Be advised: the fit of this shoe is slightly unusual, in that they are narrower than the median. As such, it can feel like they don't fit initially. Going half a size larger doesn't necessarily solve the problem. However, after the shoes are worn in a little they are a lot more comfortable. Further, they look great and are incredibly well made!

Unlike some of the other reviewers that had issues with these shoes, i have had 4 pairs now and loved each pair. They have incredible board feel and have a narrow toe so you can fine tune the exact position of your feet on the board. I find that very useful for flip tricks and you may as well.
Sadly, the latest pair that i ordered came used and without tags or extra laces. Zappos Customer service was top notch in their response in making everything right and I would recommend buying with confidence.
I'd also recommend:
New Balance Numerics PJ Ladd, Vans Chima Ferguson, Pro skater branded sneakers.

These are the comfiest shoes I have ever bought, and are great to skate in. The only problem I found was that I found the sizing was slightly small and I had to order a size bigger than usual. Other than that they are my favourite shoes.

I love the way these shoes look,but they are no super comfortable. There good if your gonna just walk around,but if your going long distance there not great for it. I always get lots of compliments on them.

Ordered a half size up after trying on. Been skating 20 yrs, lately 2-3 times a week and have been through many pairs of skate shoes. These things are tough and last long. I've been skating vulc soles for the past 6 years and this is the first time back to a cup type sole. It was an easy transition; board feel is fine. I usually pop laces on front foot after a few days, but the recessed eyelets have made the laces last longer.

This shoe reminds of skating in early '90s. I always skated Adidas Sambas back then. I like the way this shoe looks slim, yet is padded on the tongue and around the opening. The outsole is grippier out of the box than you think a cupsole should be. I like the Busenitz Vulc a little better as a pure skate shoe but, I think the Pro is a better all around shoe and I like how the heel cup feels stiffer and the rubber around it is more than a decoration

The shoes fit perfect. They are a little tight at first but soon mold to your foot size after you break them in. Only suggestion is more options in colors and short tongues. especially ones with breathers. Create more options for short tongues with the breather soles and ill never switch to a different brand again. BUSENITZ! FTW
