If you have stumps for toes these are the right sandals are for you because the toe bed is way too short to accommodate normal or 'average' toes. I tried a size larger and it didn't make a difference, toes still hung way over especially because the straps both front and back were way too loose too.

I like these sandals, I was debating between the Julie and the Stevie. I opted to go with the Julie in Pewter as I thought the Stevie might be too strappy for me? The shoe is comfortable as always, though I think the buckle is kind of a pain to operate. Still I give them 5 stars and they are keepers. I really like the Pewter color and they will go with a lot of outfits. I have many pairs of Danskos (Sophie, Sandi, Trista, Jameson) and they never disappoint. My Danskos are among my most treasured shoes!

Runs large. I normally wear a 7 1/2 and I had to return these. Very comfortable, but kind of "frumpy" looking. Won't be re-ordering. Love Dansko's but these looked more like an orthopedic shoe. Bummer because they feel so good.

For work, I stand all day. I have sensitive and traumatized feet. The very first day I wore these I was fine. And I took a trip to Chicago and walked all day. No pain. Not even a blister. Very well designed.

Incredibly comfortable straps, no rubbing and cushioned steps. Put them on the moment I opened the package and wore them all day...no blisters. The pewter color is a nice change to my usual black, wearable with many summer ensembles.

Super comfortable and they go with literally everything - skirts, jeans and dresses! I was making an attempt to bust out of my all black sandal phase so the silver and black Julie is helping with my withdrawal Everything from Dansko is well made and lasts forever.

I was in need of dressy black sandals with a heel I can dress down or up. I ordered the Stevie first, but was not in love when they arrived. To be honest, they were not feminine enough. The strappiness was a little to chunky (wide) for me. I ordered the Julie right away because I was in between initially, and they are beyond perfect. The are sexy and sleek and pretty and functional. I teach and have had them on all day and my feet are perfectly comfortable. Worth every penny when they last as long as Dansko' do. I wear an 8.5 and I ordered the 39; they are perfect.

I absolutely adore this sandal. I'm kind of nuts about red shoes of all kinds. It's hard to find a true red. These are beautiful, comfortable and stylish. The pictures don't do them justice. They are very feminine while still being a very comfortable shoe. I ordered in red. They run true to size. I have been looking for a black, dressy sandal and I may just come back for the black version of these because I love them enough to own them in more than one color.

Dansko is my brand--most of the shoes I've tried have worked for me. The Julie...well, the heel height is a little taller than I'm used to , but it is perfect for my feet. Totally love the comfort and the style of this one. Now, to order it in another color...

I love these shoes! Bought them to wear at a family function...they are dressy but can be worn everyday also. I have been buying my shoes at Zappos for years...never had a problem with any of them.

These are just ok. If I didn't have to wear Dansko for a foot issue, I would get something less clunky. I also thought the straps fit a bit loosely.

I love just about everything about these. The one thing that keeps these from being a 5-star overall is the buckle/strap - my feet/ankles are average, but I'm using the first hole in the strap and stretching the elastic to do so. There's not a lot of extra room on the strap and it comes in at an angle, so it's hard to get it threaded through the buckle and takes a ridiculous amount of effort for the task. I have other Dansko sandals that are much easier to buckle. I love these, but I'm only going to wear them on days where the shoes go on once in the morning and come off once at the end of the day - definitely not good for airport security!

Very comfortable and cushioned. Great for walking providing arch support. Dressy or casual. I've received many compliments.

Love these sandals! The heel gives me a little extra height without challenging me. I ordered these sandals and received them a few days later-so easy.

Ordered two pair of Danskos and decided to return this pair. Pros: Loved the pewter color and like all Danskos, they were very comfortable. Cons: the front part of the sandal (the strap with the buckle) is located too far forward. My pinkie toe shows through if that makes any sense. Deal breaker! Love Zappos' return policy. They make it so EASY!

These are pretty, but I'm returning them. They felt a little wide across the foot and toes and I'm afraid they'll slide around give me blisters much like the similar Dansko Joanies do. The Dansko Stevie seemed to be slightly narrower and felt more secure, possibly due to having more straps across the foot.

This is NOT the typical dansko sandal footbed or sole. The base of the sole is much narrower than any of my other dansko sandals, and thus much less stable, also not the great arch support for my high arches that I've always counted on in Danskos in the past. Looks really more stylish than any others that I've had, but you definitely give up a lot in terms of ease of walking if you have any balance or stability issues. Sadly, I am returning them.
