I needed a lighter rain jacket for downpours during warmer months and this jacket does the trick. I am 5’2’’ and busty, 36D and am conditioned to size up when garments don’t have any stretch. In addition, I wanted the option to wear a fleece under this in cooler weather so I bought an xl. I agree with those who say you don’t need to size up; a large would have sufficed for sure but I don’t mind the extra room for mobility if I’m wearing a bulky fisherman knit sweater underneath so I kept it. I’ve worn it only twice but can say I stayed completely dry. The fabric is light but water resistant and I love the gray and purple together. The pockets are ample as well. Best of all I bought this on sale for half the original price so it is a steal.

My last north face rain jacket is 9 years old and still in great shape. I simply wanted a new color and the Asphalt Grey/Four Leaf Clover did not disappoint!

I bought this as a shell even though it's technically a raincoat so I can wear it in the spring and fall (I live in Chicago) but I can also wear layers under it during the winter. I've recently purchased it but have worn it several times while it's raining and the water beads up and keeps me dry.

I wanted a lightweight jacket that was waterproof and that I could layer underneath if I wanted to. This is perfect!

This jacket is great for Minnesota Spring weather! It does feel very light and breathable, which is great for hikes! It also has kept me dry on the rainy days and protected me from cold and harsh winds! My favorite feature of the jacket is that the hood can be stowed into the collar. When the hood is stowed it does make the collar feel a bit stiff, but I don't mind- it's a fantastic feature!

LOVE everything about this jacket! I'm 5'11 & the large fit perfectly! Sleeves & length were plenty long enough, which is always so hard to find! Took this on a 2 week trek in Chile & Argentina. It kept me warm when it was windy & raining, but never got too hot. It also wasn't a burden to carry & packed away small & easy! Hiked over 100 miles with it! At the tail end of my trip I unfortunately lost it. But once I returned to the US, I bought myself another. MUST HAVE on any hiking adventure!

I ride my bike to work really early in the morning, and it's absolutely perfect to block out the cold wind! Just the right size to sneak in a hoodie under without restricting any movements, nor is it too big to get caught anywhere. The jacket is also very lightweight, and easy to stick into my backpack.

I really love this jacket! I have always loved NorthFace raincoats, but I would often get very hot when I was hiking because of the other lining in the coats. I really like the mesh lining in these raincoats- it makes me feel so much cooler when I'm being active.

I actually bought this for my husband... he doesn't want to wear any other jacket now! It is his number one go to for everything!

I usually hate rain coats because of the swishy material and tendency to be non-breathable, but this one doesn't feel annoying at all. The material is still stiff like a rain coat has to be, but doesn't feel or sound like I'm wearing a cheap plastic tarp. It's actually pretty breathable too, which was a nice surprise, and the color is perfect. I'm always happy to find women's clothes that aren't super "girly" brights or pastels, so the fact that North Face has the clothes I need in the darker, earth tones I want is wonderful.
The pockets are great, zippers don't seem to have any problems, and the hood is adjustable in the back. The hood also rolls up into the collar, which is great for packing down and storing.

You can dress this jacket up or down! Does not absorb wetness, rain rolls right off! I love this jacket and Would highly recommend it. I wear an XL and had to order XXL in this cut. It fits just like an XL.

Ordered this jacket one size up so would go ove multiple layers. Works perfectly! The sleeves are longer but I want that on a raincoat to keep my wrist dry. Hood tucks into collar nicely so have a clean look when not needed, A good windbreaker but not hot when weather is warmer Glad I have it.

I wanted a light jacket for the Spring and this one doesn't disappoint. It's got a great fit which is very flattering rather than loose. Very happy with my purchase.

The raincoat came just it time for the rainstorm. I am very pleased at the quality of the product.
A colleague at work told me Northface products are so worth the money.
I am totally satisfied and would recommend my friends and family to purchase from your company without any reservations. Thank you.

Just got this jacket delivered so I can't speak to its longevity but the color and fabric is beautiful! Feels very well made and like it's going to be great in the rain and with windy conditions. I wish it had a waist cincher but otherwise it's the perfect jacket.
