, I have always had a pleasurable experience when ordering from Zappos!

Gift to my grand daughter and she absolutely love it. The fit was perfect and its perfect for the weather at UCSB.

The description is accurate in suggesting this jacket is good for the daily commute! It blocks wind and rain during my couple-block walk to work. As for the fit, it feels true to size, I'm 5'5" 135 lbs and the medium fits me well. The hood is smaller than other similar jackets I tried on, which I like. The split seam in the back and the waist snaps add extra style to a type of jacket that is usually pretty boring. Only disappointment is the fabric has enough texture to it that pet hair and lint stick.
