This jacket is really waterproof, I did not want just water resistant, so this one fits the bill perfectly. Only issue is that the lining of the jacket I purchased and the accent color are actually a bright deep purple, not at all like the photo nor like the description of Deep Blue. It was a shock when delivered but the customer service was helpful and agreed the pictures on North Face website were incorrect. The collar is a bit bulky when the hood is folded up inside, not too much of an issue for me. I bought this as a gift for my daughter who really liked (and kept borrowing) my own jacket. Disappointed at the color, but decided to keep it anyway, no other choices available that I would have preferred. A 4 star review because of the color discrepancy.

Good color options, good fit around the waste good sleeve length. I found this jacket to be a little bulky around the neck and shoulders.

Love the jacket, it wasn't as tight as i like but the drawstrings at the sides convinced me to keep. THE WATER LITERALLY ROLLS OFF THIS JACKET!! its really amazing. My very first purchase from North face and I definitely will be ordering my winter coat this year from here. Only Complaint is You will need a sweater under this jacket, its basically a very nice windbreaker not warm at all and really thin. Only purchase for a rain jacket which was my intention so its perfect! Would definitely buy again,

It is a nice and stylish raincoat. Fits well. I am 5'0" with an average build and bought an XS. My only complaint is that it is a bit too warm for me. I wish it would breathe a little better. I've worn it twice in the rain and get very hot.

I love the jacket, however if you order the mid grey dobby/ deep blue the inside of the collar is blue not grey like the picture, which I didn't really like the look of. I am 5'5 130 slim and small fit best.

I bought the gray and white style which looks great. The downside is the collar. When the hoodie is tucked in, the back collar is very hard and stiff, makes it very uncomfortable to wear. I returned it and got a venture 2.

It's a well-built jacket if you are looking specifically for a rain jacket with a hood that stores away. However, when stores it makes the collar very high, thick, and stiff. The material of the jacket is also very stiff and heavy, compared to other jackets. I see its value, but think the details need some heavy dialing. I returned after trying it on.

I had been searching for a nice, light, waterproof rain jacket for quite some time. I found this beauty while browsing at the mall. It's a perfect fit and I like how it doesn't make me feel all tight and cramped. It's loose fitting and I love the option of hiding my hood or taking it out.

I love the colors, but wish there were rain pants available to match. I have only been able to wear this once in the rain since it arrived and it protected me well. There is no lining, so I don't expect it to keep me warm, just dry. I ordered an XL (I usually wear M/L) knowing I would need a little extra room to layer for warmth.

I have tried out many different rain jackets and this is the one I finally settled on - Comparing to the Resolve 2, this jacket is much less tight and fitted which is what I wanted. I had a hard time figuring this out from the website, so I had to order and test both of them. Overall, it is thick enough that it can provide some level of warmth, with enough room for layers underneath, but is still stylish and fits well. I am 5'5" 115lbs and I have this in Small.

The fitting guide to order the correct size is a useful tool. Haven't had to wear it but it fits well.

I really like the resolve plus jacket. Fits really and is pretty comfortable. It is a little 'noisy', but I guess most rain jackets seem to be. I like the color (asphalt grey). Great jacket for the chilly (not cold), raining days.

Not very heavy but is very water proof.

This seems like a great raincoat. Unfortunately I need a lightweight one for the summer, and this has a bit of weight to it.

I am 5'2" and pretty curvy. I went with the larger size because it fit my torso better and also to be able to fit a layer underneath for cooler weather. The collar is kind of annoying because it's so bulky when the hood is folded that I just leave the hood out all the time. The mesh interior is pretty comfortable and doesn't stick to my skin when I start overheating as opposed to other jackets with solid linings that I've tried. I love the color of the jacket!

I really love this rain jacket! It's light weight and easy. Definitely keeps the rain out and off my body which is the whole purpose. It isn't super warm but it does block the wind, which will be great for spring and fall weather, and is great for mild Georgia winters as well.

Everyday cool rain wear. My daughter is tiny/petite and this fit her very well. It is hard to find small sizes and this is truly an XS. The collar does not fold over and lay flat so she had to get used to that. Not sure if she will every really stow the hood.

I needed a causal jacket for my daily walks and for rainy days. I hope to be able to use it in the summer and it seems lightweight enough. Sleeves feel slightly too short and when the hood is tucked in the collar, it feels stiff against the neck. Otherwise it's nice and fulfills its purpose.

Great jacket overall

This is a awesome jacket! Warm and looks great. Will defiantly be buying more of these!
