Comfy right off the bat and easier to get into than my Toms sneakers.

These fit fine but I realized I already owned a very similar pair so I sent them back.

I normally wear 10 wide. But zappos rarely carries wide or if they do, they are always out. Got these in an 11 and they just fit. So to me, they run a full size small. They would not fit with a thin sock. They are snug across my toe area & a bit above. If these were wide, they'd fit great. I don't know if I'll keep them. What if they never stretch out or rub my toes raw. Toe box questionable. I have been searching for a non-clunky, or special needs looking white canvas sneaker for 2 years. Nothing fits or is even slightly comfy. Because no one can make a truly wide shoe for meaty feet & toes that does not look all dorked out or has 5 feet of rubber platform to it. Ugh!

Bought this for inside gym exercise. I have narrow feet. They were tight at first but have loosened up some since wearing. Cute looking sneaker!!

Too narrow. I don't know how people can have such different experiences with sizing but...I ordered these because so many people said they were plenty wide. That was not my experience. I normally can wear a medium but my toe box area is on the wide side. These were too narrow in the toe area like most Ked's always seem to be for me. Other than that, I wear an 8 1/2 normally in closed toed shoes and an 8 was fine length wise. I really like the style and they seemed like they would be comfortable even without socks, but my toes are cramped so sadly, I have to send them back.

I think I will really like these. Wore them around the house after they arrived-very comfortable right out if the box! I will need a sock, as they are a little “sloppy” in the ankle area (not snug). I am fine with that though!

I wear a medium width = always. The ball of my foot was pushing down on the rubber sidewall & my toe was right against the side. The length was perfect. Very odd sizing. This winter I bought the same size shoe/boot from Keds & it's way big.

Bought these for my daughter who wanted plain white sneakers. The look was what she wanted. It's more slim and lighter than a converse or van. She needs tie on shoes because the toe area of her foot is wide but her heel is narrow. Unfortunately even with the ties her heel was slipping in the back of the shoe. She usually wears a 9 but they were very long. The 8.5 was an improvement but with the slipping we thought we'd better try the 8. All three sizes still slipped in the heel but the room for the toes just became less and less as we sized down. Good luck! If you have narrow heels these probably won't work. We even put in a pair of the heel pads to "fill" the gap. No help there either.

Black shoes came with the line on the bottom through the white, like the navy and white show. Not too mad about it, shoes are still comfy, but not what's shown.

That the sneaker has six eyeholes makes the top of the shoe too long in appearance and fit. I am replacing a pair of 5 eyehole Keds that I have loved for at last four or five years. The most comfortable sneaker imaginable. The extra hole (which was not my choice) just makes the shoe really uncomfortable.

These are really nice-looking sneakers, and I was hoping they would be comfortable. Although the size was pretty close to normal for size 8 1/2, the shoes felt tight in the toe and loose in the heel. The material was so stiff that I just didn't think the shoes would ever break in for a better fit. That's why I'm returning them.

I wanted to love these Keds Kickstart sneakers. However, while true to size, the toe box was very low and hurt my big toes. Also, the canvas fabric of the sneaker felt to me very stiff, like a fabric cardboard. Around the back of the heel and alongside the ankle was stiff and the sneaker clip clopped a bit in the back making me think about blister possibilities. Sorry I'll have to return these Keds because I love the look.

Adorable shoe, but the canvas fabric is way too stiff. I need arch support and was hoping this had a removable footbed like the Keds Champions so I could add an orthotic, but was disappointed to find they don't, so will be going back. Zappos, it would make shopping on your site a lot easier if you would include whether a shoe has a removable footbed or not.

I like the look of this shoe quite a bit and wanted something a bit different than the tried and true Keds. I had to return this however as the shoe (same size as other Keds I order) was overall just too big. It was hard to tell where the main problem was. I wear narrow-ish shoes and can get away with the B width on the other Keds thank to the laces. Laces didn't even come close. Would advise only true Medium wearers consider this shoe.

I put these on several times and tried to make them work. However, there is a seam that ran right across by little toe and I could tell it wasn't going to be comfortable for me. (Even though it is smooth on the inside, it was tight and rubbed on my toe.)

I love the look of these shoes, but they were too wide for my narrow foot. Also my heel slipped in the back. I'm returning and going with the Champion White Leather version.

My problem with these were the slipping off of my heel. I tried putting in heel cushions and they still slipped. I really like them but had to return them.

I have problem feet. That is important to know because if you do not, you might love these. I'm trying to find a casual shoe I can tolerate that will be acceptable with a casual t-shirt dress. They are not bad shoes but they do not support the foot at all. That is typical for this style of shoe but I hoped... They are much larger than the New Balance 8. I bought the size that I was advised to buy but they were still huge. I could place my Dr. prescribed insole on top of the insole the shoe came with. They were still too big and my foot moved around in them and the heel slid. I tried lacing them differently to make them tighter overall and especially in the heel. Still didn't work for me. One plus is that the insole inside the shoes was slightly more padded than you would usually find. They were attractive casual shoes (nothing special but sometimes that is what you want) but no way would they work for me. I'm debating about trying a smaller size but I'm not sure it's worth the effort because I still don't think there will be any support for the side of the foot no matter how tight I tie the shoelaces.

These shoes caused an allergic reaction on my feet and ankles. I am not someone who has allergic reactions very easily so this was very surprising. I ended up having to throw them away.

These sneakers are the most uncomfortable pair I have ever bought. They are stiff and rough, especially where the seams meet. Blisters on my heel, along the ankle and on the bone near my big toe.
