sizing up would have been a huge mistake. I take a 37 in these and a 37 in birkenstocks and troentorps, where I take a 7 1/2 in sneakers and some flats. they aren't narrow at all, they were actually quite comfortable and I will consider buying more colors because of the value and comfort. your heel can't go off the back because of the positioning of the back strap, so I guess if you have long toes maybe that would be the reason to size up? otherwise, I can't see why you would. go with your birkenstock size. the leather is comfortable, the heel isn't too high to walk in. the straps are substantial and make your foot feel very anchored. I ordered silver and they're a lovely metallic, slightly dressy but still laid back clogs. I should get a lot of use out of these. thanks Mia!

they run short, I’m always a 39 but with these a 40

This shoe in rose gold is absolutely beautiful in person! It goes beautifully against tanned skin for the summer! The heel height is perfect! Not too tall. There is no break in time with this shoe. The leather is very comfortable and the shoe has moderate arch support. I’m going to order another pair in navy. This will be my go to shoe (for the summer) with a lovely, casual summer dress.

These are SO CUTE!!!!! I absolutely love the look and style of these heels. Unfortunately my feet are too long and my toes hang over the edge of the front so I sadly have to return. If it was half sizes I'd recommend doing a half size up but it doesn't seem like other people have this issue. Maybe I have long toes? Anyways. So sad to send these back as they would go with literally everything I own

The leather is flexible and super comfortable! Perfect height for casual sweet. Fits small. I’m always an 8, I would never order a 9 even if reviews told me to, but I def needed a 9.

These shoes fit perfectly and are I LOVE them. As comfy and perfectly sized heal as they are I wore them for 7 hours and the bottoms of my feet ached a little.

As others have said this show runs half size small. I am always an 8.5 & ordered a 9. Fit was perfect. I ordered the Luggage color & it’s a nice rich tan/brown. Very cute shoe!

I LOVE the navy Greta clog! I bought red and navy to decide between the colors. The red was so bright and garish, not at all the deep red shown online. The width is just perfect. The leather is soft, so I expect to avoid blisters. It is still too cold to wear them out, but I love wearing them inside the house! PS. Definitely order one size up! I wear a 7 in sandals but the 8 fits wonderfully.

I ordered a half size larger and it was perfect. I love these shoes. The leather was soft enough not to rub blisters on the first wear.

I’ve been obsessed with wooden heeled clogs lately and have been in search of the perfect pair. I ordered these in an 11 thinking it would be a 42. I loved the retro rubber sole and wooden base of these MIAs but the largest size was a 41. I have freakishly long toes which were at the end of the shoe (not a cute look) and felt pinched in the strap. Alas, I have to return. If these came in a 42 I would have kept them.

Absolutely love! I have a wider foot and it makes it difficult to wear fun shoes usually. The Greta is sassy and extremely comfortable. They are pretty light weight considering the wooden sole. I love the silver. It is an unexpected pop to my outfits.

Normally wear a 7-7.5 but took the recommendation to size up to the 8 and they fit perfect. Nice leather and construction overall other than the wood grain being open on the underside of the shoe. Have worn them to work multiple days so far and no blisters!!

These shoes are super cute and fairly comfortable- I love the style, but the reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because the wood heel gets scuffed up and dirty looking very easily.

These clogs are really cute for "casual dressy". I tried them on and they look great with casual summer dresses, skirts and capris, and seem like they will be comfortable. I had to return them for a full size larger. I mostly wear US size 9 ( occasionally an 81/2), but I ordered a 9 in these and they are definitely a full size too small. I am hoping a 10 will fit because I think I would get a lot of use out of them

Cute and neutral. Treads keep me from slipping. Just a small modest peek of my big toe so I can wear them to Mass. Not an all-day shoe or a walking shoe. Don't buy these to walk around town all day. Zero support, wooden heel, but they are cute with sun dresses for short outings.

Everyone said go big and i wear a 5.5 or 6 so I thought these would fit. But they’re too big.

It’s a peep toe style, but because these run short they reveal a lot of toe. I’m a size 8.5 (foot measures 24.8 cm), so I ordered 39. The size 39 fits more like an 8 than 8.5, and there is no way these are 9s. For this reason, more of my toes are visible than I would like. The next size up is huge on my narrow foot. On the bright side, I love the design and the navy leather is quite soft and comfortable. The wood sole is stable and solid without being heavy. I’ll probably make these work, but they are not ideal. If they were 1/8” - 1/4” longer they’d be perfect for me.

Size 39 fits like a size 8. If you are an 8.5, these will likely feel short in length. They are medium/wide in width and the leather is soft. They will likely stretch width wise. For me, the next size up (40) would be too roomy and wide. If you are a size 9, the 40 may work.

My foot measures 24.8cm or 9 3/4” and is rather narrow except for mild bunions. Most of the time I wear an 8.5 and occasionally a size 8 (uggs) or 9 (pointy toe shoes). I ordered these in size 39, which fits great in terms of width. The problem is that my toes are literally right at the edge of the shoe, almost like they are busting out. It’s a personal preference, but I don’t care for this look. They fit like a small 8, and I wish they offered half sizes because I need a 39.5 for length. The size 40 is cavernous in the toe area so my narrow foot does not feel secure. It might be okay for someone with wide feet. Overall, these run short and I need a 39.5. I wish they offered that size because they are so darn cute!

The size 8 is marked 38, so if you wear a euro 38, then this will fit true to size (for reference I am 7.5 and always fit a 38 euro). I purchased both these and the Bety and in comparison, I found the Bety way more comfortable, but I do like the bigger platform heel on this model. I opted for comfort though and will be returning the Greta and keeping the Bety.

These shoes are adorable and I really wanted to love them but the strap that goes across the top of my foot felt very stiff and cut into my foot. I have regular to narrow feet so it wasn't as if they were too tight, they just hit my foot wrong. As I walked around the house it actually made a little scratch/slice into the top of my foot. I kept trying them on hoping it would get better but it didn't and so I returned because I didn't want to risk not being able to wear them out for more than a few minutes! It's too bad because they are REALLY cute :) Also I ordered the black and the red. I think the red is an even prettier color than in the photo it is a brighter color in my opinion than what is shown on the website.
