I purchased this light weight neck pillow to support my neck while travelling. There is no neck support as that back section is too narrow and doesn't fully inflate but your cheeks float nicely.

Bought this because I wanted a small and lightweight pills for overseas travel. This loses air as you try to fill it up so it never fully inflates. Which I guess doesn't matter since it loses air consistently and goes almost completely flat in a couple of hours. Hoping I can contact company when I get home to get a refund as I have many other eagle creek travel products that I really like. Very disappointed in this one.

I bought the pillow to use when flying on long flight for extra neck support. The first I used the pillow the valve would not hold air after using for a couple of hours. It was comfortable and was looking forward to using on a long flight.
