The back ankle is a little high so it runs. They are SO CUTE but the ankle strap and back part run so I'm returning.

I used to wear Naot but this pair felt a little tight. Very pretty shoe.

This sandal looked fabulous both on and off my foot. But... I was afraid that for major walking (which was my goal) this would not provide enough support. Also, the wedge was plastic and I think that would not be as comfortable as a cork wedge (which is the sandal I ended up buying). They are really cute and for shorter walks or going to work and sitting a lot they would probably be great.

I loved this shoe. But the strip across the toes was a different angle on each shoe. So one of them showed more of my toes than the other.

Quite cute for such a comfortable shoe--this is the second colorway I've purchased in this style. The Gold Cork Leather is a fun neutral that's more interesting than your basic "nude." I do wish the footbed liner felt a little cooler in hot weather than the suede, but they're so versatile, I wear them day and night.

Ridiculously comfortable without being totally ugly. I’m wearing for my baby shower and am confident I’ll be happy on my feet all day.

I like the overall look: very slimming and svelte, not clunky appearing at all. Patent finish along with black colored wedge makes it dressy enough for spring/summer special occasions but it's not too fancy for casual daytime wear. Great arch support. Adjustable velcro ankle strap helps really customize the snugness of fit. Once again, my right foot ruins the party. Because of the forefoot strap location, feared would irritate w prolonged walking. Wish the forefoot strap was a touch softer or sat a bit higher up on the foot. Left foot had no such complaints. :[

I have other Naot sandals but they are all casual and I wanted a dressier sandal that still had support due to my plantars fascitiis. I hesitated buying them due to previous reviews that they ran narrow. My foot isn’t the wide width but it is on the wider spectrum of average. I bought in a couple sizes bc some reviewers said to size up. In the end, I stayed in my normal size 7 and they were not too narrow. I wish the ankle strap material was a little softer but overall these sandals do what I wanted which was to dress up an outfit while being comfortable.

I love and own several different pairs of Naot sandals. Sandals you can walk in! But the back strap just isn't enough support for me on this sandal, since I 'walk off' shoes, my heels are turned inwards. Otherwise perfect style, comfortable, and a nice height heel for me.

Cute shoe but ankle strap is too wide and too high. Good wedge, it is right width for stabile walking.

TLDR; I recommend the gold/cork combo. I don't recommend the gold/purple/orange combo. I got the gold/purple/orange combo as well as the cork/gold combo. I LOVED the cork/gold combo - it's an extremely flattering shoe and felt very comfortable. The only reason I returned it is that I felt it was maybe a little too "formal" for what I needed. Wish I had more outfits to wear it with! The gold/purple/orange combo, on the other hand, felt like a completely different shoe to me. There were some edges that felt sharp (or like they'd rub) immediately upon putting it on, so back it went.

I love this color combination -- the dark silver toe strap coupled with the teal sole. They just don't fit me and I don't feel secure in them -- feel like I'm going to slide out of them sideways. I need more support in a sandal, apparently. These are cute, distinctive, and I wish I could wear them, but I can't. Great arch support and comfy footbed, as usual with Naots.

Cute colors -- the blue/green version. But I just don't feel stable enough walking in them to keep them. Not enough sideways protection. I feel like I'm going to slide off them. But great arch support and funky attractive.

Naot's are pricey, but I've had a pair for over 20 years and the only sign of wear is frayed shoelaces. Hope this pair stands up even half as well. Love the style - good for casual or dressy. Fit and support are exactly what I was hoping for. They will be perfect for a month long trip where I will be doing a lot of walking, and the style means they will be suitable for any occasion.

I liked the look of this shoe, but the ankle strap kind of hurt. It wouldn't take much to make it not hurt, such as padding the strap, which they could have done. But it was a little too casual looking for my dress, so I returned it. To wear it, I also found I had to make it fairly snug so the shoe wouldn't flap around. I also worried that the velcro might snag my nylons, requiring a lot of care to put on safely. The footbed felt ok, and was even longer than the same footbed in another Naot shoe I'd tried (11/42), which was a good thing as I was worried that an 11 was not really a 42 but smaller, and I couldn't find a size 12 Naot.

Cute but really uncomfortable, and Naot is known for its comfort.

I got these in the white with silver strap. I really wanted to keep them but, they felt a bit too narrow for my foot & I thought they might become uncomfortable before long. I didn't like that they had clearly been tried on and or worn by someone before me. The packing material had been removed & there was a grey mark on the top of one of the tow bands. If I kept them I am sure I would have marked them up myself quickly but, I prefer receiving new items in a more pristine condition. The style on these is really cute so I am sorry they won't work out.

These sandals are very comfortable except when I'm sitting and bend my foot at a certain angle so the top of the heel part presses into the back of my ankle. This may soften up over time possibly or I'll just try not to bend my leg/ankle in that way. I usually wear a 7m, but that felt very loose on my foot so I tried a 6 and it seems pretty good. I like that these have a little bit of a heel but not to high and the patent leather on the toe dresses them up. The heel is not patent leather, nor is the strap which has a Velcro closer.

The fit is surprisingly sturdy - my feet are cradled in the shoe, for as little as there is to it, they are really on there (the shoes!) They do feel a little narrower than the equivalent size 40 in Mephisto or Merrell. They are really styling! my 74 years young husband says "Those shoes look great! They are MODERN and stylish!" And quite comfortable. Good for walking around downtown from parking to restaurants and theaters.

I’m normally a 7.5, but my foot is so narrow that I typically get a 7 (38) in shoes like this. It fits my tiny foot well. I’m hesitant on the width at the toe. I don’t know if it will rub me or not. I’ll have to wear them around the house and see.

I loved these- they looked great, had a comfy footbed and ankle strap, BUT- just were not quite wide enough for me- I hung over the edges at the arch, and the arch hit me in a weird spot, making them rub funny. Unfortunately, I had to send them back.

I am a big Naot fan. This specific style is not consistent with the rest of the styles I have owned over the last 20 years. Thy don't hug the ankle very well and the front strap could have grabbed my somewhat narrow feet better. Never the less I decided to keep them. They can be worn with skirts, they are extremely attractive and they are overall comfortable.
