I live in Washington and the jacket is great for our rainy season.

I've always bought the north face resolve jackets that are 100% nylon and a relaxed fit. So I decided to try the Resolve Plus jacket this time which is a standard fit and 100% polyester. Both types fit and feel great but I gotta say, the Resolve plus jacket is my absolute new favorite. I really love how it fits and the material feels really strong. I bought the same size for resolve and resolve plus. Both fit perfect in the same size. Resolve plus seems to give a more slimming appearance as well.

Just got this in today, and love the way it fits and feels. Just as expected.

I first bought the Resolve jacket for a trip to Paris in the middle of December. I knew it would be rainy and cold during my trip and this jacket was the perfect foil to Paris's wet winter weather. When I got home, I found it to be perfect for San Francisco winter weather, too...not too heavy and not too light. It kept me warm and dry, traveled nicely, fit well and looked good, to boot. So, naturally, I was bummed when my beloved jacket came up missing one day. It wasn't until I no longer had it that I realized how much I loved and missed this jacket. Fortunately, I was able to repurchase it because it truly is one of the best rain jackets I've ever owned.

I purchased this jacket for hiking and traveling, wanting quality, wind and waterproof. I previously had the super light weight rain jacket (forget the name), which was nice but the interior lining began cracking and falling out. This jacket is just slightly heavier and fits very nicely while getting the job done. I am 5'4", approximately 125-130 lbs, 34D, and an athletic build. The medium in black fits me perfectly, I don't think the small would have fit me in the bust. I would absolutely purchase this jacket again.

I was looking for a lightweight water & windproof jacket to take on hikes & after a long search I decided on this one. Love the color (urban navy) & the quality. I chose my size via the sizing survey & it's pretty spot on, room for a layer or two underneath without being too bulky. Love the tuck away hood option too.

What I love about this rain jacket, 1. Its long enough for me. Other jackets have left me feeling like I'm wearing a belly shirt. 2. The stand up collar..it isn't attached to the hood so I can have it zipped all the way up to my face without wearing the hood. 3. It doesn't feel like I'm wearing a plastic bag..it feels more like "fabric" the other rain jackets. 4. The rain beads off of it. The fabric is slightly noisy but it doesn't bother me. I'm 5'8 and 155 lbs and the large fits great with a little extra room to layer.

I love it!! I would like to buy in another color,is very lightweight and comfortable.

Highly recommend. Sale price excellent. Fit is perfect. Fabric not too "crunchy/noisy" like some other waterproof materials.
